Very clean and comfortable. Had everything you needed plus some little extras, including a USB chargers right above the bed. The host was friendly and helpful and even assisted with getting our tickets on the train. Beautiful view from down by the water. It's right next to the road (as is obvious if you look at the map when booking) but if you close the double glazed windows you cant hear a thing. Great value for money and not far from the town. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the area.

The location was superb and very easy to find. The room and dining room were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was very tasty and there was plenty of it. Staff/owners were very helpful and friendly. My only very small gripe, was there was a water shortage in the area apparently, so couldn't fill my water bottles up to take with me on the day we were leaving. Apart from that though, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Lack of water to fill water bottles up when we were leaving to go on a very long ride on a very hot day.

The location was great, right on the loch and we could swim from the edge of the garden. Close to fort William and Ben Nevis. The breakfast was really good in the conservatory, we tried the Scottish breakfast one day and the continental the following day, both great! We stayed in the the yellow room with the balcony and our friends stayed in the apricot room next door, both decorated nicely and clean, amazing view from the balcony. Both owners were friendly and helpful and the lady gave us extra toast the 2nd morning at breakfast

The rooms are quite small particularly the en suite facilities and the shower is v loud but this did not take away from the trip at all. The hallway did smell a bit damp but again not really an issue. Don't get me wrong this isn't a luxury 5star place but it was clean, comfortable, in a great location with good facilities and a good brekkie, the option to swim in the loch from the property, what's not to like! I also found the staff friendly and helpful, I've seen some terrible reviews of this place which worried me but honestly they do not reflect the experience we had at all

It felt very well organised. We turned up in the evening and were greeted, shown our room, and asked about breakfast preferences. So it was all sorted and we could go and find a meal in Fort William. The B&B is on the loch and you can walk down the garden and sit by the water or watch the birds on the feeders. Easy parking. Nice and quiet, but only about 8 minute drive to Fort William. Good size room with two comfortable beds, clean shower room and when we went in for breakfast the next day, the table was laid out for us with a view of the loch.

Location was lovely, backing onto the Loch and could sit in the back garden. Scenery was amazing. Good parking, free WiFi and beds were very comfy. Room decor very much in keeping with the location plus quite a large tv and a hospitality tray. Obviously a well-cared for establishment. On check in, breakfast options given and time booked. Prompt efficient service provided, we had a pleasant stay at a reasonably priced comfortable home and would return again.

Fan in the ensuite a bit loud so used the loo in the dark overnight so as not to wake each other :)

Lovely warm welcome and our room was nice and clean with a comfy bed ( apricot room). The grounds are stunning with a garden view of the Loch. Breakfast was just the right amount and very nice. Not sure why some of the reviews on here are so bad....we take as we find and can't complain as the stay was comfortable and we would return. We have paid a lot more for a lot less, it was very good value for money.

Entrance was a bit dicey on a busy road however that isn't the fault of the B&B owner and it wouldn't put me off staying again. The room we had was on the road side so there was road noise but it wasn't constant throughout the night.

Beautiful place and surroundings. Comfortable beds and nice facilities. Easy check in and ordered breakfast. En suite shower was refreshing after a hard days walking. Nice big TV which could be seen from both beds and could log into your own Netflix. We arrived in fort William early so rang the host to see if we could drop our bags off.he said that wouldn't be an issue, I hadn't realised it was so far from Fort William itself and he advised using the train station lockers, which we did to store our backpacks.

This is not the fault of the property owner, and if you have transport it will not be an issue. We we're doing the west highland way and wanted comfortable beds at the end and this property looked amazing, which it is. It's just with the place being so far out of fort William, We didn't fancy walking back for something to eat so ordered a take away and got a big delivery charge, but that's more down to the local businesses knowing you'll have to pay it unless you have transport. It's an hrs walk or £10 by Taxi Inc tip one way, The cooked breakfast was a bit dry, could've done with some tomatoes or beans with it, I'm sure if we'd asked he would've accommodated us.

We only stayed for one night on our way down from the Highlands. The BnB is perfect for a short stay, offering everything that you might need. Our room was cosy and clean and we were welcomed friendly. Hosts are very kind and helpful. The location of the BnB just 10mins from Fort William makes it a good place to explore the surroundings. The house sits directly at Loch Eil with scenic views. Breakfast was ample with option to choose between Scottish or continential. All in all a good stay for the night.

We stayed in the Apricot Room, and it was lovely and had a very homely feel to it, which was nice! Especially after a long, tough walk up Ben Nevis.

We could have done with more tea bags and sugar in the room. 2 isn’t enough for 2 people for one night. It would have been nice to have more than enough there just to save us walking up and down the stairs to ask for more tea bags (with very sore and sensitive legs and feet after our long walk up Ben Nevis!)

Very friendly host, Daniel. Nice to chat with and he gave us good info about the local area. He asked about our preferences for breakfast for timing and food and had a delicious made to order meal on time. Great location overlooking the water.

A bit hard to find off the highway at night.
