superb location, large bright clean room. Good bed and linen. Free parking. Breakfast excellent and waitress very cheerful and friendly, though hard worked. Restaurant, when open for dinner was excellent.

No internet except in restaurant, which was closed Mon and Tuesday. No staff on site at all those days, except chef and waitress for breakfast. No accommodation staff there all week. No information about internet, breakfast times, or local area in room. Luxury Toiletries in heavy dispenser which was out of reach of shower. Only one chair in bedroom which had seen better days .

Food was excellent and staff were very friendly. Beautiful scenery and a short drive into Oban. Room was very comfortable and shower room large with an excellent shower. Plenty of car parking space and good local taxis if you wanted to leave the car behind.

The restaurant had just been refurbished and wasn’t open on the day we arrived. We were told the restaurant was only open Wednesday to Sunday. Not sure if that meant breakfast would be served in your room Monday and Tuesday which would have been awkward as no real sitting space. We were originally told restaurant was closed for refurbishment and breakfast would be served in our room. We were not told this until after we had booked and paid which we ere not happy about. Fortunately the restaurant reopened the day after we arrived.

Helpful staff - Sylvia was really kind. Lovely location at the marina. Quiet at night. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was delicious and served in the lovely dining room looking over the marina and out into the bay. (I was advised that this would have to be brought to the room due to renovations but this was not the case and turned out much better) A text was sent to say that the room was ready much earlier than the check in time at 3pm. Check in was easy.

The correspondence prior to arrival was confusing and had negative connotations which concerned me. Due to this I was unsure if my payment had been received - worrying. I think this information need to be amended. Also a small suggestion - could there be hooks on the back of the door to take wet coats please? There is ample wardrobe and drawer space but wet coats cannot be hung in a wardrobe.

We needed a convenient base near Oban as we were out and about lots. This was perfectly situated and the views out across the marina and to the castle were lovely. The staff were in the process of finishing the upgrade to the whole hotel and dining area but in all honesty they were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for us. It felt like we were visiting old friends and the stay was very warm and welcoming

At the time we were there the restaurant side of things was not available so needed to pop back into Oban for dinner. That said, breakfast was really good!

Access, design, communication about how access works, eating in wide mouth frog and staff friendliness. Accesdibility of our room which could take 3 adults. Great has fridge in room

Got very worried would set of smoke alarm with shower as need to be in and out to assist disabled daughter and sign says must keep door closed. Floor design very interesting but slippy for anyone having shower after first person has had. Tremendous otherwise!

Value for money the hotel was excellent. We had two single beds as it was the only room left. Beds were comfortable and room was basic but suited our needs. The hotel is quite new and only received their alcohol license the day we arrived so didn't really have much use. The breakfast was fantastic, plentiful and of a very high standard. The hotel is only a couple of miles from Oban and a fantastic location beside the marina. We will definitely return.

Could have had more milk in the room and WiFi didn't reach the room.

The hotel/suites are in the process of being done up as new owners have just taken over. The staff were fantastic - all very hardworking and available to help. Breakfast was excellent on both days with lots on offer and many options available. We had a delicious meal on Saturday evening and the service was excellent. The area around Dunstaffnage marina is beautiful and a great base for the surrounding area including Oban and the ferry to Mull.

When staying at hotels I personally prefer beds and pillows to have protectors on them.

Gorgeous views, delicious food, lovely staff really looked after us. We had loads of space and the room was comfy and clean. The location is fantastic, close to Oban without being in the town itself and even closer to Dunstaffnage castle (visible from the window in our room) and marine visitor centre. The rooms are all individual suites so you have lots of privacy but also the convenience of the restaurant and bar and staff on site.

Easy self Check-In, breakfast was ok(order from a menu- nothing special but with eggs), the bathrooms are very nice and new!, the bed was comfy, big room, good for traveling the highlands, friendly stuff at the breakfast!

There were planty of black human hairs in the bed when we arrived, also all over the floors was kind of dirt:( It’s a little noisy in the night und you can hear your neighbors - but it was not to bad.

We absolutely loved the friendly manager Mack who went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed for a fantastic time in your beautiful area of the world.

The large spider which crawled onto the pillowcase as we were packing to leave 😄 Anothr hook or two in the bathroom would be handy and a small fridge would be magic as we stayed for three days so had food with us which we had to throw out.
