Rooms look exactly like pictures! Beautiful interiors throughout the whole hotel, lounge & outdoor area. Love how the room has all the kitchen amenities. Amazing central location in Kensington. Yet Feels like a retreat.

Would love to be able to get simple beverages like bottles of water easily. The bed linen/sheets were actually quite scratchy and uncomfortable. Personal opinion :) Not sure if it’s because the hotel is brand new. But all the hotel workers using the reception/lobby as a office and having loud meetings/calls is quite strange - disturbs the peacefulness aspect.

Great location and very comfortable inside

For a weeks stay there should be a mid week clean as dust can quickly accumulate and to replenish supplies. Cord on hairdryer is short considering where the PowerPoint is. Security staff at front very unwelcoming especially older person, discussed this on check out!

The stay was great. The design of the hotel and all the details are simply exquisite. The interior was mesmerizing and I would recommend the stay to any of my friends and coworkers. The location is convenient. Having a bus station in front of the hotel and the tube right around the corner also very helpful. The amount of details out into the design was impeccable. Bringing outdoor greenery indoors and creating this incredible green-space extension was unforgettable. Staff at the front desk, as well as manager that was always around, were very engaging and helpful. SUPERIOR EXPERIENCE OVERALL.

The café staff could be a bit more warm.

The hotel interiors are superb and also the rooms are well decorated and arranged with a curtain separating the bed from the kitchenette and the window which gives more comfort if somebody is awake and the other partner in the room wants to sleep more. The staff members at the reception are great and so friendly and helpful. I should have taken their names to thank each and everyone of them, but my schedule was full. The location is very good because it is near a street full of restaurants and different shops and also close to westfield mall (6 min in taxi).

The hotel has a great garden but it opens late in the morning and closes early in the evening. I wonder why the do not leave the door to it open 24 hours, after all it belongs to the hotel and guests should be able to set their all the time even if the bar attached to it is closed.

The decor and the ambience of the studio apartment and the property in general was beautiful and welcoming. The studio was compact and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. At the time of booking the apartment, we were hesitant since it’s a new property and there weren’t any reviews since it opened in June/ July. But we are glad we took the risk since the apartment exceeded our expectations. The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The place was still opening up, so the bar and restaurant hadn’t started functioning yet, but the coffee shop was really nice and the lounge and the little garden were beautifully done up with little workspaces. The music choice was quite good as well. We had requested for a room with plenty of natural light, and we got a bright city studio that was garden facing. The kitchenette was sufficient to make our occasional meals in the apartment and had good quality stuff. The room surprised us with a compact ironing board, and iron and other little details which were carefully managed in the limited space, so that there was no clutter. The property was at a 6 minute walk from the Earls station and we could easily take the tube to different places. Sainsbury at 2 minute walk, bus stop right outside the property and the lively street with plenty of good restaurants made it an excellent location in Kensington which is anyways a very good area to be in. Overall, a very good stay. Would go there again!

Everything was great.

This place is fantastic, they have thought of everything to make it your stay as comfortable as possible. Even the tiny detail of a magnetic sign to put over the microwave light at night, amazing. Beautiful decor and furnishings and top of the range kitchenware, couldn’t fault it. Had a problem with the water in the room on day 2, but boy did they go out of their way to resolve/ address it. A complimentary bottle of wine was most welcome but it was the beautifully hand written apology that really resonated, don’t get that much these days🥰. Easy access to the tube and London sights, would definitely stay there again, wonderful.

Nothing at all, it was all wonderful.

The staff were exceptional. It started with Jada who came to find me as I was lost in the car nearby. We then checked in and all staff on shift were so happy to see me and my little dog, friendly, polite amazingingly helpful, all of them. Their customer service is better than most of the 5star hotels I stay in. They could teach the hospitality sector how to do it right. I will definitely be returning, Thankyou.

Garden open later, possibly, but not a huge problem.

Brilliant staff, fabulous coffee shop, excellent internet, wonderful decor and design, laundry facilities, very pleasant garden. When the bar and restaurant are opened it will be amazing. Loved it all!

Our room although beautifully designed, and every centimetre of space utilised, was cramped; but then we did book the smallest accommodation.

Location was decent - slightly away from the main attractions but easily accessible and in a quiet, safe area. Staff were WONDERFUL, super friendly and helpful. Free laundry services was helpful. Cafe on site was great in the mornings when I needed coffee. Rooms were excellent, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, big, comfortable, cannot recommend highly enough!

Nothing, everything was great!

Nice staff, cool decor of the whole building and lovely grand entrance and area on walking in. Much more than expected for the money. For my needs going to a course in Kensington with car it was really excellent and such good access to the M4. Secure car parking really good. air con excellent on a hot night.

Minor things - not much natural light in room. Mattress slightly sloping. Side of bath needed replacing.
