Hilton London Euston

The location in Euston is very convenient and central to transport access. The staff were all very friendly and accomodating.

Our room had very limited natural light and no window to open for fresh air. Our stay was for 7 nights so a window would have been very pleasurable to avoid using the air conditioner constantly.

Location was excellent, near to Kings Cross Station, Euston and Russell Square underground stations and the staff very helpful. I had the "single" room which was very narrow, street facing and had a single bed in it. For whatever reason, when making the booking, I thought of a single room as a room for one person, not a single bed. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable enough, the bathroom was smallish but worked and the wi-fi was fine. It was a bit noisy being directly on Upper Woburn - lots of sirens, but one acclimates to that after a bit. My biggest complaint was the price...almost USD 440/night for a "single" room. That felt egregious to me even though I did agree to the price...but did not realize how skimpy the room would be. By comparison, there are plenty of small, very nicely furnished apartments available in the nearby areas for a similar price, or less.

The staff was great. I was traveling with my family of five. The room said that it fit 3. A king bed and a sofa pull out. It mention in the description that a rollout bed could be requested. I got a email responses that they received my request for the rollout. When we checked the manager (I am assuming) showed us to are room so we could check if it was big enough. They didn’t think we could fit the 5 in their supreme family room. They pulled out the sofa bed to have it ready but no rollout bed. Stating that they didn’t think it would be comfortable. He suggested that we could get a second room. We said it was fine the way it was. We have 3 daughters. 2 of the girls we’re comfortable in the pullout coach and we were able to have 3 in the king size bed. The breakfast was great. There was a great selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

We were told that they were updating the room and our room didn’t have air conditioning. They did have a fan brought up but it was still a bit warm. But at least they warned us.

beautifully clean and very comfortable friendly staff. I had booked a room with breakfast and the breakfast is well worth the money offering a cooked breakfast smorgasbord, cereals toast pastries, fruits cold meats and cheeses and beverages. walking distance to train stations and shops. fyi they do a high tea there which in only discovered on leaving

no dislikes more a suggestion an info channel or code to scan to tell you about what other services the hotel provides ie. high tea, that there are tours and attractions booklets on the reception desk. A ramp on the entrance stairs for bringing your bags in would be very handy.

My friend arrived later in the day than I did, and the front desk were EXTREMELY security conscious about letting him know our room number, let alone allowing him further into the hotel. We both really appreciated the care they gave to this, and it was really nice knowing that the hotel takes good care to ensure nobody lies their way into a guest's room!

Carpets in the room were absolutely filthy. I made the mistake of wearing white socks while in the room and after three nights the undersides were fully black, and I couldn't get them clean on a 30C wash. I realise deep-cleaning carpets takes time and money, but for a room that cost a grand for three nights I do expect better.

Really easy to walk (or train) to anywhere in the city - and to Heathrow via the nearby Piccadilly line. The staff was great - got us checked into our room early when it was most appreciated - and the room itself was large enough for a toddler and parents to all spread out.

Small (but noticeable) inconvenience: with three large pieces of luggage and a baby stroller, a ramp up to to the hotel entrance would have been great instead of the need to haul everything up stairs

The staff in the morning of checkout were rude and dismissive, not what we had from staff during the rest of our stay.

Excellent location. Pleasant staff , welcoming on arrival & all necessary information given & swift checkout. Comfortable & clean room , very grateful the A/C was switched on as very hot day. Room overlooked road ,( but wanted central London location) however I did not have a problem sleeping & room was dark when curtains drawn. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice for cooked & continental , helpful staff.

The room as a double was a little small, but it was fine for me as travelled alone.

Location was good. Room ( we stayed in a family room) was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was fairly big. Staff was good and efficient. When we asked for an extra bed, it was immediately put. Good breakfast.

The window was very small and felt a little claustrophobic. And it overlooked rear of other buildings. But as we didn’t spend much time in the room it didn’t matter in the end. But would have been nicer if it overlooked a tree or the road.

The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly,it was very affordable even at the most busy time in london, the food was very good, and the service was very quick,the location was very good and near the bus and train station, in the heart of london,one of the best hotels I've been in, next time in London we will come back.

The shampoo and the conditioner quality weren't very good even though it was a very nice hotel ,it's not what we expected.
