Check in was low-key and casual, super easy in fact. Being a Wetherspoons the food was simple, cheap and very good. Bu the real surprise was the room: simply amazing! No amount of written description will do justice to the sumptuous and super stylish period-correct art deco interior décor. It was one of the nicest rooms I've ever stayed in anywhere and incredibly room too. I cannot praise it highly enough.

Nothing, it was great.

Great staff, nice sized rooms, comfortable beds, clean and well laid out bathrooms. Temperature wise, perfect as we find most places are too warm.

Placing of toilet roll holder. People with limited arm movement could really struggle.

We chose this property for a two night stay to see the Cure at Wembley. We found this one as affordable and not too far, everything closer was crazy price or a bit manky. The reviews for The Greenwood were very good so booked it. We were offered an upgrade for a family room for a few quid more about a month after booking so went for it! we had room 112 which was lovely. Big room with lots of space and very quiet. Bathroom has a bath and a separate walk in shower. In the room, as well as a massive bed, there are two bedside tables, a sofa, two armchairs, three tables and a wardrobe. There is also a fixed desk with big mirrors and tea/coffee area with a kettle. Biscuits and two bottles of water also provided. Although breakfast not included, it is much better being able to get pretty much any breakfast you want in the large art deco dining area at a super price! Coffee is also very good. The car park is very small (old property in residential area so car park can’t be made bigger)so couldn’t get in but found parking on the street and there are no parking charges. The staff are very cheerful and helpful. A big shout out to Channon (sp?) who is an exceptional member of staff and a credit to the business. We saw her checking in people, behind the bar, and bringing food to the tables. She was welcoming and friendly, and answered my many questions about how to get to Wembley and how to use the buses. She was also quick to get us another room card when we asked for it. Big tip for getting to Wembley: don’t get the tube but get the 92 bus. The stop is less than 10 minutes walk away and the bus takes you directly to the venue for £1.65. We really loved this accommodation and will definitely try and book it again next time we come up this way!

Very little! my pillow was a bit lumpy and hard and the duvet a little thin (we stayed coldest nights of the year so far), but there was a thicker duvet and softer pillows on the wardrobe. We were woken on the first morning by light coming in the skylight, we didn’t know we could close it off until the next day. however, there is a control next to the right side of the bed in the wall which closes it. It could do with a little notice beside it. I also needed a teaspoon in the room but got one from the restaurant. These little things do not warrant a marking down of the hotel, though.

Honestly, there are too many things I like about this hotel to mention. We stayed in a twin room which looked as if it had just been newly decorated. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits were provided in the room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop just outside. Although the car park is small, there is plenty of off street parking which is free and unlimited. The hotel certainly has an upmarket feel. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. A large selection of choices with regards to food and drinks and breakfast, lunch and evening meal are all excellent value for money. I would highly recommend The Greenwood Hotel.

This is certainly not a criticism, however we were advised by the doorman when we returned to the hotel at 9pm after watching Luton v Coventry FC at Wembley that children need to go straight to bed as they are not allowed in the bar area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Wetherspoons hotel. I’d never stayed in one before but it is fabulous because you are above the spoons and although they don’t do room service you can easily order food, drink desert, on your phone and nip down stairs to collect it. Very cheap eating in London was fabulous, the bed was nice and comfy, nice tv and coffee and bathroom shower etc. It was really close to Wembley where we were going out so perfect for us for cheap taxis, and The transport links were easy to use getting into central london on the way back!

I thought it was fabulous the only thing I would improve on is offering room service as it was difficult to go up and down the stairs with the plates ourselves, and display that you offer bottles of water because we didn’t know that aha ! But thank you I’m not complaining

The staff were such a lovely bunch and so attentive. The food service was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. The room was a good size, very clean and well stocked with bottled water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The supervisor/ manager was called John I believe and he is an absolute credit to the team. I would definitely recommend staying here to other people and I would stay here again myself.

The pillows weren't very comfortable and there was a light out in the bathroom, very minor issues that are easily rectified.

I was honestly not expecting much because it is part of the Wetherspoons chain, but this hotel was so lovely. the lovely girl who checked me in was so friendly, really great and gave me all the info I needed for my stay. The room was lovely, clean and honestly look a lot posher than the price you pay for. location is great if you are going to Wembley stadium. I would not recommend booking if you want to go to the heart of london but I honestly cannot fault it. a quick ten min walk from the Northolt train station. everything was fantastic!!

nothing, it honestly beat my expectations!

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We weren't expecting such a high-end feel to a room in a Wetherspoons pub! The room was immaculate and spacious - brilliant value. The pub was amazing, wonderfully restored period features, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food - We couldn't ask for more.

Some guests were smoking out of their windows and the smell wasn't great, but that was down to a few individuals and was no reflection of the staff or facilities in the pub/hotel.
