Langham Court Hotel

Hotel was fairly close to tube station and could also walk to several places within 15-30 minutes. Has a lift to all floors and ramp access at entrance so good accessibility. Room was big enough , very clean and toiletries provided. Hotel staff offered to keep our bag whilst we explored ( although we declined). Good choice of breakfast which was good value. Room nice and quiet until the morning... Would definitely recommend this hotel and would come again.

Woken at 8am by someone outside , possibly talking on phone very loud or to colleagues and also jet washing something. Heating in room did not appear to be on- I was OK but my daughter felt a little cool. We had a twin room and as a mother and grown up daughter we're surprised to see bed made up as a double. As it was only one night stay didn't complain. But duvet not big enough for bed! Room was lovely but wardrobe/ cupboard not the best. Also only enough teabags for one cup of tea. Nowhere to hang coats either( especially as they were soaked from rain)

Whilst room on small side, its location was brilliant. Oxford Circus only 10 minutes walk away, which was fantastically close to where we needed to be for our plans during our stay. It was lovely and quiet, and bed really comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked with the option to have "breakfast included". What was not specified anywhere on my booking was that this was ONLY a continental breakfast -- had we wanted to have English breakfast, we would have had to pay more !!! This was disappointing especially when a visit to London was planned on a tight budget.

Located very close to Oxford Street, so plenty of shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and bars around. My room was facing the street but was still very quiet at night. The building, reception area and room were all very beautiful and gave a feeling of luxury. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and modern with plenty of towels and toiletries available, and I always appreciate having a bath instead of just a shower. Check in and out was quick and easy, and all the staff were friendly.

The only issue was the waterfall shower head being so high on the ceiling, I couldn't reach it to clean it. The water was spouting in lots of directions instead of just down (which usually means it needs cleaning)

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Location was perfect, especially if, like us you are seeing a show at the Palladium as just 10 minutes walk. The room was immaculate and so comfortable. The staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for us. I stay in a lot of hotels in London and some very expensive but will definitely be booking this one again as there is nothing to fault. The only thing is that on Booking.com it says breakfast included so you would expect all breakfast but it was just continental and you needed to pay extra for a cooked breakfast. This was fine for us as I just wanted something light and coffee but this might need to be highlighted on the booking.com site on booking. Otherwise a wonderful night's stay in a clean, well located and friendly hotel.

Location and appearance outstanding; staff friendly, helpful and courteous. We were really impressed by the fact that we had so many of the attractions within a very accessible distance.

Room was very small and position of television a hazard, as I twice caught my shoulders on it whilst trying to get by - and wardrobe narrow, too much so for the doors to slide smoothly when there were clothes hanging. I had thought there would be a safe,, but can see that room in the wardrobe was at a premium and that had to be sacrificed. I would donor wish to sound critical, because the point made in the previous answer are very significant and on the 'value for money' argument, this was a really good four star hotel which I happily recommend.

The staff in front office, the bar and housekeeping all performed like professionals. Thanks to Ivo who stood out with his great hospitality. Special Thanks to hotel Manager Emma who helped in resolving a chauffeur incident during check out. location is quite good with a short 15-20min walk to Chinatown and Piccadilly Circus.

The rooms were small but we didn’t book the bigger rooms which we could have. In summer, please be aware there’s only fans and no air conditioning.

staff were friendly, bathroom was modern, location was nice and quiet, only a 10 min walk to Oxford street. had a surprise 2 slice of cheesecake brought to room for my birthday, which was a very kind gesture.

the room was small, felt a bit disappointed after paying what I considered a decent amount of money for the room, I’ve paid similar when staying in London and never had such a small room before. you couldn’t open the wardrobe door fully due to it bashing into the door hinge of the room door. the lift was a bit shabby looking and very small.

Perfect location, all staff very helpful and friendly . we will definitely return

The staff were great - particularly Emma the house manager who genuinely seemed to want to make sure we were looked after and had everything we wanted. She gave us a lovely welcome to the hotel and even upgraded our stay to include a full English breakfast which was greatly appreciated after a very challenging journey! I had read reviews about the rooms not being very clean, but I have to say that our room was absolutely spotless! The breakfast and service were also great with good quality food and frequently replenished.

The location was the only issue for us as it was further from the West End than we had thought, but if you don’t mind a 25 minute walk there (£11 taxi ride) there or want to be in Fitzrovia then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Room quite narrow with the bed base the wrong way round to the headboard which made it very short but very wide, at 6ft 4ins tall this meant my feet overhung the bottom of the bed from my shins down. My wife at 5ft had no issues. Didn't stop me getting a good night's sleep. Can see why they had done this, if the base had been the correct way then it would have made it impossible to get round the bed
