The location couldn't have been better. It was right in the town centre. Easy access to restaurants and shops as well as a supermarket. The breakfast was outstanding. You ordered what you wanted and therefore there was no waste. We had cooked vegetarian and a Welsh breakfast with cockles and laverbread (seaweed) and it was superb. The beacon was a proper thick Bacon with a little bit of fat, but not much, not salty and tasted great. The vegetarian came with really nice veggie sausage and bacon made from soya/pea protein. The rooms were top notch, a lot of attention to detail, clean and very nicely decorated. A nice touch were also the USB sockets by the bedside sockets.

A lovely warm welcome to a lovely property on the edge of town. The room was very nicely decorated with plenty of space. The bed was very comfortable and a great selection of tea and coffee in the room. Exceptional to see such a welcome for our dog with bowls, a doggy towel, treats, even poo bags in the room. Breakfast was very, very good. Lots of it and freshly prepared.

Parking was on the road outside the property. Free between 5pm and 10am but luck of the draw if you find a space. Lots of stairs to the top room if you have mobility issues.

They clean the room daily! It is convenient for Lampeter shops and restaurants and much care is given to guests’ needs. I was unwell and they were really kind and considerate. And the room (up a lot of steps!) was clean comfortable and lovely. And big bath towels too.

Only things were room involved several flights of stairs and there is no parking outside during the day fro more than an hours. Public parking is nearby though

We stayed here for 3 nights with our dog. The B&B is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean and in a perfect location. The owners cannot do enough and have thought of lots of little details to make your stay wonderful. The beds are very comfy, There is a coffee machine and hot water machine in the rooms with plenty of choice of coffees and tea. There is a little fridge and fresh milk and bottles of water daily. Our dog was spoilt rotten with a jar of treats, bowls and his own towel. We will definitely be back

Absolutely nothing

We had travelled a long way and Angela and Nigel provided us with all the information that we needed before hand including places to eat locally and information regarding parking. The property is beautiful and the decor is perfect. The rooms were beautifully set out and very clean and had everything that i needed for my stay. Breakfast was delicious and there was a great selection of English and Welsh items on the menu. Angela and Nigel were the perfect hosts and have a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lampeter. As my son is going to the University in September, I will definitely stay when I come to visit and recommend to my family too. Thank you for having us Jennie and Nathan 🙂

Everything you could possibly want or need was in the room which was spotlessly clean. The towels were large and fluffy. Right in the middle of Lampeter, ideal. One must remember this is a country town and tractors do start work very early, are very noisy but an early start means you have time to walk in the wonderful countryside and work up an appetite for the delicious breakfast. We will be back.

Could not find anything to dislike.

This is the most beautiful B&B we have ever stayed in. The decoration was warm and homely, the room was of a generous size, the owners were very friendly, kind and welcoming, and we had a fantastic night’s sleep! We did not know a welcome and a level of comfort of this kind still existed in the UK. The owner generously made my wife gluten free Welsch cakes on learning she was gluten free. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – of a generous size, nourishing and top quality. We cannot recommend this B&B highly enough – it was the kind of stay we could only dream of and we are so glad we were able to make our dream a reality.

Nothing – there were no downsides.

It is evident a lot of thought and effort has been made in providing home-from home comforts. This is accommodation of style ad character. The proprietors are helpful and we enjoyed the choice and quality of breakfast.

The property does not have own parking. That said, there are 1 hr limit parking bays outside and opposite the building and within a short walk, free street parking available.

Angela was very friendly and accommodating. There were many interesting objects and lovely framed Welsh landscaped photographs and paintings to look at. The b&b had a lovely homely feel about it. Bed was comfy, soft towels, warm quiet room warm, with a good selection of beverages and milk. Even welsh cakes, gluten free biscuits & bottled water available. Breakfast was well cooked and served quickly.

Although we were able to park outside property on arrival, those who arrive on a week day may have to move their car due to council parking restriction times, being in the town centre. There are pay and display car parks nearby. A minor point is the bathroom sink is more suitable for those who are below 5ft tall.

We had such a great stay at Evangelisa- everything was perfect, from the super comfy bed, to the thoughtful touches like a tea and coffee maker, detailed information book to the really lovely hosts. Breakfast was awesome and definitely set us up for the day. Such a perfect little place, I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in Lampeter.
