Kensington Court Hotel - Earls Court

The staff were excellent! Very polite, professional and happy to help with any questions. The bed was clean and fresh,the towels too. Great size room for the money. Great location and on site parking at an extra charge.

The rooms need a freshen up, lick of paint. lots of marks around the skirting boards. The wooden bath panel was damaged through old age. Walls and doors could have done with a wipe down. The improvements to be made are aesthetic.

The location was excellent, approximately 5 minutes from the Earls Court Piccadilly and District Underground lines, and one block from the main street where all the commercial establishments were located: restaurants, coffee shops, markets, taverns, fruit vendors, etc. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet, clean and abundantly safe at all hours. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful in response to any inquiries. Although I am not a "breakfast person", the morning spread was bountiful with support staff to attend to any request. In sum, I was "amazed" at how great this location was for the modest price compared to high end hotels located closer to Westminster and London City. DEFINITELY will attempt to stay at this hotel again when I return to visit London in the future.

Everything was satisfactory. Nothing I can think of would have made my 4 night stay better!

The hotel location is very convenient (5 min walk from Earl's Court Underground Station) with several good halal restaurants close by. The room was quite large and very clean. Room service kept the room spotless clean throughout our 5-night stay. The hotel provides a hearty halal breakfast with lovely staff in attendance. Mr. Shahid and his colleagues took really good care of us from start to end. We will definitely be back next time we are in London !

We (2 adults + 2 kids) stayed 5 nights in a quadruple room which perfectly met our expectations. Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast had a good variety (tea/coffee/milk, cereal, fruit, pastries, toast, eggs, sausage, beans). The location was also pretty good: close enough to the tube (5 minute walk) while also being in a quiet street, which meant nights were pleasantly silent. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom, while perfectly suitable, would benefit from a renovation. Also, the hot water would sometimes take a couple of minutes to get to a good temperature. Still, these were minor issues and within my expectations.

I’ve stayed in double room for 4 nights; I got room on the 5th floor facing the main street with decent view. The lift was out of order during my stay, so I had to go up to the 5th floor at least 4 times a day, (I wasn’t aware of this during booking, I knew about it after they assigned my room and tried to go up); the staff apologies for this inconvenience, I took it as opportunity to lose some calories. The room was specious, bigger than any normal rooms in this area, bathroom was fine, furniture was dated but in a good working condition. I saw the Continental Breakfast as adequate and fit for purpose, I enjoyed it. The good size restaurant is in the lower ground, staff were lovely, English breakfast was good and pastries was fresh and just excellent. The availability of GBP 25 per day car park is a bonus, however it has few spaces, so I was lucky to get a space as first come first serve. Reception and housekeeping staff were friendly, helpful, and always put smile on their faces. Location is excellent, 3-4 minuets from the station, plenty of lovely shops and restaurants as well as supermarkets and pharmacies. I would stay again in Kensington Court Hotel - Earls Court

Lift was out of service. Repairs works was ongoing during my stay. dates furniture, but they are in a good working order

Varied and tasty breakfast. Special thanks to the Romanian breakfast staff: very kind, helpful, polite, discreet ladies. (Adina in particular, sociable and pleasant). The room is comfortable, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom, although a little outdated, is clean and equipped with everything you need. The location is wonderful, 4 minutes from Earl's Court tube. station. What really impressed me was the free taxi service (included in the room price) from the airport, that was very helpful. The ratio between the offer and the price was very fair. I recommend the hotel with love!

The location suited my needs perfectly, as it was 2 minutes walk from earls court station, therefore easy to move around. The staff were very helpful and supportive with requests. Breakfast had a good selection of choices. Very spacious and clean rooms. I is obvious that maintenance is an element they take good care off. Overall it was a good choice and I would definitely go back both for work and leisure. Thank you.

I didn't like that I walked into a cold room, as it was late at night and was tied from my trip. However, it was taken off instantly upon my request.. The second day my room was warm enough to feel relaxed and pleasant.

The property is worth the money you pay, and Shahid was very accommodating and responsive. the staff was very nice and active. Room size is good and the bathroom was decent. there was no problem with the hot water and heating in the room. Room service was provided daily, everything was decent and the location was excellent, just 2 mins walk from the underground tube station, restaurants and other amenities.

Cons- same breakfast for all days, less options available, bathroom size was a bit small but decent enough for 3-4 days stay, lift was a bit old fashioned, compact and scary, there were minimum toiletries in the washroom, toothpaste and toothbrush not provided at the property.

Great location, 3 minutes away from Earl's Court subway station, with a lot of restaurants and shops around. Room cleaning service every day.

Breakfast could be more varied, for example more vegetables, we had only cherry tomatoes. It was the same food every day. But considering the price and the location, the breakfast was actually quite good. A minus would be the water system from the shower, it was difficult to reach the right temperature of the water, either too hot or too cold, it took a bit to adjust.

Overall the hotel was really nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and tidy. We also didn’t have any problems with the hotel housekeeping. Breakfast was good but it was same every day. The best thing about this hotel is the location – it’s a few minutes walk from the Tube station Earl’s Court on Piccadilly Line and also lots of shops and restaurants are close to the hotel.
