Caesar Hotel

Stylish room with amazingly comfortable bed. Room service included and is amazing! Staff are very friendly. The hotel is very quiet and possibly the best nights sleep I've ever had in a hotel. High quality breakfast. The hotel is close to Hyde Park which is great for views and somewhere to relax.

I wish the TV was a smart TV - that's the ONLY bad point.

Room and the all facility was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall service was quite professional and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast is expensive but perfectly delicious and the service was excellent. Neighborhood was quite lovely as well.

Room was quite small and the bathroom also. Shower area was in normal dimensions but the bathroom sink was so small that it was debatable if it was really there or not. This caused us to mess the bathroom floor everytime we used it but at least the cleaning staff was doing a good job. I am not sure if they could have changed the rooms as we didn't bother to ask.

Magda, the lady in charge of the staff at breakfast really goles out of her way to make you enjoy your first metal of the day.

I fell victim of not reafing the fine print. Pricewise The Caesar Hotel at Queens Gardens in London will charge you the same amount as others, the difference is that that's for half a Ro (12 m2) while others will give you a standard room with a King Size bed or 2 Double Beds. I had to sleep in a Twin Bed, at The Ceasar on account that is the only bed that fits. The room is barely twice as wide as a Twin Bed, something that helps the 20 inch TV feel bigger; but other than that it's a challenge. If your suitcase does not fit under the bed, you night be tripping over it during your stay. So,.compare with caution and pay close attention to the small print.

We loved the area. It was quiet but still close to the subway and buses so we were able to be at any location within 15-30 minutes. The hotel is clean, the staff is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to provide service. Breakfast was fresh with a wide variety of choices and the service outstanding

We liked everything. Although the room is small we were mostly touring the city during the day so it did not bother us when we arrived at night because the bed was so comfortable. The only weird thing was the hallway leading to the room. The floors were uneven which I've never seen :)

the rooms were nice and clean, the staff was helpful. breakfast is good for what you get in Europe, and you can always ask for things that aren't on the menu and they are happy to comply (such as cucumber and hard boiled eggs). We asked for umbrellas on a rainy day and were given happily, and so was an adaptors for electric devices. we ate at the lobby bar a couple of times and the food was very nice. all in all, a good experience and we would consider returning.

bath room in the larger room with the extra place for a sofa was tiny and unmanageable. you could barley get in and out of the tub. I'm small and I have to wonder how would anyone bigger then me, manage. kids bathroom had a shower about the same size but because it was a shower the room made more sense. did not care for the location that much, there is about a 10 minutes walk to every station in the vicinity, so we ended up using uber allot. of course it's not the hotels fault, but if being close to transport is a factor for you, take it under consideration.

Good location and friendly staff. The room was small but it was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They took note of my check-in time on Booking.com and let us check in early. They also read my request for a "higher floor, large bed, non-smoking room and we were on our honeymoon trip". It was really nice that they got us a cake, a lovely card and they decorated the bed with rose petals in the room! How lovely?! The card and the cake should be written as "Congratulations" instead of "Happy Anniversary" but it was lovely! We were impressed that they made such an effort. Moreover, I sprained my ankle during the trip and the staff gave us a bandage and also delivered a bucket of ice to our room. It's a four-star hotel but the service is five-star. Love it!

Excellent breakfast and staff. Dima and her staff are very good. Hotel close to several tube stations and Heathrow Express. Quiet street. Good and cheap restaurants nearby. Every evening the bed and windows were put ready for the night.

Cleaning. Had tiny flies in the bathroom, killed dozens of them and none of those were cleaned away. The mirror had the same dirty during my staying. Hairs on the walls from previous client stayed put. In the morning of the second last day the cleaner knocked the door and asked if the room needed cleaning! I said no beacuse I didn’t see the difference.

The room we got had more space than a normal small room. The extra space was totally worth it. Staff there was exceptional as well. They responded really quickly and were poliet and very friendly. The location of this hotel is really good. We were close to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. We were close to two train stations. Would definitely stay here again.

The toilet doors are unable to lock and there's a gap between the hinges (it's frosted glass). So if you've got cheeky friends/family, they could totally peep and see you showering/using the toilet. Do note that there is also no mini fridge in the room. This was a great disappointment for us as we had wanted to buy some fruits/yoghurt drinks to store up for our trip.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast with all the numerous options excellent. Room was small but enough for two and had a nice view to the park outside, it was also very clean. There was practically no noise from the street, so we slept well every night

The room was smallish, so if you need a lot of space around you, at least the one we had is not your choice. We had a balcony, but for safety reasons were not allowed to use it, which was a bit shame, but we could understand it. However, it was ok to open the door, which was a bonus.

We were family of 5 people in two rooms. The rooms were clean and quiet. .breakfast was high level, rich and tasty One of the staff was Magda, which was very kind. She helped us reserving table for 5 in the rush hours of breakfast and also she took care of all our needs at breakfast. Location of the hotel near the Hyde Park is great for running and enjoying the park
