Bridge Park Hotel

Reception was helpful, polite & respectful even opened door for us to pack the car up and to help my mum who requires walking sticks at the moment . Free parking - Room was large and comfortable-on ground floor as requested . Room was very clean, with a fridge ,TV, drinks facilities. Jacuzzi bath with waterfall shower and a TV too. Breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble - fresh bread ,croissants , coffee ,tea and juice .we were close to end of breakfast time yet Fresh hot food was also brought out for us and it was perfect .cannot recommend this hotel enough . Well done to all staff and many thanks for a great stay

Nothing it was perfect

Well, I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I needed a place to work from that was comfortable, warm, friendly, with parking, wifi and food. I also wanted to be south of North Circular road which is horrible usually. I read the reviews and, despite some negative reviews, was open minded - I booked the King Executive room and loved it! Close to reception, quiet and very comfortable. I recommend it.

Nothing really - you get what you pay for and this was well above my expectations. Want the Ritz? Book the Ritz!! And pay the price. Staff were lovely, my room was toasty, with a fab electric fire if needed, close to my place of work and the meals I had in the restaurant were good. Especially the brie starter and the pizza.

Absolutely amazing staff, so so helpful. We were down for the Ed Sheeran concert and when we got to the hotel we were too early to check in. We asked the lady on reception if there was any chance of checking in slightly earlier and she got housekeeping to clean our room before anyone elses and allowed us to check in 3 hours early, free of charge! Great value for money and would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are a bit outdated but for the price you cannot complain as the hotel is a very short bus journey to Wembley or a short tube journey into London centre.

The property is in a good location- only 5 mins walk from Harlesden tube station and within walking distance of Wembley. The staff are really pleasant and the rooms are comfortable. You get what you pay for, and for a budget hotel this is excellent. We have stayed here 3 times now and would definitely go back. There is a Tesco Express next door which is great for food and drink for the room. Don't go to the chicken takeaway opposite though, it was filthy!

£9.95 for breakfast is a bit expensive.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful ,room very good size for our party of four. Beds clean condition, fresh clean towels. Plenty of plug sockets (always good when you've got youngsters with electronics). Clean condition throughout the hotel. Nice off road parking available. Very reasonable for prices as not far from the area of London we needed.

There was a lot of noise coming from the beer garden late on even with the windows closed. Also the curtains didn't cover enough of the windows which was not too good as we was on level with the path to the bar area. Shower unit was not water tight and was awkward to wash properly.

The staff was very helpful and the location is a little bit far from downtown but the transport was great around there. There's a mini supermarket in a one-minute distance walking which was good. They also left me keep my bags there after my stay was over so I could enjoy my trip for the rest of the day. You receive for exactly what you pay for. It was really worth it and I definitely recommend the hotel.

The bed was just a little hard to sleep and the shower in my room was only working with hot water, which it was a little annoying since it was extremely hot.

Perfect location for a trip to Wembley and to travel into London easily. Could easily and safely walk back from Wembley Stadium after concert without having to navigate public transport with 75000 other people. Hotel was directly on the Bakerloo underground line which made travel easy. Clean and comfortable, although our room in the basement was dated this hotel makes a perfect base if you don't care about needing 5* facilities

Hotel is in an old building but in good condition. We have got 2nd biggest room in a building. It was comfy and warm. There is an AC in the room and the heater too. You can go to downtown either by bus(which is cheap) or by train. I liked it. The breakfast are english style - toast, sausage, egg and hash browns-not rich but tasty and much.

I didnt like the shower. There was a bath with some strange shower that I was very difficult to clean myself.

Very good old-style hotel. Good service on reception, good breakfast. Clean, value for money - excellent. Located on north-west, not far from Wembley. 1 minute walk from bus no 18 (also available at night time), 10 minutes walk from Harlesden subway station. 1 min walk to local shop, 10 min walk to Amigos burgers (3 stops on 18), or to Fish and Chips (near the Harlesden subway station).

Wi-fi not so good

Booked two rooms with one being in basement with no natural light, but it had the same facilities as the other and was okay for a short stay.

Both the Pan-Asian and Pizza restaurants on site were closed on the night we attended with only limited bar menu in the attached 'pub/bar'. Booked breakfast, stood in the area indicated as 'breakfast this way', only to find it was in the Pan-Asian restaurant area opposite reception, but we were not informed by staff who could directly see us waiting in the lobby area waiting for the breakfast room to open.
