The attention to detail and the top notch quality of everything pervades the whole experience. Whether you are talking trivia like the softness of the tissue paper or grandly of the whole property and the quality of the decor (even the notices to guests and the signs to identify the rooms are beautifully produced) there is nothing to criticise other than perhaps the random nature of the available parking, sadly on the street. But if that means getting there early to secure a slot it won’t be perceived as a hardship. In short, truly exceptional and a “must return”, and I speak from a 30 year career of endless nights in hotels across the whole spectrum of quality and cost.

We stayed for 6 nights, our room was beautifully decorated and the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and smart coffee machine too! The breakfast food and snacks provided were substantial, and a nice surprise. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and open for use 24 hours. The hosts were also available to contact easily and came out within 10 minutes to sort out an issue with the TV on our first night. We had no problem parking on the road near the property during our stay, and didn’t need to use the car while staying in Aberystwyth as it was an easy walk from the hotel to the sea front, shops, cafes and restaurants etc. Plenty of places to eat nearby although if you want to go to the little Italy Italian restaurant you’ll need to book as it’s very popular and not very big. Overall an excellent place to stay.

I’ll start by saying that this has been, by far, the most comfortable stay I have ever experienced. The location is fab, very close to everything in Aberystwyth. The accommodation is splendid. The room is really spacious and well thought out, there’s everything you can possibly need whilst away, including an iron and ironing table in the room. The bed is superb, and, apart from my own bed at home, it’s the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. It’s made such a huge difference in terms of managing to get some deep sleep, especially for someone with back issues like me. The bathroom is really nice, and the shower is the best shower I’ve used in a hotel room. The pressure is AMAZING and it’s a very spacious shower. There is a kitchen on the ground floor that one can use, and the kind people who own the business have decided to stock it up with all sorts of yummy things, from extremely tasty apple juice, to cheeses, yoghurts, milk, cereal, and all sorts of other snacks including crisps and Welsh cakes. Both me and my partner have been extremely impressed with this place (and we’ve recently stayed over in a hotel pertaining to a 3* Michelin restaurant, just for comparison purposes). There’s the little touches such as pillow chocolates, bottles of water in the room, the fully stocked fridge downstairs, usb sockets by the bed. I would whole heartedly recommend this location to anyone, I wish more hotel rooms were this comfortable.

Minor things - there isn’t a toilet brush in the bathroom and I would have personally preferred having one. The shower gel provided is pretty small @50ml. Nothing to detract from how enjoyable the whole experience was.

Room was excellent, very well appointed. Kitchen area well stocked with excellent products. Very helpful communications when checking in using Flexipass App. A very resting and relaxing stay at the property.

When we first arrived at 3pm , there was no street parking available in the whole locality. There is a car park at the end of the road , but be advised this is potentially problematic if you have a lot of luggage. We drove around the area for a while and took in some sights , but even when we returned at around 5pm , our car was eventually parked around 200m from the property.

Me and my Partner got to aberyswyth from Shrewsbury on arrival we phoned up to get checked in and the lady on the other end of the line was so helpful. The room was immaculate and really worth the money. Also there was a kitchen fully loaded, which was all complementary. We are late sleepers so asked if we could have a later check out but unfortunately they were fully booked for the day ahead but the owner gave us an extra hour which we were grateful for! Would 100% recommend this absolutely unreal place to stay.

Fantastic accommodation within walking distance of all points of interest in town; comfortable rooms with amenities; wonderful complimentary kitchen with breakfast and snacks - would definitely stay again!

Nothing to fault, it was great. The only issue I had involved getting into the room upon arrival as the mobile keycard didn’t work at first but the team was able to sort it remotely straight away.

Very easy contactless entry system. The kitchen was a nice touch and was well stocked with free nibbles that were great. Nice range of breakfast items. The room was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very welcome in the hot weather. The shower had a great pressure and the bathroom was clean and spacious.

Only one thing that would have been better is if they had provided bath robes. But everything was fantastic!

Beautiful looks exactly like the photo. Immaculately clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lovely choice for self serve breakfast in the kitchen. Messages from the owner were very helpful. Little gifts in the room made you feel very special and very welcome. No checking so just straight to your room but the owner made you aware she was contactable if needed.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this property.

This boutique hotel is, in my opinion, outstanding. The owners and staff have gone to extremes to make it welcoming and comfortable and they have certainly managed to do that. The extras provided are amazing and I have already booked my next stay. I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Aberystwyth, nowhere compares.

I didn't like leaving !!! I could have stayed longer.

The property was immaculate and inviting. We felt right at home! The extra incidentals like fresh fruit and beverages provided to help us enjoy our stay even more were a really nice, thoughtful touch.

We actually loved everything!! I wish other properties were like this.
