Novotel London Wembley

Great location for staying after an event at Wembley Stadium, saves a lot of hassle. Staff is very accomandating, the room had all the emeneties we needed and the bed was extremely comfortable.

The price. It's very pricey considering the location, quality of breakfast (not much variation for international visitors who aren't uses to meat all the time and some food was low quality), and room cleaniness (there were spots of liquid on the floor and some glue-ish material on the shelves). We got unlicky and on the day of our check out, both elevators stopped working so we had to get our luggage down by stairs from the 6th floor, and the staff seemed somewhay unbothered.

We liked most about it was the location. It's just right next to Wembley Park Tube station and very close to Indian restaurants. The main highlight of this hotel is the staff. Very professional, empathic, and caring. I have got a chance to interact with a few of them daily for our needs. Christina, Maybel, Mr. Wadhwa, and another front desk lady. Their hospitality, one should experience it. I highly recommend this hotel. we came from the US to London by an early morning flight on the day of our stay, and the check-in was supposed to be 3pm. But Christina was able to accommodate us in the lobby and allowed us to keep our luggage in the clock room and check in to a room by 10.30 am. We were so worried about our stay in London as it is our first trip to the UK. But, the staff and the location never made us feel that we are out of our country. even the tube station staff were so helpful in giving directions and helped us to buy the tickets and how to reach our destinations.. The nearby Boxpark place is à nice place to hang out, and Spice Shack is a nice Indian fast food center.The hotel is safe place to stay. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job, and our room was kept very clean daily. Kept the dishes clean every day. We will definitely look forward to staying in the future. Words are less to praise our stay at this Hotel..

the breakfast is repeated daily, and if it can be changed to different for at least on alternative days. Hotel doesnt have a washer and dryer in the room or at the facility. But they have laundry service.

The staff were friendly and the room was a good size. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. As we had chosen a suite, we had a kitchen, which was handy after the concert as all areas were busy for food so we cooked in the room. Excellent location for Wembley stadium. You couldn't really be closer.

The dishwasher in the room was smelly and probably just needs a good clean. The walk home on the night means that police stop the crowds on Olympian way, so you might be held in crowd control seconds away from reaching the hotel, but its not the end of the world, The staff at the hotel bar add 10% service charge to everyone's bill. As the drinks are pricey anyway, it can be an expensive night if you don't realise. They have no problem removing the charge, but you have to ask.

Friendly staff First, it was a very short walk from the underground--as shown in the first and third pictures. The other two pics are from The Discount Mall. Very close walking distance to the 02 Wimbley Arena for the concert we went to London to see. A Costa Coffee right out the door to your left. A corner store right past the coffee shop. The discount mall wasn't far past the arena! The restaurant breakfast was great--so many choices! They have a huge picture window to look out onto the 'walking only' street running in front of the hotel--it's almost like sitting outside. The staff was so accommodating. I would definitely stay again! (Oh, and from the lobby, you can see a McDonalds--about a 2 minute walk) Guests with children or just wanting a late night snack may be interested in this!)

I don't know if it is standard in the UK, but I am going crazy at the hotels without ice machines! The bartender here was very nice and would give me big glasses of ice. (Yep, it must be my American showing!)

We came to this Hotel last year for a Harry Styles concert and vowed we would book this one again if we ever had the chance to go to Wembley again. Well we did have that opportunity given to us and was delighted when I found that Harry had released extra tickets for night 4 and you had a few available rooms. I liked the fact that I was allowed to check in early and not have to wait 40 minutes like last year. When you travel a long way it is appreciated. The room was lovely and the air con was a bonus because it was so hot that day. There was fresh water in the fridge and coffee available. Beds are huge and so comfy. The rooms are spotless. The staff are amazing on check in and when returning from the concert, due to the large crowds they kept the area safe and only allowed people in the designated area who had a key card. I love the midday checkout so we can sleep in. We have booked again so see you again in March 2024. Sorry for the feather boa mess in our room we tried to clean up as best we could. The stadium and arena is just a 5 minute walk and there is plenty of shops available. We found a lidl just round the corner so was able to buy fruit and snacks. When you get off the tube the Hotel is just a few minutes walk .

£499 for one adult and child for one night and this did not include breakfast. Nearly £200 more than last year which had breakfast. We booked this hotel because its lovely and safe. Though this hotel was cheaper then others in the area. Turn a negative into a positive....Was it worth it? Yes to see Harry and to have the best sleep ever! I have booked the same room for next year which is more affordable for Niall Horans concert and that I don't mind paying. The frosted glass bathroom doors wouldn't close properly and made an awful creaking noise. It wasn't an issue for us but I think it should be looked at. Overall We enjoyed our stay.

Great location for our visit, we picked here as we were going to a concert at the stadium. Lovely friendly welcome on arrival with easy and quick check in. Room was spacious and spotless with everything we needed for a one night stay. Buffet breakfast offered both hot and cold choices. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. We enjoyed our stay.

Bar / restaurant area, where breakfast was served (I believe this is also where you can eat in the evening although we didn't ) feels a little "functional" as opposed to a comfortable area to relax and enjoy drinks and or/evening meal. That said if like us you were staying for an event in the area this doesn't detract from the hotel.

The property was clean and spacious, amazing location for Wembley Stadium and Wembley arena. We had a view of the stadium from our window which my son loved. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and when I mentioned it was my sons birthday, they provided us with a complimentary drink each and a very large slice of cake for my son, along with a birthday card. I was very grateful that they had made such a special effort for him. I also suffer with health conditions, which I had informed them of before our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met, including moving us to stay in a different room which was more suitable.

Nothing, was very happy.

Very helpful staff on a busy Bank Holiday weekend. They took care of my son and his team mates who were due to play at Wembley the next day and provided all we needed as a family to have a comfortable stay. Breakfast was busy but the staff were on top of it and lots of choice. Location was perfect for us due to us being there for the football.

The rooms were extremely hot and the air conditioning would not go below 19degrees. Whilst the beds were comfy, it meant that the heat of the room did affect our sleep. It would be great if they could make the rooms cooler.

lots of choice for breakfast considering we're dairy, wheat and sugar free, the room was comfortable and clean and it's our 2nd time staying there and we'd probably stay again. I would have rated it higher if it wasn't for the challenges we had at breakfast

The parking is £25 a night which was shocking but apparently normal for the area, the receptionist that booked us in made a mistake when she sold us breakfast which meant when we got to breakfast, only 7 of us were booked in, leaving us to have to speak to the manager for 15mins to clear up the mistake and get fed, having 6 hungry children wait for breakfast we'd paid for wasn't a good start to the day, but the manager did eventually sort it out

A perfect base for a stay in London, positioned a stones through from Wembley Park tube station. We went as a family in 2 rooms and we were put on the same floor which was great. The beds and rooms were comfortable, seemingly newly decorated with a lovely view of Wembley Arena. The staff were friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great. We would come back again!

The only small detail was there was a medium sized stain (which appeared to be from coffee) on the cream carpet in our room. It was a bit off putting even though the room was clean, and at this standard we thought it shouldn’t have been there.
