We liked the decor , the cleanliness , and the breakfast . Beds were very comfy and the whole B&B was very clean . Fantastic views from the breakfast room and overall a lovely trip .Was very impressed with how quiet the room even though it looked onto a road , we heard no noise. Lovely cakes , sweets and fudge as a welcome gift too!

Haven House is situated right in the middle of Leyburn just a couple of minutes walk from a variety of cafes, restaurants and pubs. The room, which had a good view over the main square, was very well insulated against any noise, though even the main road is very quiet by 9pm. Breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food and another great view towards the hills. Iain and Tracey were friendly and helpful.

The car park (for 4 cars) is a little small when all the rooms are occupied, but there is also free parking in the main square, so this wasn't really an issue.

Everything was perfect, great location for Leyburn. Rooms are good , lovely view from bedroom and breakfast room of the dales. Tracie cooks a fantastic breakfast and is a friendly lady.

The car park is a bit tight, but to be fair if you don’t fancy using it there is a free car park just across the road. Fantastic place

Very welcoming and the hosts messaged us before arrival to suggest booking our evening meal ahead of arrival as they get booked up quickly. Suggestions of some good local pubs, very useful. The little touches make all the difference, greeted with home cooked brownies in your room on arrival and fresh milk and water in the fridge in your room. Perfect central location in the market town, and easy access to further afield walks. Plenty to do and keep you occupied.

Beautiful B&B, decorated to a high standard. Great location for the pubs and shops, everything was within a minutes walk. The facilities in the room were top notch, from the powerful shower and large relaxing bath to the little touches. Fresh milk for a coffee was better than the coffee and powdered milk sachets that we have had elsewhere. The breakfast was delicious. I wish we could have stayed for longer.

Having to leave

Had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful B&B for a night while in the area for work. Arrived quite late in the evening but my room was all ready for me, and I was shown up to it. The attention to detail was impressive and I had a very comfortable night, followed by a delicious breakfast to finish off my stay. Will most definitely be booking back in when I’m back in the area. Highly recommend 👍🏼

Everything, the flexibility of both Lain & Tracey, the kindness, the humour and genuine interest in us as a family. Couldn't do enough for us and would highly recommend them without any hesitation. P.s his name is Ian....dont call him Lain (Lane), you might end up wearing scrambled egg for breakfast 🤣🤣🤣. A fantastic couple and if I were in Leyburn again, this is where I would stay 100%.

Right in town, walking to the everything. Very quiet! Easy access to Yorkshire sites. Very welcoming! Breakfast was wonderful tea or lunches available, so be sure to consider. Lovely views at breakfast over Middleham. We hope to visit again!

No complaints. Met and exceeded our expectations. We had a late booking and they accommodated easily!

Beautifully decorated home in the centre of Leyburn. Very welcoming hosts who made both of us and our dog feel welcomed, and provided a bed and bowls for her. Lovely breakfast too, including a sausage in a bowl for the dog. Lovely decor in the room and a big comfortable bed.

Car park very small and difficult to manoeuvre in and out of. The duvet was too hot for us but there is a fan in the room if needed.

Food was freshly cooked, hot and tasty, plenty of variety. Lovely outlook from dining room over the Yorkshire dales. Room was comfortable the beds were great, and a lovely daily treat of a piece of cake each left in your room each day.

Ensuite could have been slightly larger, but that's only a personal point, as the one I have at home is a converted double bedroom. Apart from that nothing.
