The staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean. I was not sure how the shared bathroom would work but it turned out there are 4 or 5 bathrooms, so it was never an issue, kept very clean as well. If we travel to the area again, we're definitely staying here!

Really clean, cosy and friendly place. Staff were helpful and showed me to my room. The bar was reasonably priced and in a nice quiet area. Beer garden is a plus I enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a friend with a wonderful espresso martini. Food was nice and also reasonably priced for London. As for the rooms, clean, tidy and spacious with a tea and biscuit station. Would 100% book again if in the area as you get what you get for the price and more.

Shared bathrooms but they are clean, and there’s a few of them so you’re never awkwardly waiting for a free bathroom. Showers are scorching so I couldn’t properly wash all weekend as I couldn’t get them cooler. If noise isn’t your thing you might be disturbed by the pub downstairs but personally I didn’t mind.

Spacious and light room. It was warm even tho outside it was 5C during the night (the radiators turned on even though it was May). Quiet even though it's right above the pub. Comfortable beds with a lot of pillows and duvets. A fan AND an additional heater available. Good storage - 1 big wardrobe, 1 dresser, 1 small cupboard + 2 chairs. Several electric outlets. A kettle plus tea, coffee, sugar, milk, cookies, and a bottle of water in the room. Everything was very clean and operational. The room was cleaned and the water was refilled every day. Breakfast in the price was amazing - not only a cooked breakfast was available for ordering (English, vegeterian, or various types of eggs), but there was also a continental buffet (toast, various cereals, different kinds of croissants, butter, several kinds of jam and preserves, honey, milk, different juices and fruits, few flavours of yoghurt). The staff was lovely - extremely polite, friendly, and helpful; they explained house rules even though we arrived at a very busy time (there was a national football team game on, it was Sunday evening, and the pub was packed). The pub itself was a great place to hang out after a busy day - the food was tasty and reasonably priced, the beer was cheap, they have special offers nearly every day, and they organise a lot of fun things (ukulele night, quiz night, showings of league / national team football games). The closest metro / rail station is 10 minutes away on foot, and Picadilly line is 20 minutes away. There are various food shops nearby. This place is a gem.

This property is well located and can be easily accessible by public transportation from central London and just a few mins walk from the bus stop. This property have a happening pub in the ground floor and the ambience looks great. We visited this property on a weekend and the pub music didn't cause any noise in the room we stayed. The breakfast options were good and we liked the quality and taste. The staff were really welcoming and they truly care about their guests. The rooms were maintained well. Overall it was a great choice and we may definitely consider staying there again.

the bar is very decent, the pizzas were awesome (according to my sister) and the breakfast was just perfect. Good quality food, scrambled egg, english breakfast, anything you want. The bedroom was above the pub, I got drunk then went to sleep. Not much remember. The staff was nice, the ladies in the morning were very kind and pleasent.

Some people would say that the facilities are on the corridor and there is no dedicated entrance to the bedrooms (you have to go through the pub) and they don't like it but I found it charming. The parking was a bit interesting but nailed it.

Breakfast was great whatever we asked for we got.staff excellent too...really helpful .

Would have liked a more comfortable mattress.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. I liked the place, it was very casual, but comfortable. Our room was very clean and the bedding was nice. The location is a bit far from the city center, but I liked it becasue it was quiet and felt safe, even walking to the bed and breakfast at night.

The floors in the shared bathroom could be a little cleaner and you can definetly hear the noise from the pub below. It was not a problem for us and it ended at a reasonable time. We even enjoyed the ukulele playing event, it was very lively.

Location it was very nice and peaceful. Place where is situate is very quiet,but very near street where are shops, restaurants and more. 25minut walk to train station. Staff was very friendly and kind and helpful. We was very surprised it's thera are any programmes. We been there in Tuesday when is people play on ukulele. I felt very comfortable and very friendly atmosphere. Room was very clean and fresh. Breakfast it was nice as well. I hope so be back soon

I liked how friendly the environment was and how staff are happy to help when you need them, I felt very comfortable and I'll be visiting again in the future. The morning staff for breakfast are lovely Thank you for your kindness

The only thing that didn't meet my standard was the the full English breakfast, I won't be negative about it like that because it was lovely it just wasn't a full English breakfast. It was only 1 sausage 2 fried eggs and a small portion of beans with a piece of bacon. There are a variety of things you can have including the cereal which is good. Please can you consider doing a proper full English breakfast like 2 sausages 2 fried eggs or even scramble eggs, mushrooms, hash browns, beans and bacon ( for those that like bacon).
