I haven't found anything specific that I don't like.

The rooms were well presented, modern and decorated nicely.

The room hadn’t been cleaned to a sufficient standard, especially at the current moment where cleaning procedures should be carried out correctly, a sock, bottle top and tissues where found on the floor of the room.

The room was great - bed was extremely comfortable and I was glad there was good air conditioning, it was mini heatwave whilst I was there. Great location as well, as close to walk to main part of town and close to Ben Nevis too. Most of the staff in the hotel were great - very friendly and attentive.

Pricing in the restaurant seemed a bit steep to me vs what was actually offered. I had dinner once and I wasn't overly impressed with money vs quality. Also I think it's obvious that some staff might not be on same level with attention to detail but nothing too major.

Staff were absolutely lovely. Friendly, helpful and fun. Food was really good. Room was huge. Bathroom clean and fab. Hotel solidly built with heavy doors. Car park very useful. We weren't expecting much because it was just a stopover night so we could ride the Jacobite train in the morning, but it was a really nice experience and we'd recommend it. The train was cancelled at the last minute, which was very disappointing, but because the hotel and its staff and food were so nice it really made up for the train and made our stay in Fort William memorable rather than functional

Shower wasn't great. That's a really important thing for me in a hotel. Very small shower head. Water pressure and quantity were pretty meagre in these days of standard rainwater shower heads in modern hotels. Think it had a regulator on it. Was sorry we had a twin beds - it was my birthday trip. Had to push them together. Would have much preferred a double bed, but I guess there were none left when we booked.

Hotel staff was nice. Had a restaurant for all meals of the day, including a drink or two. Interior was warm. The rooms were cozy, nice size, had their own bathroom, and were clean. Hot water was a plus. Location was a 5-15 minute walk to the main strip of town. 15 minutes from the Jacobite Steam Train and right across the street from a flowing river. 10 minutes from a GREAT cinema that had a top notch diner dining experience.

Google Maps sends you to an inn to the left of the actual property, not sure if they can speak to someone about fixing the directions. There are no elevators so plan on a stair climb every day. The hallways were a bit confusing as the hallways wrap with stairs here and there. Everything closes by 5pm with a few food places going til 9pm.

We went to Fort William primarily for the Jacobite Steam Train, so close this inn because it was close to the train station. We liked the location, our room was very large and was equipped with everything we needed, the beds were comfy. Cooked breakfast was good, and the dinner we had in the Browns restaurant was also good.

No wifi in the restaurant area (not really helpful when visiting with a 10-year old already tired after a day off hiking), not too many food choices in the restaurant - but it appears that getting real food in Fort William is a real adventure, very few restaurants and not so eager to serve tourists, if you don't have a dinner reservation booked seriously in advance you end up with fast food or a sandwich at best. I guess we liked the Nevis Bank Inn but didn't like Fort William actually

Staff were excellent; really friendly and accomodating. Location is great - less than 5 mins in the car from foot of Ben Nevis and a short walk into Fort William. The food in the restaurant was also good - a number of hot options for breakfast. We also had dinner there one night and really enjoyed it.

Rooms were clean but only have very basic facilities. There is no fridge which would have been handy for keeping water cool (no water provided in the room but I was assured you could drink the water from the bathroom tap). Also no safe for your valuables. The bathroom had a bath and shower but the bath water dribbled out and took an age to fill. It was very warm in the room and the air con didn't help much, although the hotel must be aware of this as they also provided fans. Overall, it was pleasant but quite pricey for what you get.

Highlight was definitely the food at the restaurant downstairs 10/10. The room although small & had a rubbish view to the rear of the property was very comfortable with air conditioning which came in very handy. Room had ensuite bathroom which was fantastic to have a bath. Bed & bedding is very comfortable, I normally have trouble sleeping but I slept all night tucked in with the aircon on.... Staff were very polite & know their job very well including all the restaurant staff who were very prompt with the service I was most impressed.

These are mearly my thoughts the hotel is actually really fantastic & I know these would have been resolved had I paid more attention or asked. Although I did not ask I wish there was more sugar & milk sachets supplied in the room. I had one cup then realised too late that I was short for late night hot choc & early morning coffee. I mentioned above that the rear view wasn't desirable but again giving the busy location of the property the rear was very peaceful & quiet.

Room was comfortable and clean. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have had a wider selection of vegetarian dishes. I ended up choosing salmon, and it was lovely - absolutely no complaints about how good the food was, the restaurant or how friendly the staff were, and I would go as far as to highly recommend it - but I prefer to eat vegetarian if I can. There were a couple of vegetarian choices, but they didn't appeal to me. This is just me being picky and it did not spoil my experience at all.

Full restaurant and bar service. Not the best restaurant I've seen, but seriously above the rest of the others, and mostly in Scotland (even if I like the place, too much fried food). So this is a good choice for good food and they also offer a generous breakfast. The rooms are modern and extremely nice; really was not expecting something so nice in a small place like that. Nothing to envy to big american hotels. Large room and bathroom. All the staff was nice and great personality.

Parking lot is limited, but space is limited in the area.
