Hotel Edward Paddington

excellent location to Paddington station, restaurants and shops. very friendly staff who explained how we could save money by taking the Elizabeth line to Heathrow instead of Heathrow Express. he also gave restaurant suggestions which were excellent! the lift was very helpful as was a/c

We had a room on 5th floor which was quiet from street noise. The room was ready when we arrived at 1pm and the receptionist gave us a larger room plus letting us check out at 12pm the next day rather than 11am which was lovely.

The mattress was too soft for my back and there was a lot of commotion going in from fellow guests in the night and early morning unfortunately.

location was great and close to Tube ( Underground) cafes and restaurants close by Check in was quick and staff were very welcoming and friendly

Couldn’t use lift and took the stairs which were In need of a good hoover and clean. Bed was uncomfortable this may be my personal preference as I don’t like to feel my partner turning over or dipped weight in the middle of the bed.Curtains didn’t fully cover windows when drawn and let in light, another personal preference of mine which others may not mind

Hotel is located within a very short walk from Paddington station and several cafes. We also walked through Hyde Park to Buckingham palace and Knightsbridge and Harrods. We had a twin room on the first floor at the front of the building with a nice view of the trees. Hyat cafe nearby had lovely breakfasts.

small room with no space for suitcases... but realise this is typical for London.

The overhead shower was lovely. The beds were very comfy and very clean

Some bits perhaps could do with an update as some furniture seem tired.

Perfect location 2 minutes away from the train station & nice too have 4 single beds when in a group !

Our room was on street level so quite noisy from outside noise & room is a bit tired !

Great hotel with easy access to different shops, train, and restaurants. Front desk lady was exceptional and very helpful!

The toilet/restroom smelled of sewer at first then the smell vanished.

I liked that around you can find a stores, restaurants, barbershop, metro. Park also is near.

I think this hotel need some refreshment. Conditions normal, but I feelt lack of freshnes.

Location is perfect. Staff is very accommodating and polite. This was my second stay and would definitelly come back. Thanks
