Boka Hotel

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The members of staff dedicated to cleaning were also very polite and responsive to anything requested. For instance, I was asked for my fridge to be increased in temperature as my food was freezing over and they fixed it immediately. Clean towels and other supplies were also changed every single day without having to be requested. The beds were super comfortable and clean. The TV was also working perfectly and had a number of programs including netflix, amazon prime, spotify and youtube. Location is also idilic (literally 5 minutes to M&S food, Coop and Boots and just a 6 minute walk from the tube station).

If I HAD to complain about anything it would be that the toilet leaked a little bit and the shower was a tiny bit small, but apart from that everything was great.

Great location, easy bus/tube links only 3 minutes from hotel, spotless room, comfortable bed, quiet at night, friendly staff. Room had a fridge, kettle & microwave, which is really helpful for travellers like me on a budget. Great area, with many dining options nearby. Can walk to Natural History museum, V&A, Albert Hall, etc.

The lift was out of order, but an engineer attended during my stay, so I expect it will be fixed imminently. The staff kindly carried my case up to my room, which was much appreciated. There are currently no breakfast options available at the hotel, although there are many places locally where you can find one.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was great. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Although a basic type hotel, it's conveniently located and most of all clean. The location it’s perfect 1 minute from Earl’s court,Hotel it’s completely renovate,staff was very friendly and helpful, For the price I paid I would never find anything like this in Central London,In room I found microwave,coffee machine,fridge was everything for enjoy my evening.Definitely I will come back.

Such good value for money, room has a fridge and microwave which i wasn’t expecting. Can watch youtube on the TV overall great experience, better than many other hotels especially for the price and location.

The window didn’t stay open and the duvet wasn’t the most comfortable however, for the price you can’t complain.

Excellent location! I liked that it had a bath tub and the bed was comfy - also there is enough space for two people.

It smelled weird, the staff does not know to communicate efficiently, there are no adaptors available (NOT EVEN FOR SALE) according to the staff.

Location near West Brompton Station and many bus routes and shops.

The bathroom was a bit unfinished and you couldn't hold its window open without using a prop. The wall under the window had loose paint.

It’s good for this price, if you are looking a place just for sleep, close to the main atractions its perfect. Nice and helpful workers and cleaning every day in the room.

Had a good time and Victor at reception was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed my whole stay and felt very accommodated!! 😀😀😀✌️❤️

Location and facilities in the room - could have easily accommodated 4 people, and the kitchenette was an added bonus. Bathroom ok
