Templeton Place by Supercity Aparthotels

The location is excellent - just a short walk to Earl's Court station. This provides great access to the West End via the Piccadilly line. We were very happy with the room. Everything in London is small, but this was comparatively spacious. It was clean and well kept. We also liked having a 24 hour reception desk which made check-in and out very easy, and it was nice to know there was always someone in attendance. Would definitely stay here again.

Firstly, the location of Templeton Place is just perfect. So close to Earl's Court Station, a Coop, M&S Food, bars, coffee shop, bars and restaurants. It is in a quiet location just off Earl's Court Road. The apartment was clean,well appointed, spacious with a proper bed and good quality bedding. The wifi is good as well. We appreciated having a washing machine of good quality. The only negative aspects to mention is that only a small refuse is supplied and collected each day. Not sufficient at all, especially if you prefer to eat in. The apartments are serviced only once a week, just be aware of that. Amin at reception was always so friendly and eager to help.!

Cleanliness is a big thing for me, and I'm happy to report that I've never seen any cleaning team clean so immaculately. I was surprised to learn that the property has been around since early 2000s. I thought it was fairly new! Room size was also a big factor for me, and the room was as big as in the pictures. There was enough space to comfortably have all our luggage open (2 big and 2 small). Location was also great. It is a 3-minute walk from the Earl's Court Tube station.

The AC was not working properly, making the room quite warm. I was informed that it was an issue with the rooms on the second floor, and even though the AC engineers did come it, it was not resolved. Luckily, opening the windows helped make the room a nice temperature.

Templeton went beyond our expectations. There is a 0-24 reception so you can get the keys there (you do not need to go anywhere else). Ami at the reception was very kind when we arrived (and later also the other receptionists), our apartment was great. The kitchen was well-equipped (also a zero noise fridge) and there was a washing machine as well with tablets, sponge etc. The bed was comfortable and there was absolutely no noise from outside. We could watch our Netflix on the TV. Metro station, Sainsbury's are 3 mins walking, great restaurants and the Hyde park nearby. Spotless stay.

I loved our second floor apartment which was made even more comfortable in the August heat when the staff allowed us to open the windows wide. The staff were great, came in and cleaned once a week and picked up rubbish on a daily basis if we needed it. The front desk was very helpful & friendly. Location was great.

There were some things about this place that were positively dangerous. 1. There was NO banister railing to help you mount the steps up into the building. 2. There were NO grab bars in the bathroom and the floor of the bath was slippery, making it EASY TO SLIP as you go in and out of the bathtub to take a shower. 3. The mirrors in the apartment & bathroom were TOO SMALL to be of much help when dressing. 4. The bathroom was TOO DARK, making it hard to see when you were trying to put your makeup on.

The size of the room was great, that place was clean and looks like the pictures. the location was perfect for us.

As I read in other reviews the AC wasn't working and it was very hot in London. also there was no microwave at leasr we did not see it.

We were happy to have accommodation that gave us a breather from cramped, restrictive hotel rooms during our European holiday. Able to cook meals for ourselves, able to do laundry without needing to find a laundrette or use an In-house expensive service. Under 5 minutes walk to Underground. Close to good shopping precinct- but quiet. Very peaceful. Reception gentlemen very nice and helpful.

Unfamiliar with CDA appliances- combined washer/dryer was a puzzle - but solvable - never did work out the combined oven/microwave (but reception would have assisted had we asked).

Templeton Place is very conveniently situated within walking distance of Earls Court tube station, even with luggage. When arriving from Heathrow, take the Earls Court Road exit. From Earls Court station, your have easy access to the rest of London. For the more energetic, you can walk to the museums in South Kensington. There are plenty of pubs and coffee shops on Earls Court Road and a Tesco's Superstore within easy walking distance. The apartment is uncluttered but equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay, including a washing machine and ironing facilities.. The staff are super-friendly. Good WiFi.

We wanted a spacious place, this time round in London. Our room at Templeton Place was perfect, with a large bathroom, sofa for two and a cute dining area....it was exactly as in the pictures. We loved the pretty little courtyard garden at the back. Earl's Court tube station was a 5 minute walk away. Earl's Court Road, just a block away had a Coop, Boots, Cafes and lots of places to eat. Our room, though, was quiet..we couldn't hear any traffic noise, nor did we hear any sounds from other guests in the hotel. What a haven to come home to, every day after a long trek in the city. Wished we could have stayed longer. The kitchen was quite fully equipped for light cooking, though we only used the kettle for tea and coffee. We did love the goody bag of snacks and biscuits! Last but not least, the guys at reception deserve a big shout-out - Colin, Kevin and especially Amin - for their warmth, humor, friendliness and helpfulness. Keep it up guys!!

There wasn't anything major that would change our overall ratings. The kitchen could do with some under-cabinet lighting to make the work area brighter. The bed was a bit lumpy said the husband, but it was fine with me, I slept like a log zzzzzz.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and had 2 refrigerators. The glass separation between the bed space and the main sofa creates a meaningful division of the apartment, and make you feel on a bigger apartment instead of a studio

The room was cleaned up just one time during our 1-week stay. I would have preferred a cleaner space ideally.
