Staff very very friendly. Check-out was supposed to be 11am which was already quite good but they came to tell me I could stay another hour - I did not ask or need this, but was quite impressed they went out of their way to offer it. They gave me a very small basic room with a single bed. But that was what I booked and the bed was comfortable. Very good value for money and I'd stay again in the future. The place is basically a converted house with a corridor leading to lots of rooms. It seemed to have been refurbished recently so the decor was very new and clean which was good.

Great location, stayed for a Wembley trip there's a tube literally across the road with Wembley park 2 stops away. There's also a budgens opposite the hotel, costa and a few takeaways ideal really. Staff are very polite and they even prepared our room early for us on request so we could check in when we arrived early morning.

Only down side was the noise of the passing vehicles as our room was on the front face of the building.

The 3 members of staff we met with were absolutely helpful and they went out of their way and bought a new fan for me to use as I had requested one at the time of booking and the location was very convenient and right round the corner from Kenton Station.

There were two bathrooms/toilets available for us to use but in one of them everything was new but the other one needed a bit of updating.

The staff are very nice and polite any problems they are on hand to help anytime day or night the hotel manager Falah was very polite and was kind enough to let me stay a little past my check out time I would most definitely be staying here again and will recommend to my friends and family if they need a place to stay in the area

Clean, perfect for what we needed. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much hassle for them. The room itself was nice and tidy, crisp white bedding. Would definitely stay here again!

The only fault was the sky light in the room we were in as it woke me up, that’s just personal preference though as I like it pitch black, not a reflection on the hotel itself

A friendly welcome on arrival, plenty of parking, stable wi fi and the tube station is in close proximity. The owner explained he had only recently taken over so I look forward to staying again. Hopefully once he has established I would have liked a chair and table in the room.

I arrived a a couple of hours before the check in time and he immediately checken if there was a room free already. Very friendly and helpfull. Would definitely book again in the future when going to wembley.

You can hear the underground metro a bit.

clean and tidy rooms serviced daily reasonably priced and great manager who is always on hand and happy to help with anything . very good value .would stay again

It’s full supplies giving the price : big fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils and big windows, clean toilet with bath tube and big space …

The location a bit out of London and the Kenton station doesn’t open for picking up train ticket.
