Eurotraveller Hotel - Premier - Harrow

Good location, not far from Harrow centre (ten minutes by bus which comes frequently). The staff very kind and helpful. The bathroom of good size. Comfortable bed. The kettle and the fridge is a plus.

The smell of Asian food (curry spices) at the ground floor and the entrance. The hotel is a bit dated and although it seems they tried perhaps recently to do some renovation it's far from what's needed. The double rooms are of average size and the actual space available becomes smaller because of the un-nessesary extra bed in the room. The room service and cleaning comes every 2nd day (not every day). Coffee and tea bags not renewed every day. Only few hangers available (two per person). Some lights were not working (insufficient room and bathroom lighting).

Excellent location; The room looked out on to the main road - pleasant unobstructed view of rolling hills; South Harrow tube station is only about 7 min walk (Piccadilly line gets you into central London in 45 min or so); Bus stop right outside the hotel - easy to get into Harrow / Wembley; coin laundry across the street; Police station next door; No disturbances in the area; Plenty of shops nearby; a large Waitrose store 4 min away (next to the petrol pump). Heathrow is about half and hour away (~GBP 40 by private taxi). Very good breakfast. The staff (Sachin and Jaydev) were very courteous and helpful. Thanks to them for their generosity. Overall excellent place.

It would be great if the bathrooms could be fitted with an exhaust fan.

Our expectations were that this would be a reasonable budget hotel given the prices and photo of exterior but this hotel really surprised us mainly because the staff were exceptionally helpful. I’ve stayed at many hotels as I travel a lot for work and the customer service at this hotel was head and shoulders above what I have experienced at much much more expensive places. I had left my charger at home and was expecting to have to buy one later but wanted to make a quick call and my phone was out. I asked at the desk whether they had a charger I could use for just a few minutes and instead they handed one to me and said I should use that rather than buy a new one! My family were there for 2 nights and they advised on places to eat, chatted pleasant,y whenever we passed reception. The rooms we had were scrupulously clean and had great air con too. The parking was very secure too. Really pleased and will be back!

The only thing I can think of to mark them down over is the towels were a little tired but everything else was excellent!

Had an excellent nights sleep with no noise whatsoever. Room was a good size and the temperature was perfect. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The transport links are also good with Harrow on the Hill just a short bus ride away with links to most places that you might need to get to. Also just across the road is an excellent Indian food establishment with great food and also friendly and helpful staff, came recommended by the hotel staff.

Unfortunately there are a few problems with the fixtures and fittings which were too many to make this hotel a five star recommendation, things such as only a couple of the lights working, one of which was hanging off of the wall. Also there was some defects with the bathroom fixtures i.e. the plug would not pull back out again.

Personal it is just the best. Due to the air traffic control issue in Uk we needed to spend two more days and the offer free cancellation if our flight got in advanced. Also prepared invoices and payment proofs in order for us to prepare our claim to the airline. Always with a smile in the face. And super well connected to Central London with Picadilly line and if you decide to stay for dinner in South Harrow, you have also White Horse and Star as a really nice pubs for drinks and dinner. Definetely we will get back.

Location was the principal reason for booking. We were attending a conference at Harrow Royal British Legion. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and reasonably well appointed and the bed was comfortable. No intrusive traffic noise.

No off-street parking & the on-street parking nearby was very limited. Although our room was clean & tidy, we found a used hand towel in the bathroom. The Aircon blower was noisy. The duvet only just covered the width of the bed.

Location - easy to find, perfect for where we were going. Staff - on hand 24/7 were helpful and polite, and even got a call from reception to see if our friend was wanting breakfast, which I thought was very thoughtful. Provided information on the local area - tram/train and buses. Room - ideal for somewhere to sleep. Clean floors, beds and washroom. Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Had a great sleep. Has great air conditioning especially on a hot night. The dining area is small but has a nice selection of breakfast.

Diningroom should be separate from reception. As a visitor I would not like to turn up while people are eating - although they did close off the door to the lift. No English breakfast available - this is something I enjoy after an amazing night before makes travelling that day easier when u have a full stomach 😉 Bedroom - Some dust on skirting boards. Bed bases are not very nice with some torn and worn parts. WiFi is very poor.

The location was perfect for us as we were going to a gig at Wembley Stadium. Just a short bus and tube ride and the reception staff were really helpful, giving us the bus and tube info as soon as we arrived! The room was very dated but the bed was ultra comfortable and we slept really well! Perfectly functional for one night.

The room was very dated, fixtures and fittings very old, shower curtain was dirty. The hotel would benefit from an update!

The hotel had Air-conditioning during the heatwave. Room was spacious and sufficient for a 3 day stay. Beds were comfortable. The reception had a 24hrs coffee machine which made it even a better experience for us. It is also next to a bus and metro station. Staff are very helpful. We arrived very early before check in, and the hotel receptionist informed us that we could access the room already.

There is not much to dislike, however, we would have loved to have the cleaning service and towels changed on day 2. To be honest, we did not complain, so maybe it was just an oversight from the hotel.
