The Hari London

The hotel was beautifully decorated and clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and couldn't have done more. The room was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The extra little touches were greatly appreciated.

We had an early dinner in the restaurant but this was quite unremarkable for the price it cost. Also they only stocked Italian wines which don't agree with my daughter, but they did have champagne which she had instead, so maybe a wider selection might be good? But breakfast was very good. Also I was quite surprised to get an additional 15% service charge added to my total bill (the room cost advertised was taken in advance, but I wasn't aware of this extra cost - so on a booking costing almost £1500 for two night this was a considerable extra!)

Excellent, friendly staff. I love that the hotel is not oversized with endless corridors and checkin and access to the room was quick and easy, with very attentive and personal concierge/reception. Minibar is very basic but complimentary which is nice. Great location. Food is decent though staff in the upstairs bar could be a bit sharper. Design is clean and contemporary but not impersonal.

AC is very loud! Could not sleep with it on, so cut it during the night. Bed was once great but was definitely sagging on one side, should be addressed. Pillows quite hard also, but acceptable.

Very welcoming staff, always eager to help. Excellent location! Quiet rooms (which is not always the case in many hotels). Very clean. Great ambience. Nice bar - food and drink menu.

More and/or better vegan options for breakfast. For example, the tofu scramble was better the last time I visited the hotel. The music at the bar could be better too...

Stylish hotel that radiates elegance, and comfortable luxury. Located in peaceful Belgravia; a short walk from Kings Road and near good shops and restaurants. Impeccable service and great room service. Request for early check-in was accommodated quickly and efficiently, with an unexpected upgrade offered.

very clean and chic. Very warm welcome from efficient and friendly door and reception staff. a concierge that everyone needs on their lives making it his mission to make sure everything is in place from taxis, luggage to which Japanese restaurants serve the best sushi

Clean, well laid out. Great bedrooms with good blackout blinds. calm and quiet with superbly comfortable beds. spotlessly clean. Nice lounge space for passing the time, logging onto the speedy Wi-Fi before time to check out. wonderful breakfast and all of the staff making it their mission to make my stay a great one. I will be back……..

The staff make this hotel beyond exceptional the warmest welcome we ever received at a hotel from Bruno and Tony! The door men were equally welcoming, time invested in the guests; our plans, where we came from, the reason we came etc. lovely gentlemen serving in the bar in the first floor encouraging us which cocktail we would like - great recommendations! My partner emailed on the way down on the train to say he had booked that morning and it was my birthday that I love small details so anything they did would be noticed! Wow expectations exceeded! Sure enough beautiful surprise in the room fizz, cake and a personalised birthday card and welcome drinks in the bar and the most beautiful room! Really silly little thing but the turndown service by the bed, slippers and a little mat to put your bare feet on saying good morning, pillow chocolates, well stocked complimentary mini bar, bathroom amenities for when you think he’s packed the tooth paste and he thinks you did. Premium Toiletries from a lovely Yorkshire brand we know and like - our home from home! Do not look any further there’s just no better hotel! Location stunning and the little Anya Hindmarch cafe just round the corner is such a must for your morning coffee stroll up Sloane Street to Harrods! And if you need anything the fanciest Waitrose I ever saw is literally round the corner! We did lots of great things in London but the most memorable is genuinely how they made me feel at the Hari and things like that you don’t forget!

Nothing!!! They are SUPERB!

The staff were so helpful, pleasant and welcoming. The hotel itself was clean and had plenty of facilities, the room was fantastic, very comfy bed and a complimentary mini bar which was restocked daily. There was also a nightly turn down service which was a nice touch. Overall an outstanding experience and would definitely stay again.

Bit of noise from traffic outside early in the morning, however we are in Central London afterall.

Great location near Sloane Square, kings road, harrods. Lovely view from 6th floor room, nice and clean room.

The hallways are narrow and ceilings quite low. There is very limited closet space (barely for one persons clothes and a suitcase) and there is no privacy as the bathroom is separated from the bedroom by glass

The staff were so helpful and friendly from the start. Little touches like free bikes and umbrellas are amazing, too. Rooms were well designed, and they even brought us a bottle of champagne to say happy birthday

That we couldn't stay longer

The Location is excellent, probably the best you can get in London. The staff was amazing, very friendly and the hotel was beautiful! Overall, a great experience.

The only disadvantage is that the rooms are slightly small for a 5 star hotel, although in all fairness, this is understandable given how premium the location is.
