Large hotel in a great location close to metro/trains and very quiet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed and comfortable which made for an enjoyable stay.

Service was great and they even left us some sweets and fruit as complementary on arrival. Location is perfect just next to station, close to food stores and take away shops and only about 15-20min walk from oxford street

Excellent location. Warren Street underground is next door to the hotel. Euston station about a 4-5 minutes walk away. Oxford Street was about 20-30 minutes walk away depending on how fast you walk. Loads of small shops nearby like lidl and tesco. Pharmacies, cafes, McDonald’s, restaurants and such was also super close. The area felt safe even at night. The hotel room was as expected by London standard a bit old and felt outdated - old carpet and furniture. The bathroom was modern though. However - the room was spacious and most importantly clean. The cleaning staff did an excellent job everyday and everything felt well maintained. The breakfast area was very large and way more modern than the rooms. Breakfast was tasty - typical English breakfast, some charcuteries and cheese, yoghurts, toppings and fresh fruits, croissant, pain au chocolate, fresh juices, toast and such. However we did miss vegetables such as cucumber and paprika. Maybe it’s a Nordic thing but the lack of vegetables and toppings such as sliced cheese, slicked ham, sliced turkey and such was a bit disappointing. There was very few options if you for instance wanted to make a sandwich or didn’t want to eat mostly warm food like bacon and scrambled eggs everyday. However this was a bit compensated by the ability to order food from the a la carte menu (boiled eggs, omelette, pancakes, eggs Benedict and more). The best thing about the breakfast experience was perhaps not just the taste and quality of the food but the breakfast staff. They were amazingly friendly, attentive and service minded. When it came to the staff we felt that the breakfast staff and the housekeeping staff was way more attentive and helpful than the staff at the reception. The staff at the reception weren’t necessarily bad or rude but they didn’t feel genuine. They felt a bit distant and like they were just there to do their job - they didn’t feel as service minded as the breakfast staff for example.

The price for a one weeks stay was way too much for what you get.

Very central

Asked for a quiet room, which we were given but it overlooked the back where there was a park and football pitch. This was quite noisy due to a football practice or match taking place.

I always love staying at the Edwardian hotels. Although the rooms are small (in my opinion cozy), it is so clean and they service the room to perfection everyday. Bed is so comfy, it's like sleeping on a cloud. They replenish the water bottles for you everyday and leave you fresh towels too. I checked out early and what I liked is that they have free coffee, tea, fruit and some muesli bars for guests. Location is absolutely fantastic - right at your doorstep is Nero Coffee, Boots, the Tube Station, Lidl and lots of coffee shops. Only a 10-12 minutes ride away on the bus and you reach Oxford street.

Room is small but for one person like myself, it was enough. Lifts were a little slow but there are also only 2 lifts.

Perfect location. It may be a work area and next to a hospital (so you can understand noise disturbances), it's literally next to Warren Street tube station (Victoria and Northern line served) and near Euston Square station (served by Hammersmith & City, Circle and Metropolitan lines). I tried a regular single room during my previous stay but i found it a bit restraining; tihs time i booked a superior single one and it was perfect. I also really enjoyed later check-out times on Sundays.

They can improve toom sound insulation considered the proximity of the hospital and its many ambulances noises.

The Location was excellent, right across the street from a subway tube entrance to be able to go anywhere in City. There was a Grocery store across the street for snacks and a Pret-a Mager in 2 blocks for a quick healthy lunch or dinner. A McDonalds next door if your desperate for a quick option and a Starbucks around the corner. This was a fantastic location for a week or more stay. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with numerous great options to choose from. Staff was helpful and quick to refill your tea or coffee.

The Very Orange eggs as only option was a little off putting for one guest. We ended up with a Handicapped room which was a bit challenging because they did not have our walk in shower room ready when we arrived and as older ladies we are not willing to risk a fall getting out of those very high bathtubs onto marble floors with possible wet feet. fall risk is not good for Hotel or us.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Dressing gown and slippers, plenty of wardrobe space. We had bottles of water. Fridge was handy. Room very clean. Amazing breakfast although butter nowhere need toast and everyone searched both mornings for it. Staff were very helpful and my breakfast gentleman was very helpful knowing when I wanted more coffee.

Stayed in room 137. No hot water, bathroom tiny sink too big. By lifts and guests noisy. The light from the breakfast room shone in our room keeping us awake at night. Got turned off between 2 and 5 am. Blinds were too small so it let light in. Had to go and buy an eye mask and ear plugs. Bedside lamps would be helpful. It's a little overpriced.

The room was great with a lot of space. The bathroom was spacious as well. The bed was very comfy and I like the fact there was a fridge where we could put a few things. The room was overlooking Tottenham Court Road yet we could not hear a thing. The robes and slippers were a welcome addition. The breakfast was great, although the waiters were a bit to keen to remove plates and cutlery - you would put the cup down and it was already taken,

The room was stuffy. The a/c was not efficient and we could not open the windows because it would have been too noisy. Also, there was not enough space to hang our towels - there was just one small rack above the toilets. The price was very high for this room - I understand the location is great, but it was at least £50 over what it is worth.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect- lots of shops and restaurants nearby and several tube stations on different lines in easy walking distance. We travelled on Elizabeth line from Heathrow to Tottenham Court Road and it couldn’t have been easier.

We had to change rooms on our first stay. The first room was small and facing the back of the property and the second had an extractor next to it. However, the staff were brilliant and changed us to a lovely room with a view of the BT tower. On our second stay both rooms were perfect.
