Native Hyde Park

Room was a good size, had a nice kitchen and a beautiful view. Receptionists were attentive and helpful. Lobby is very beautiful and modernized. Location was great for picking up public transportation and located near a lot of good restaurants and breakfast spots.

The room was slightly slanted which was a little discombobulated. There were no bedside lamps which was weird when trying to go to sleep we'd have to get up to turn off the big light.

Such a pretty location and comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Lovely modern room and bathroom with great towels and toiletries. Little entrance space to hang clothes. Kitchen is well equipped (so nice to be able to have a proper cup of tea!) although there's no table/chairs/tea towels - just a desk and single study chair - so you wouldn't have more than breakfast in bed or a snack. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Tea and coffee bags provided for refreshment on arrival but no milk so worth buying some en route (there's no handy corner shop!).

The location is perfect -- very short walk to Paddington Station or Hyde Park. The area is full of useful shops and restaurants, and it feels very safe, even around midnight. The bed is comfortable. The staff were helpful and always there. It's nicely fitted despite the slopping floor in an old building. There's ample space for 2 people, newly decorated and clean. The kitchen space has all the basics with a decent-sized fridge (no freezer). They arranged an early check-in for us and were very prompt with emails. We stayed here 6 months ago and thought it was excellent and competitively priced.

Too many things weren't working on this trip. The first receptionist wrote the wifi password in all caps -- which was wrong. The only kitchen socket kept shorting out -- turns out the toaster was broken. We got a new one on the 3rd day. Until then, we had to move and plug in the kettle and microwave across the room. The kitchen sink water didn't work for a couple of minutes after flushing. There were some tea/coffee ingredients, but no black tea. The fan was broken. The rainfall showerhead had a pathetic drip/very little power. There was only one chair for 2 people. It was pricey considering these few nagging problems.

Bathroom is not designed with female travellers in mind. Bad lighting for make-up / styling. Missed a hand shower ib addition to the overhead shower

1) 2 Small elevators to be used for the 2nd floor and one of them out of order! 2) Smelly room-cigarettes (maybe the previous costumer!) 3) Difficult entrance to use (main door).. 4) Air Flow leakage from the windows(not fully isolated). 5) Outside noises

The location is perfect. Very close to Hyde Park and also the Lancester Gate / Paddington Tube station. I almost went to the Hyde Park every morning for jogging as long as the weather was fine. I stayed in the premium studio apartment which is well equipped with the necessary facilities - oven, boiler, fridge, washing machine, It is at the central of London and it is easy to go to anywhere you want.

We have stayed for 4 nights. On the first night, the shower water was just warm. On the second and third nights, we had to take the shower without warm water. We reported it to the reception the day after and the situation improved. We could enjoy hot shower.

Very well located if you arrive from Heathrow and close to Oxford Street / Hyde Parc (2’ from Lancaster Gate station). Bed was good

Room was clean but hotel facilities are not very clean. Staff was ok - not bad but not exceptional - they do their job - nothing more/nothing less. - Facilities (Stairs etc) are not very clean and equipment are somewhat basics. I would come back but would not remember this place as the most beautiful hotel I have been into - went end of April and room isolation was poor. We were cold inside our room while it was ~10 degrees outside which is not very cold indeed. I am not sure i would come during Winter

We travelled as a family with our baby. We stayed in the small apartment and got a cot. Location is great, with park and restaurant around the corner. Room was cozy and having a clean kitchen is a must with a baby. Although coffee and tea was not refilled every day, we got everything from the friendly receptionist. It was helpful that we could leave our bags on the day of checkout in the hotel untill the afternoon.

The only not so great point was the size of apartment. With a cot in there was barely room move. The pram didn't have space, so we had to fold it and leave it in the hallway, where we had to move it every time we wanted to use the bathroom or the entrance door.

it’s the perfect home away from home. it was clean and had everything I needed. I had to work during part of my stay and the desk area was handy and didn’t feel cramped.

the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it felt like a rock not a mattress. the only fault I had with my stay but kind of an important one

PERFECT location-- we'll be back! It was clean, comfortable bed (we both have opposing views on mattress comfort yet both of us slept very well! The first decent bed I've been in while travelling to London frequently over 6 years.) Large bathroom, decent kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for cooking and settling in, feeling comfortable, safe and minutes from all of central London. Everything seemed fairly new -- in great condition (apart from the dishwasher). Our spacious (premium) room had super high ceilings, big windows superior heating (we had to turn the rads way down), overlooked a small park ... It was worth paying a bit more to get this place. I travel with my wheelchair. The staff were very helpful getting it up/down the few front steps each day. There's someone at the front desk 24/7.

The dishwasher was broken and smelled bad. The staff were quick to check it out. The sofa and dining chairs aren't comfortable.
