The Brent Hotel - London - Wembley and Harrow

The staff are very nice and make you feel very welcome. They are happy and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We stayed in a lovely twin room with an en-suite toilet and shower. Tea and coffee are available in the room, including a small.fridge, Beds made up lovely, providing towels and hand wash including shower gel and a hair dryer. A nice little desk, a wardrobe with drawers. 35 minute walk to Wembley stadium or to the designer fashion outlet or uber £6.76 buses run regularly. Free WiFi and signal is strong. Parking is first come, first served basis. Lovely

My mattress was a little uncomfortable, and that was due to my own preference. I prefer a firmer mattress.

We needed somewhere near to a tube station so that we could travel and not use our car. It is approximately 10mins walk to the station. There are also a few shops, great for breakfast or snacks or even fruit and veg! This hotel also has a car park on a first come first served basis. I clean homes for a living so I’m a hoteliers nightmare but this one needn’t worry, it was very clean. The staff were very helpful giving us directions to the station and which line to use to get to Wembley, one stop away, 10p each way!

If I could find a criticism it would be that there is only a blind at the window so once it was light in the morning at 4.30am it was very light in our room.

The welcome from Garvin was lovely, he was so helpful and full of information, and booked taxis for us. The whole place was spotlessly clean, the room was a good size and the beds very comfortable. We booked this for a concert at Wembley Stadium, went out afterwards and didn't get back till very very late. Garvin let us in with a big smile despite the hour. Would definitely stay here again 😁

From when we walked in the front door we felt welcomed. The room was certainly fit for purpose for what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts. We chose not to have breakfast because of other plans we had.

Some of the furniture was looking worse for wear but it didn't detract from our stay in any way. Nothing else of note to be honest. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very attentive. I enquired about an early check in as we were going to see a gig at Wembley stadium which wasn't a problem, the staff did everything they could to get us checked in as early as possible The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and even helped us with how to travel to Wembley stadium! Our room was clean and very comfortable, overall this was such a lovely hotel for a one night stay and we will definitely be returning!

Very friendly, helpful and professional receptionist. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed very comfortable. Tea, coffee, milk and custard provided. Mini pack of custard creams was a nice touch! Would certainly stay here again.

I could hear my neighbour's TV (faintly) at night but not enough to disturb sleep.

Stayed because we were attending a concert at Wembley stadium. This lovely hotel was near enough for us to walk home although we did get a taxi to take us there. Very nice hotel. Clean and friendly. Tea/coffee etc in our room. We didn't stay for breakfast as we needed to get home but I'm sure it would have been lovely. The manager was very helpful and we would totally return. Thank you

Staff were incredible. Genuinely couldn’t ask for a more pleasant experience. Stayed over for the community shield final and the location was so convenient. So many shops nearby and Wembley stadium only a couple of minutes drive away. Rooms were great value for the price and the showers were so so so good.

The gentleman who checked us in was lovely and knowledgeable about the local area. He informed us of places to get a drink and to eat and where the nearest public transport routes were. There is also a small free on-site car park!

There was nothing that I or my partner didn't like about this hotel.

Turned up to easy free parking always a bonus . Was greeted by Andy at reception extremely helpful and polite even gave me an upgraded deluxe room at no extra charge. Good location and value for money. A short walk to some local restaurants. All in all a pleasant stay
