easy booking and informative!

only towels available were hand towels and heating wasn’t too great. 10am checkout is a little early, 11am would’ve been a bit nicer

The location is great. Right next to Earls Court station and plenty of good food options. I recommend the Franco Manco Sourdough Pizza place, they were brilliant. Very home made and wildfire cooked and nicely priced and just what I needed at about 10:30pm on a cold night.

It was very straight forward. If you’re not wanting to spend too much and just need a basic place to stay as a single that isn’t a hostel, this place is perfect and the wifi was very strong. The staff were really lovely and accommodating. I had to extend my stay last minute late at night so I booked through booking.com. I didn’t get a chance to talk to reception again but I trusted if I left my bags in the room they would see my booking come through and just keep me in the same room and they did. No fuss or hang ups and I appreciated that so much.

I loved the location, the staff they were super nice they let me even choose the room which was amazing. The area increasingly is close to literally everything! And the neighborhood super clean and secure I’m definitely going back the next time I go to London. Tha price is very good for the place where it is to be honest.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent!

My first stay wasn’t that comfortable because my window was high up the wall so the ventilation wasn’t good. My second stay with a window lover looking Nevern Place was excellent. I would happily book another stay if I would be able to have a room overlooking the square. But I don’t know if that’s possible booking through booking.com

Location of the hotel was perfect and very close to the Earls Court tube station. On arrival, I was greeted very well and got a surprise in form of a free room upgrade. Contrary to my perception which I built on the basis of other reviews, hotel was pretty clean including my room and the bathroom. Hi-speed Wifi was a great plus point.

Great location in a quiet area just a few minutes walk from Earls Court station. The room wasn't too small but the bed was really comfortable. The place was quiet and the manager was very keen to help.

Everything was fine. I can't say anything bad about the room.

Usman was a super attentive worker with everything, at one point I needed the adaptor to charge my phone because I live outside the UK and he was available to offer, and had a lot of courtesy to me. I will definitely come back!

A little cramped but it’s London

Was very clean and convenient, Close to the city, lots of bus stops, shops, restaurants near and is a 5 minute walk from the london tube

I liked everything. You get what you pay for. Can’t complain

Staff were great. Room was surprisingly large (ground floor) . Cost was perfect for solo travellers and really clean
