The Drayton Court Hotel

The location was brilliant, the service was amazing and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and cleaned daily and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay!

Unfortunately the hot water in the shower was temperamental. It took 5 mins to heat up from ice cold and when it did it would last 10 seconds before turning cold again and then going warm and cold every 10 seconds.

This hotel is a hidden Gem. After travelling through Europe and Uk from Australia, this was actually our best stay and was so much better than many of the 4 and 5 star places we stayed at. The hotel rooms, meals, location, and staff were fantastic. 2 min walk to train for direct access to city and airport. Great breakfast included comfortable rooms, clean, quiet , good coffee, even a dry cleaner/laundry across the road. Price was good but we did book well ahead. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back.

For a first-time guest it is unclear that you can order beyond what is presented at the breakfast buffet. This should be announced more clearly, as staff is not (understandably so) continuously present in the breakfast room. One member of staff at breakfast had a bad day I suppose - she was really rude, throwing the menus and not even trying to be polite or speak English that I (non native speaker) could understand. This in stark contrast with the rest of the staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Drayton Court Hotel, and I can't say enough good things about it. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was enchanted by its lovely little quirks and unique character. The room I stayed in was an absolute gem, with charming details that made it feel like a home away from home. The decor was tastefully done, and the attention to detail was evident in every corner. From the vintage-style furniture to the beautiful artwork on the walls, it was clear that this was a place with character. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were not only helpful but also incredibly kind. Their warm welcome and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my comfort made me feel like a valued guest. What I loved most about the Drayton Court Hotel was the sense of history that permeated every inch of the building. It's a place that has clearly seen a lot of stories unfold over the years, and I felt privileged to add my own chapter to its rich tapestry. In summary, my experience at the Drayton Court Hotel was nothing short of amazing. It's a place with lovely quirks, character, and a staff that embodies hospitality at its finest. I can't wait to return and create more cherished memories in this exceptional hotel. It deserves every one of its five stars!

I was given a suite of rooms. Have included a photo of the bedroom and the lounge areas. Was for the most part comfortable and warm and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room overlooked the rear beer garden so was very quite. They also were dog friendly and my little chihuahua was spoiled . There were various shops to get everyday groceries and several off licence shops. There was also a pharmacy and medical clinic acrosstheroad. The Elizabeth Line was a short walk away and it was 54 minutes into London.

Although I got a good sleep, the bed was a bit lumpy and it took quite a while to get comfortable. I had sore leg muscles from the lump in the bed. Limited parking.

This is a perfect place for us to stay and explore London as it is only a 2 minute walk from West Ealing Station. There is private parking at the rear and the biggest beer garden that I have ever seen with a wood fired pizza oven and outdoor bar. There are plenty of seats under cover and in the shade. We ordered both the pizza and food from the kitchens and both were delicious and there is a large selection of beers. Our room was spotless, well equipped, extremely quiet and best of all air conditioned. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choice but the best thing about this Hotel is the staff they were amazing and so welcoming. We will definitely be staying again.

Staff super friendly. Libby kindly allowed us into our rooms several hours ahead of check in as they happened to be ready. As the first person you meet when you arrive, she’s a breath of fresh air and immediately makes you feel so welcome and at home. Breakfast AMAZING!!!! Great shower, fluffy towels, bathroom pristine, comfy bed and excellent room facilities such as the complimentary water, tea/coffee/biscuits, robes, good hairdryer and iron. Nespresso machine a very nice touch. Generally, there’s a very nice, homely atmosphere in this hotel.

charming boutique hotel at two minutes walk from the train station to central Londen and the airport. situated in a ver nice area on walking distance of Ealing Broadway with it’s nice lunch and dining spots.. the staff is very friendly and willing to help with tips and is flexible when you ask something. we asked for an early check in and the room was available within an hour at 11:30.

when I would be the manager I would look more on little details. for example; make a scheme to replace the kit in the shower part of the bathrooms every year.. paint ugly parts on the wall when you have changed the television.. be aware that in the dining area the salt and pepper mill is filled. just some very little things that pops up now and makes the stay just more perfect. 😁

Hotel has free parking (first come first serve). Rooms were clean and decent. Free coffe and tea in your room. 5 minute walk to tube station (Elizabeth line) which takes you to city centre in about 20 minutes. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Apart from a small buffet, you get an breakfast menu wich affers 5 or 6 different choices. I definitely recommend the Full English!

Not the hotel but... be sure to check the trains. Not all trains on the Elizabeth line stop at the nearby tube station. On returning we had to get off at Ealing Broadway which is a rather long walk away.

Excellent breakfast 1 minute from West Ealing station on the Elizabeth line which takes you to most parts of Central London in about 25-30 mins In-house bar/pub with a fantastic vibe all through the week Excellent house keeping Spacious room with a well lit bathroom and lovely spacious shower area too!

Not in the heart of Central London and therefore there is some bit of travelling by tube involved The room could provide some dedicated coat hanger hooks in the wall There should be some option for brighter lighting inside the room/ over the bed
