The Fox & Goose Hotel

Loved the hotel as it was well maintained with nice modern bedrooms and bathrooms, the staff were all really friendly. Also the mini bar is included with the room, it's a nice touch but only has one bottle of beer and some still and sparkling water but still nice. Only used the restaurant for breakfast and this was faultless as well, it's table service for the hot food and buffet on the rest of the items with a good selection. Plenty of parking with barrier code for security. Will definitely return again.

My only issue would be the bedroom doors are not soft close and do slam shut when people are coming and going, this can be a little noisy at times.

The comfortable room and bed and the amazing breakfast that we did not miss a single day as it was just AWESOME! :) McD is a stone's throw away. Sainsbury is a 10 min and the tube is hardly 5 min away. Very convenient to get into London and back.

There were a couple of instances where small things (sunglasses and an opened net of snacking cheese) went missing while we were out of the room for the day. These were negligible stuff that I personally did not worry about losing and this should not deter someone from staying here as it is a fantastic place to stay. I blame myself for keeping these things laying around on the countertop and should have been more careful by locking up everything before we left the room. I'm purely providing this feedback so that management can nip this behavior in the bud (if there were more similar instances reported), before something a lot more valuable is stolen.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, beds were amazing, so comfortable. The shower was also amazing after a couple of days sight seeing in London the hotel was perfect to come back to. Bed and Breakfast was a great thing too, pub serving the food was a minutes walk out of the hotel the staff in the bar and serving breakfast were amazing. We've spent a lot of years using Booking. Com and been happy with our bookings this has probably been one of the best bookings we've made.

There was really nothing to not like the desk staff could have engaged a little bit more with customers. I work in hospitality and always try to make the guests feel at home and that was missing a little..

The room was very large and comfortable. It had a couch as well as the bed and a desk chair. The bathroom was large also. The staff were fantastic they were friendly and very welcoming and helpful. The location is great it is on a major road and has lots of parking. BUT very quiet in the rooms. Minutes walk to the train station and bus stops not far away. If you are in London for touring it is in an amazing location. Easy to get around from there. Breakfast is brilliant almost anything you can want. Cooked to order and just what you want. Eggs done beautifully.

The only thing was in the bathroom the screen is a bit too long and the handle to help get in is in the wrong spot. Not a big problem.

Spacious rooms with modern bathroom. Free parking. Milk and water (plus a beer on arrival) provided in fridge, restocked daily, and good quality coffee provided. Above-average breakfast with several hot options. Food in associated pub is OK as well.

While within easy walking distance from the Tube (Hanger Lane station on the Central Line), the footpath does feel a bit insecure at night. Avoid walking from Park Royal station with luggage, even though the line on the TfL Tube map indicates that it is in close vicinity to Hanger Lane station.

The walk to the underground wasn't bad. On the way to London it was a bit uphill, as some reviewers wrote, but not bad at all. One the way back it's all downhill. It's quite convenient to travel to the city center by tube. Closer to Heathrow, so we just took Uber to the airport, considering there's no elevator inside the underground station. We like the hotel restaurant, we had breakfast and dinners while we stayed (three days in a row). This place has the best shower. The gated parking is very good too. Restaurant staff are very good! On the first night, after a long day of driving, we were tired and starving. We ended up making our dinner reservation over the phone, since the kitchen closes at 9:45. Staff were very supportive, Hugo and Jacob, and when we finally arrived at the hotel at 9:40 pm, our dinner was ready.

When we checked in, we were exhausted with lots of luggage in hands (just returned the rental car). The check-in could've been handled more efficiently and in a more welcoming way. Staff communication skills at the hotel could've been better.

Amazing hotel, the room was lovely, even with it looking over the pub it was very quiet. Very clean and had lots of extras such as beer, water, nice coffee, tea and biscuits, restocked daily. The breakfast that was included was amazing, not only is there a continental buffet but you chose from the cooked menu too, all the food was lovely and we tried something different each time. We also ate there one evening and again food was lovely, bonus was we got 10% the food and drinks because we were staying at the hotel. Finally the location was great for us, a tube stop on the central line is 5 minutes walk away and it took us into the center or London and other lines within 20 minutes. Defiantly recommend staying here.
