Prince William Hotel

Location, location, location. These premises seem to have been refurbished not long ago, so, for London hotels standards, it's to be appreciated. They have AC at least on the upper floors, too (there was a heat wave, so very useful)

We've been twice in this hotel within 2 weeks. The 1st one we needed to used a very small bathroom; the shower being a nice size but the washbasin was son small and low you needed to be a bit of a contortionist to use it. On our second visit the bathroom was bigger, but with a venetian shower - again a nice size - and you needed to use a towel to avoid the whole bathroom to get flloded.

Very comfortable. Warm and cosy after a return from a cold 10 degrees C and wet London. Got a triple room instead of a twin room. Room was very spacious. Cleanliness was great. TV and 35 MB Internet were great. Power shower and heat of water supply was brilliant. Great value for money. The beds were very comfortable and all slept soundly. 5 minutes from both Paddington tube and railway stations. Very nice restaurants nearby.

The sash windows were a bit loose but did not affect the comfort of the room.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Location was brilliant. Paddington station was up the road. Kensington park was also so close.

Room was small but we we were out most of the day. No air-conditioning but there was a fan. There was no lock on the bathroom door so it wouldn't close all the way and even though we are family it was weird seeing each other through the slight open door and on the toilet.

Spacious clean rooms and very friendly staff on arrival. Perfect location to get about the city or to visit Hyde park (easily walkable)

Door very thin meaning you could hear people very loudly in the corridor. Luckily there was no loud noise at night but I think this would be an issue if my neighbouring rooms were not as quiet as they were.

Front desk reception was very obliging and most happy and helpful…breakfasts were more than adequate. A great location for us. Railway station, Hyde Park all very accessible. Would recommend to fellow Aussies wanting similar experiences to our own.

A noisy nearby toilet system.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very hot weather but there was was air con and also a fan was provided. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't breakfast there so unable to comment on that. Very close to Paddington Station.

Location is perfect, very close to the station

Rooms was small so made is very hot with no ventilation and no mirror in the bedroom Shower was drizzling and kept cutting out when it was on it was a very hot temperature even when on cold setting

Location was good. Food was not good enough, it was limited in variety and they served old spoiled apples/fruits.

Toilet was not flushing properly and no air-conditioning, windows could not be opened either. The heat was sickening.

The bed was comfy the room was very clean and the staff where exceptional

The shower was too hot and didn't get colder when tried to The breakfast could have been better continental not our style

The room was great along with location and breakfast was what was expected.

The problem is that London prices are expensive.
