The room was great. Had some tea, coffee, biscuits and milk in the room for guests. Again, the whole service was great. Hot water, clean towels and sheets, comfortable bed. Nice and friendly staff. After checkout, we were allowed to keep our luggage in the luggage room downstairs and we came back for them later in the day. It's a walking distance to the underground/Metro station (District line) which is about 5 stops from Victoria. And there are food stalls and shops around.

Only thing I can say is that the stairs were narrow and the room small so if you have a lot of luggage, it might be quite tight. There was no reading table and chair in the room. And no catering services meaning no room to microwave your food and no tea room to sit and relax.

I would like to say how absolutely excellent Margot was. She could not have done more to accommodate my sister and I. I stupidly had booked wrong dates but Margot went overboard in setting us up for the 2nd night at your sister hotel in Earls Court. Number 23 was extremely comfortable and had everything we could want. I have already recommended number 23 to many people and I will definately come back. Earls Court was also as comfortable but 89 stairs to our room was quite alot when we are ancient😂😂😂but still I would go back if 23 is full. Thankyou and especially Margot for making it a short but great stay.

Nice staff and good value for money. I booked the cheapest place to stay and was prepared for a little discomfort but it wasn’t at all. It was nice, clean and comfortable. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. It was small and very simple but that was exactly what I paid for and what I wanted. I was surprised by how comfortable it was and just how nice the stay was. I was prepared for a little discomfort but it wasn’t at all! I loved it. Good vibe and lovely staff. I loved the fact that I could call Reece in the evening to ask for a spoon. Haha those simple little things make your stay even better

I just LOVED everything about this cute hotel. It has very good energy and vibes. Everything is shining clean, smells good, the staff is super nice and location is amazing. The bed is extra comfortable. I wish i could have stayed longer. I have stayed more expensive and horrible places in London before this one, so this one was like heaven to me. All the staff you will see and talk to are so lovely, housekeeping staff made my day aswell, he was such a gentleman. Just alot of love in this place! I wouldnt spend my money anywhere else. I can recommend this to everyone!❤️🫶

After reading other reviews, my expectations were quite low. But everything was nice - room was clean, bedsheets were clean, wifi worked perfectly. Yes, room is small and a bit outdated, but still very good value for money. location is close to the tube and you can get to the center of London in basically 10-15 minutes. Also knowing the prices for London accommodation - this is really the best you can get for this price. We had the bigger room with ensuite shower/toilet and fridge and microwave. I liked, that there was free coffee in the room and you could take more from the hallway.

We stayed for 5 nights and there was no cleaning in between. No replacement of towels, no taking out the trash. On the third day we noticed, that our neighbours just put the trashbin outside of the room to get it cleaned. So we did the same and it worked, but we had no information about it from the staff. Also the feet towel would be very much appreciated.

Although my room was a bit small, it was really nice. The bathroom was small, but nice, which makes sense as I booked for one person. I loved the little basket with the coffee sachets, tea bags, etc, and the cookies. Sam made sure that my late check in was smooth, and the next day I met her in person and thanked her. The location was perfect for what I needed it for; walking distance from Olympia centre, and very close to West Kensington metro station. Sainsbury's are around the corner and many shops for food nearby. If I'll have to visit Olympia again, I'll definitely book with 23 again!

Wish there was a reading light by the bed and the TV placed in a better place.

Great room, lovely size and very clean! Had a microwave/sink/mini kitchen in the room. Easy checking in/out and the location is perfect, surrounded by shops and down the road from a station. A massive thank you to Margot (I believe that’s the name of the lady), what a lovely person!! Amazing to hear about the transformation of the property, you can really see a lot of care going into every room. Great value for money, especially considering the area!

Honestly can’t complain, especially considering how affordable it is.

The hotel is close to Kensington Olympia overground so I could get to where I was going easily enough. The hotel is a converted Tardis of a house with loads of rooms inside. The room itself was small, but very functional, with a comfy bed, a sink, fridge, microwave and kettle - along with a tiny but very clean and functional en-suite. Oh and they have tea, coffee and paper cups in the room too. It's a perfect bolt hole for an overnight if you'e visiting west London (or north via the overground). I was a few minutes late for check in and the management were very responsive over the phone and had left a key for me. Full marks for service, thanks!

It's a double room, with a kitchenette - there was two sets of cutlery, but only one solitary bowl and no plates. The room was a little stuffy, but it was a very muggy night and you're not going to get air-con at this price.

Don't be fooled by first impressions while climbing the stairs up to your room. The room was clean, equipped with everything I might possibly need in a hotel room, and although it wasn't enormous, for a single traveler like myself it was more than sufficiently spacious. The same goes for the bathroom.

If I had to say anything negative, it'd be the lack of an elevator. If your room is on the top (third) floor, and you have to carry a lot of luggage, I can imagine some logistical difficulties.

The room was more than adequate for my needs, I wasn't looking for a 5 star luxury hotel, but I was impressed 23 as a place to stay on a budget. The lady I dealt with, Margot, was extremely helpful, to the point where she actually changed my room to one on the ground floor as she could see I had a disability. I didn't ask her to do, she did it to help me out. Bravo Margot!!!❤️❤️❤️

For the budget I don't think you could expect more.
