just what I needed a bed and shower

nothing to dislike

the location is very good. it is near everywhere in central, but not too busy area. very near to the elizabeth line too! also the staff was great. very friendly and helpful. i checked out and the lift was out of service. the staff was helping me and my friend bringing our 4 luggages outside of the hotel! i can’t thank them enough. honestly i forgot his name but it is also the king’s name.. was it henry ?? anyway thanks henry !! shout out from me the 2 hijabis traveler ☺️👍

i didn’t know that we have to pay if we want to use iron, or put our luggage at the hotel after check out. but it’s okay i guess because it is a budget hotel. i just wish i know it in advance.

The service was excellent during our week there. The rooms are small and not very bright, but they're good for getting a good night's sleep. The Wi-Fi works well, and the bathrooms are clean. Housekeeping was great—they brought us extra towels when we asked. The folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The lobby is nice and quiet, perfect for working on your laptop. The rooms are clean and modern, but storage space is a bit limited, especially if you have a lot of stuff. It would be helpful to have some more shelves and maybe a shelf in the bathroom. But the best part is the hotel's location in central London, close to the subway and attractions.

Small rooms; storage space is a bit limited. I should mention that our experience was slightly marred - we were given a room with a double bed instead of the two single beds we had requested... There is no hairdryer in the room, but you can rent it for a fee of £10 upon request.

Location is really good, staff were really friendly, room was all you needed for a weekend away. The darkness is amazing! Along with earplugs supplied helps you get a great nights sleep, however if you’re not a fan of the dark there is dimmer switches you can tinker about with. Shower was nice and warm and the air conditioning while not the easiest thing to use did cool the room sufficiently.

The corridors smelled quite bad, but fortunately the smell never once entered the room. Checkout is quite early at 10am and £10 to keep each of your bag is probably a little on the steep side. Finally i booked through booking.com and got a message from zedwell via the booking.com app stating i needed to update my card details or my booking would be cancelled which as my card had expired i did however it became apparent after the link not working properly and calling the hotel they stated it was a scam. Therefore although no money was taken i had to cancel my card and get a new on which was a bit of a chew but just something to be aware of if you’re booking.

The location is splendid, being less that five minutes walk from Tottenham Court Road underground station. Given that the location is so central, this was very good value for money. I found the staff very helpful and friendly. Being six floors underground felt odd at first but I got used to it during my two-day visit. I would certainly stay there again on a short break.

The room was very spartan, which should not have been a surprise, given the price. Even so, I would have welcomed a shelf to put my things on and some proper hooks. I thought that charging £10 to leave my bag on the day I left was rather steep and thought that the price was intended to discourage this practice!

I wasn’t expecting anything good out of an underground hotel frankly because ive never heard of such a thing, but from the atmosphere, staff and with a suite thats simplistic yet still full of character, my expectations were blown out the water, it was fairly cheap and for what you’re getting, from the experience to the actual hotel itself do yourself a favor and book a stay, plus I bet no one you know can say they’ve stayed at an “underground” hotel, and it still be really nice lol

The heat lol my body temperature runs high so I like a freezing cold room and I never really got past Luke warm, it was enough for the covers to be kinda chilly but still not enough to cool me off

It was unbearably hot everywhere but soon as we walked into our room everything cooled down. Air-conditioning was fabulous!! Loved room felt like it was carved into cave! Amazing wet room/ toilet. Beds were super comfortable and everything was spotless! The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful. On our first day there was a problem with the plugs not working so the staff took all our electronics(with kids that's a lot) and charged them for us while we were out and by time we got back everything was fixed. Staff made our stay so much better, highly recommend. Will definitely be coming back.

Cannot fault it but only thing that would have been better was if there were a small mini fridge . It was so hot so having somewhere we could put our drinks would have been great. But other than that it was perfect.

The hotel saved our skins - we found ourselves without a place to stay at 8pm in central London (due to a booking mishap on our part) and they found a room for us speedy. The staff were extremely helpful (one of them actually pulled my broken suitcase to the room), and we had a very pleasant night. Good value for money as long as you are okay being underground.

The toilet did sound slightly possessed when it flushed (like an aeroplane toilet), however, I assume this is a plumbing requirement for how far underground it is. The reception is a little hard to find at the moment as there are two separate entrances (one with stairs and one with an elevator - take the elevator), but this is being fixed.

It is very nice decored, with books to read in the lobby and free cold and hot water in the reception. The room has places to plug in your devices and the bed was big and confortable. Very well located in one of the most centric zones of London with the underground just 1 block away. Good relation price/quality

One day there was not hot water for an inconvenience they had and another day there was a lady saying that she didn’t have hot water for 3 days. Probably it was a temporary problem and they fixed it.
