The Westbourne Hyde Park

Great facilities and location. A quiet road considering it is in the heart of central London. I have stayed in quite a few hotels that consider themselves 4-star but they pale in comparison to this hotel. Comfy bed, great shower, clean facilities, soft towels, polite staff, amazing location. Soundproofing isn’t the best but this is expected in this type of property - the quiet road helps make up for this.

No complaints whatsoever.

The facilities were great and overall had a nice, comfortable stay for over a week. Sometimes we were still in the room when the cleaners arrived but later in the afternoon when we went out we came back to our rooms cleaned, including new cups and toiletries/coffee/tea refilled. Very impressive cleaning service! The location is amazing with less than a 5 minute walk to Lancaster Gate station and very easy to get to all the main spots in Central London. We were also able to walk to South Kensington in 20 minutes so it's very convenient if you want to go to the museums. Would highly recommend and come back to stay here again.

We could hear a lot of noise in the room above us but this wasn't at unreasonable hours and we assumed it was children running around. I would recommend asking for a room on the top floor (Level 5) if possible to avoid this.

the staff was quite helpful, the apartment was clean and well equipped. its location is pretty good as it’s very close to two metro lines and right next to the Hyde park. good location for a family stay.

some apartments can be very small, we had to change our first apartment since it wasn’t big enough for thee three of us with luggage. but the staff change it to a bigger one without any hassle.

Excellent location. Reception staff was very good. No complaints around service. Close to two tube stations Paddington 5 mins walk and Lancaster gate 4 mins walk. Excellent location especially when you are coming from airport you can take either Heathrow Express or Elizabeth Line and it takes you straight to Paddington which is steps away so no need to carry luggage and transfer trains. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom were newly renovated as well. Stayed there for 10 night for family of 5 with 2 rooms and the place for perfect. Lot of options to eat around along with some laundry shops near by for longer stays. The small road behind the hotel has lots of small cafe which are excellent for breakfast.

Nothing that I don’t like other than the size of rooms but that’s a central London thing so won’t hold it against the property.

Staff on front desk were incredibly helpful and polite. Room was amazing and good value for money, would defo recommend to anyone wanting to stay near Hyde park

just needs a little bit more attention when cleaning. small amount of mould in the shower. also, staff may want to check tv channels when cleaning as we turn the tv on to be greeted by babe station 😂

Fab location, right by the Italian Gardens in Kensington Gardens, and less than 5 minute walk to Lancaster Gate tube station. Spotlessly clean and really friendly and helpful staff.

No restaurant, but there were plenty of pubs, coffee shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Also, the room was fully equipped with a kitchenette with 2 hob, microwave and decent size under counter fridge.

Great location within 5 min walk from the beautiful part of Hyde park and an underground station. Nice bakery for morning breakfast/coffee nearby. The hotel is a nice building in a nice street. The room is comfortable and despite a strange smell it was clean. Generous policy regarding coffee capsules supply.

The room smelled like an old place. We kind of got used to it so we didn't tell the staff. We assumed it was just old carpets. The smell was there when we opened our laguage at home. Also there is no restaurant or bar at the hotel, just a lobby. We knew that in advance but it is worth mentioning.

very quiet street, modern and AMAZING shower and bathroom. comfy bed, I had one of the best sleeps in a long time. 2 minute walk to Lancaster Gate tube station and lovely restaurants. diffuser in reception was to die for it always smelt sensational. Our new go to hotel when we need somewhere to stay in London for sure!

couldn’t really fault it. breakfast would be the only improvement but we understand why not as it is a smaller hotel with less space.
