Savera Hotel South Ruislip

The room was large and quiet, bedding was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the proximity to the Central Underground line makes it a perfect hotel for people on a lower budget! The continental breakfast is about what you would expect in terms of selection : bread, yoghurt, jam, butter and Nutella as well as coffee and tea and cereal. It was really good for the price! Oh and Sainsbury's is just opposite the road, would definitely stay there again!

The only thing would be that the underground line takes about 20 mn to get into London itself BUT you have an internet connection up until Shepherd's Bush, where you slip underground!

My daughter and family live in Ruislip and this hotel is close by. We have been before and we get a good nights sleep there. The Car Park was almost full when we got there at 8.00 as there was something going on at the Crown conference room at the back of the hotel. We were Not impressed by a family group attending the crown 3 women and a man who were standing opposite where we were obviously trying to park our car!! (Only 2 places left!) Just blatantly obviously been ignorant for some reason, so we couldn’t park! Until another gent with a Turban on came and told them to move.

We stayed in room 108, there was no plug for the sink which made shaving difficult and when yo flushed the toilet it made a strange noise about 10 seconds after the flush was finished!! It did that every time. Plumbing issue.

Location is excellent for train into London, or to Wembley Plenty of car parking - was happy to pay the £10 charge Reasonably friendly staff The young lady on breakfast duty Sunday morning was so attentive, polite & helpful

The bed was a bit old & creaky although clean Bathrooms a bit dated but ok for the cost of the room

Room was spacious, they have microwave and portable electric heater in the rooms which it’s very handy combined with the nearby supermarkets. Their showers are amazing with a nice and strong shower pressure and very hot water, we loved it. Car Park with many spots to park. There it’s a £10 fee for using the car park but it’s for the whole of your stay so we felt it was fair. it is super close to the underground. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel a lot!

Breakfast included with the booking it’s only cereals, milks, breads and etc, nothing cooked which should have been disclosed beforehand, but they did accommodate us with oat milk and gluten free box of cereal when we asked for it.

Hotel is easily located and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived, as the pictures don't do it justice. It was much nicer than we expected, especially the reception area - beautiful floors. The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble for them. The parking was also free as my husband has a blue badge, so that was a nice surprise. We asked for a quiet room, and it certainly was quiet. Very warm and had a good sized TV, plus everything you could need for a short stay. The breakfast was continental and available from 7am, which gives great flexibility. All in all, a very nice welcome at a clean, comfortable hotel and I would recommend it to anyone.

Staff were friendly. Room and bathroom were clean. The continental breakfast was good. Easy to get to by car and next to tube station. It was good for what we needed, a clean room and comfortable bed after a long day for a reasonable rate.

Some water marks in corners of the room from leaks which wasn't an issue, just visually not great. Fag ends just outside our window (on 3rd floor) and a faint smell of smoke so left windows open to air out. Smell could have blown in from outside though as room overlooked pub garden. Nothing hotel could do about that of course, but meant this stay wasn't as enjoyable for me because of that.

The location was perfect. Lots of amenities close by. Sainsburys, train station, places to grab a bite to eat. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was very reasonably priced and included breakfast. You had to pay extra for a full English but we didn't have one and were more than satisfied with what was on offer. The room (316) was basic but adequate for our one night stay.. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. We were going to see a concert in Wembley and with the train station almost next door , it was very convenient and cheap, with the trip to Wembley taking just 10 minutes by overland train. To stay in Wembley for a night would have cost 3 times the amount it cost to stay here!

A kettle was provided in the room, coffee , sweetener and milk sachets but no teabags.. My husband is a coffee drinker, but I drink tea preferably There were only 3 sachets of coffee which was a bit odd and meant that we could have one each together, but then only one of us could have a second cup. Only one bath towel is provided, so if you don't like sharing , take your own.

Ideal location for our visit, ie. In between the two places we were visiting. Staff from Housekeeping, Reception, Bar and breakfast staff were all excellent. More than catered for our needs at a decent price and very much Value For Money. Thank you

You would have had all 10s but the room was too warm on arrival and you can not change the thermostat. There is an option to turn on the fan, which I did, only to find out it was a heating fan. Option Two is open the window, but it was freezing outside and the road noise is not nice. Overcame the problem by opening the window when we went out (on 2nd floor so safe to do so) and turned on fan when we got back till required temp achieved.

Just a suggestion, it would be better if the room numbers were on the actual key cards for the rooms. There was air conditioning in the room, but only of use if your bed was directly under it. It was very hot during my stay, had to leave window open during the night, the only downside to this was you could hear the trains & planes as close to both stations so didn't get a decent nights sleep any of the nights. Apart from this, everything else was fine. The staff were nice & friendly & hotel itself was spotless. Will be back again 😊

This is my second time booking here so I already knew what it was like. The location is very good, close to the metro station, various shops, pubs, supermarket, cafes and fast food.Very clean room, suited to my needs, friendly staff, basic but sufficient breakfast.

At the moment there is work on the access street of the hotel with only one lane and therefore it is quite crowded and noisy and the parking has to be paid £10/day but for an area in London it is something normal and paid parking is provided in the hotel conditions.
