Very friendly and professional staff. Good price.

This is a room with window — but immediately behind the window is a grey wall and you couldn’t see anything. We let some fresh air in though. The socket and the only USB charging place are located at the side of one bed, but not the other — if you happen to occupy this bed, there is no place to charge anything whatsoever. I enjoyed my shower, but the floor of the showering block was not very clean.

Very nice lobby / breakfast room. Room was very clean. Good breakfast, but always the same (+no warm dishes). Friendly staff. Location was OK. Overall good standard, we were happy to stay here.

Room was never cleaned during our stay (3 nights). Also, it was VERY small - no place for anything else except for the bed. There was not even a wardrobe. Also the bathroom was super small. Still, acceptable for a few days. Lift was broken for a few days in a row, I would have expected it would be fixed after the first day...Also, it's a ten min. walk from the underground station, so that needs to be considered especially if you're walking with kids. PS there is a staff office with ugly neon lights which can be seen from the lobby. I found it irritating, it should have been the same style as the rest of the lobby - missed opportunity!

can’t believe the people moaning about the location!! it’s a 5 minute walk to the tube and far enough away you don’t hear it. location is brilliant for Holland Park, Notting Hill, and all the museums in South Kensington. if you don’t want noise wear ear plugs. This is London, it’s noisy and the hotel is on a main road. if you want a bigger room book a disabled room. I had a ground floor room at the back of the hotel and it was really quiet. very comfortable beds. great lighting system and tv. it’s one of the cheapest hotels in the area it’s not the ritz but it has everything you need at a budget price!

if I had to be picky the sinks in bathroom were tiny which I didn’t get, but we managed. could have done with somewhere to put clothes, and suitcase maybe

The breakfast bar was straightforward, well stocked and very clean. Rooms are small but well appointed and at night very quiet (especially at the back of the hotel). Staff were always courteous, friendly and helpful. My room was even ready (lucky timing for me) in the late morning when I arrived, having previously been prepared to leave my suitcase and go about my day.

One small thing...my hair dryer worked well, but only had cold air. It's harder to dry and style one's hair! I did ask for a switch but the same one remained. I didn't bother to follow up...wasn't a big deal. :)

It's a very nice and modern hotel about 5 minutes walking from Earl's Court station. The room was clean and everything was provided (there was even a Chromecast!). Pricewise, I think it's an amazing deal. We had a room with a window on the road side, which can be a bit noisy, but it was nice to wake up with the sun ;) The staff is friendly and there's a breakfast bar.

There was some confusion in the beginning about our reservation, but the staff was very friendly and helped us out! The beds are on the small side, but we managed.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is located in a nice and neat neighborhood. The metro station is just a few minutes away by foot. There are wonderful museums near the hotel. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is quite newly renovated. The garden view room was quiet. Cleanliness was OK. It was good value for money.

The breakfast was tasty, unfortunately they didn't have any warm dishes. The room was very small. The door between the bathroom and the room is made of frosted glass and does not lock. If you're not used to it, it can be a little uncomfortable. The stay was nevertheless very pleasant.

This is a nice hotel for the price. The rooms are very small but functional, clean and seem to have been recently renovated. The staff were friendly, the lobby had a nice space to sit and work, and the location is about 8 mins walking from Earl's Court tube station which is convenient. I stayed just for a night but I had a nice stay.

The only issue is the walls are a bit thin and I could hear neighbors slamming doors and talking in the hallway quite late at night. It was not a huge issue though

Not many options at breakfast, especially vegan options (no croissants, no yogurt, just sausages). Also for cappuccino or beverages w milk - no possibility to make a cappuccino w oat milk or soy milk. Thank you for considering other veg friendly options for breakfast !

Lovely staff, very good breakfast for what they charge, great location, nice lobby/breakfast room. Good value for money considering it's London, but you have to book in advance. Many restos and shops around, 5min walk to the metro, direct line to St pacras

Quite small rooms, hobbit size beds . You get only one big towel per person After covid, we have learned that everything needs to be super clean, and definitely not dry your face or hands with the same towel you use to wipe your buttocks! I understand it is a matter of savings but it should not come at the expense of hygiene.

Good variety of breakfast cereals/porridge, fruits, and protein (vegan and vegetarian options available). The room is not spacious, but they make the most out of the limited space. Glad they provided a folding chair and table so I could do my work in my room. The wifi was fast and easy to connect to. The lighting touch control panel gives the room a modern vibe. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. I appreciate the friendliness of all staff and the overall interior design of the hotel.

I booked the room without a window to save the budget, it was not so bad but it feels a bit stuffy and dim. If you have a higher budget it may be worth it to get a room with windows. The bed wasn't made with every housekeeping.
