Great location. Good value for money. Spacious. Bonus of washing machine

Couch turned bed in lounge isn't suitable as bed - definitely needs a foam topper! Unable to turn down radiators so apartment was very hot and all windows were locks so no fresh air. Only 1 key to share between 5!

The hotel was really nice, the apartment was one bedroom with fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, stove and microwave, staff were very supportive specially Costas and Nino, very friendly and helpful The location was amazing, just a walking distance from Paddington station, and lively with many gift shops, exchangers, and restaurants options.

The furniture was a bit old, and the sofa bed for our boy was not comfortable. Although the apartment had more than we actually expected. Also I would suggest to have a clear sign outside with the name of the hotel as it was quite hard to found

What a fantastic place to stay. Two bedrooms, living room, kitchen with washing machine and a decent sized bathroom. Water was always nice and hot. The rooms were lovely and warm and the beds were nice and comfortable. Having a washing machine was a bonus! The rooms were decent sized for a London hotel. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only a short walk to Paddington station and lots of places to eat nearby.

The only downside was that there were double beds in each room. Would have been nice to have had a double in one room and twin beds in the other, but that's my only complaint.

Location. it’s close to the stations (Paddington, Lancaster Gate) and very convenient. most staffs are friendly. we booked a room with a kitchen, and the room was bigger than expected. suitable for the short stay with a small family.

there is no Hotel-sign, and the entrance is quite confusing, so it was a little hard to find the place. furniture and facilities are very old. what we felt a little uncomfortable was, the lobby. there were always people there and hanging around or working there. might be a kind of charity work, but not for the hotel guests, it’s totally different from a “normal” hotel lobby.

The hotel is located in Paddington, less than 5 minutes from the underground station. From here you can get everywhere quickly. You can also walk to Hyde Park in 5 minutes. Hyde Park, Notting Hill, Portobello market are within walking distance. There are many restaurants, supermarkets, Mc Donalds etc. nearby. Our flat was bigger than expected, very clean. It was cleaned daily, even the dishes were put away. There were fresh towels and toilet paper every day. The kitchen is very basic but the essentials were there. The staff is very nice and they help you immediately on request. The reception is open 24 hours a day, so you always have someone to talk to. The hotel is guarded. Although I had a window facing the street, I didn't find it particularly noisy. We even had a washing machine.

The beds were not the most comfortable, but we still slept well. One night there was a false fire alarm. But looking on the bright side, there are fire detectors everywhere and the alarm is very loud ;)

There was everything I needed to prepare basic food for two of us. The kitchen and bathroom was cleaned every day. Used towels and bathmat replaced every day. Beds made. Plenty of coffee replaced every day. Excellent service. There is also security at the premises who were also friendly. There is also a lift, much appreciated with cases. Microwave, washing machine, oven and stovetop.

Windows wouldn't lock but not really a problem on 3rd floor. The apartment could do with updating but for the price, I'm not complaining. This is a budget apartment. Just for information, there were saucepans, frying pans, but no oven roasting/casserole dishes not that I needed them. No freezer compartment in fridge for ice cubes or ice packs.

Good location 2 minutes from Paddington station. Great value for money. Helpful staff. Great packed breakfasts, lots of food and fruit juice. Room was serviced to a high standard when we were out. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen.

No duvet provided for sofa bed, just sheets and a blanket. Windows single glazed so some road noise at night.

Location was amazing ... close to Paddington, Hyde Park and Marble Arch yet in a quiet area. Apartment had everything you needed, even a small drying line in the shower ! Access was via a secure door which for two girls on their own was comforting. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dont expect it to look shiny and new, more 70's decor but they are exceptionally clean and have what you need for a weekend or longer stay 😊

Pillows were a little hard and doors and floorboards squeaked badly

London is always a housing nightmare is everything is small but this facility had excellent space. The lift, facilities, staff and must note large bathroom was not what one expects in London. Daily cleaning and towel changes also noted. The location close to Paddington station is excellent for arrivals from Heathrow Airport and central to accessing all other means of transportation. There is paid parking and every other facility as expected in a city like London in walking distance.

The information from the hotel being sent in FRENCH! It might be not an issue as many can negotiate around this even with basic French or using an app translator but a hotel booked in the UK on an English site by someone who communicated to you in English SHOULD receive return communication in ENGLISH!

Amazing location! It is very close to Hyde park and Paddington station. The room was more spacious than I anticipated. It had a little kitchenette where we could make some basic meals. The architecture of the lobby is beautiful.

The room and its furniture is outdated. It seems like it used to be apartments before. It wasn't easy to find the entrance to the hotel right away but once you know that you need to go into the courtyard, it's ok. It is a bit pricy, unfortunately, but you get to live in a beautiful neighbourhood.
