Very nice hotel, super friendly staff! Safe storage for luggage in case of early arrival. Rooms are small but neat and well cleaned. Complimentary coffee + tea and bottled water. If you like to walk, this is a great location as it's not too far from the centre (20-30 min walk).

Bathroom door was right next to the bed and there's a gap between the door and the doorframe which means with the door closed you can still see into the bathroom which is very uncomfortable privacy wise. No fridge or mini bar. Hotel is located on a noisy street, so expect traffic noises, sirens etc.

The room had nice view. Otherwise it was basic, ordinary room. Location was good for us. Did not try restaurant or breakfast here, these was plenty of breakfast options at the area. The bed was good and we slept well.

Aircondition kept noise. On the other hand shower was build that way that it was necessary to keep airconditioni g on in avoiding sauna effect. Weather was not hot during our visit, rather rainy, so moist was the biggest problem. And funny detail; there was someone elses dirty underware at the corner, behind the chair, which means that the cleaning could be a little bit better than it is. The linen and towels were clean alright, but leaves a question mark.

I liked the fresh modern presentation of the hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was definitely good for a person with limited mobility. Room 215 had a lift opposite it and a wet room, I found both these very useful. We had a nice breakfast for £17.95 each which in Central London I thought was a reasonable price. This hotel has a lot going for it.

There wasn't much usable storage in the room. There was no hanging space in the wardrobe which was very small and mostly taken up with extra pillows and a hairdryer and there was no shelf in the bathroom big enough to take a toiletry bag, we ended up utilising the toilet seat for ours when it wasn't in use. Other than that it is an ideal hotel for Hyde Park, Covent Garden, Leicester square as the underground station of Rusell Square Gardens is a short walk.

5 mins from Euston station and a great base to use subway. 30 minutes walk and you were in Covent Garden. Lovely restaurants nearby. Room was fresh, clean and quiet. Beds very comfortable.

Bathroom! Shower had short curtain and no shower tray so basically a large wet room. When you had a shower the whole of the bathroom floor was flooded and took hours to dry off. So if using the toilet after a shower you had to pop shoes on or take socks off then dry your feet. A shower tray and screen would have saved that hassle. Otherwise a great hotel so take flip flops for the bathroom.

Super close from Euston train station about 5 minutes walk. First impressions of reception interior was nice and tidy. Staff on reception was friendly. My room 207 was decent. Really spacious bathroom with bath and shower. The room was clean, I always wipe down my hotel rooms and I didn’t see any dirt on my wipes. The bed was big and comfortable. Overall good stay for 1-2 nights.

The wallpaper in the room is horrible, and the tables and cabinets definitely needs upgrading. Carpet is clean on surface but could do with a shampoo clean. The shower may need to be looked at as the water spits out a little uncontrollable. Blinds need dusting. Whilst the room and overall stay was alright, the hotel is on the busy main road so you will hear noise. Also if you come back after midnight the main entrance will be locked so you have to ring the bell to be let in.

My partner and I stayed for one night last weekend. The property is located close to Euston Station which was perfect for our needs as we had a concert in Camden which was just a short walk and a theatre show the next day which meant a slightly but pleasant longer walk to the West End. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the guys on reception. Our room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable which lead to a good night’s sleep. Our room had a good range of toiletries and it was great to see a good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits available to us too. Free bottles of water and small cartons of milk in the fridge was also a very nice touch.

I thought I'd booked a different hotel so when I checked and realised it was this one I got a bit nervous! However there was no need to be as it exceeded our expectations. The staff member at reception was excellent - I'm just sorry we didn't get his name (he was working the Friday afternoon when we checked in around 2/3pm) He was really friendly, helpful and professional. A credit to the hotel. The room was great - had everything we needed. What a happy accident we ended up there! Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

property was clean .a bit overpriced just under £800 for 4 nights for a very small room ..location was good .as we have been a lot cheaper for a bigger rooms downstairs eating was disappointing..the food wasnt that good ..we went for a breakfast and diner ..was overpriced and wasn’t that great ..so they missed out us spending our money in the hotel ..when in having diner we heard the waiter speaking to 2 ladies at the next table telling them they were getting a 20% discount..because they were staying at the hotel but when we said staying at the hotel hotel we got no discount ..we didn’t eat much of our diner and they didn’t even ask why we never ate it ..but they still took all the money ..so I don’t think we’ll stay at your hotel again ..

didn’t like the food ..breakfast was just multi made for not a lot of people ..it was boiled and just sitting instead of being freshly cooked ..why have a chef when he’s lost the will to cook ..dinner was rotten it was half hot n half cold ..left most of it ..

My room was exceptionally quiet and cosy. Appreciated the coffee machine with pods. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. The location was much handier than I had realised at the time of booking. Easy access to Main Line Stations heading north, and underground, but also within easy walking distance to the rest of Bloomsbury and the West End.

My room was one of a few in the middle of the hotel which didn't have a window, but had a clever interior wall panel which gave the impression of daylight. It didn't actually bother me but some may not like that.

The location is the main selling point of this hotel, it’s very close to Kings Cross and Euston / many tube lines are within walking distance. Having a check out of 12 was handy. The staff I encountered were friendly and let us keep our bags at the hotel for no extra charge.

There is no early check in but this is understandable. It’s fairly noisy outside but this isn’t the hotels fault, maybe they could have better double glazed windows to block out the noise. The shower was nice but it turned the bathroom in to a wet room as it was just on the same floor as the toilet etc and there wasn’t anywhere to hook your dry clothes whilst having a shower so it’s a bit awkward when sharing. The lifts are slightly slow but I feel like I can’t complain as it was a nice stay.
