Euston Square Hotel

The room was exceptionally clean. I was very pleasantly surprised. The location is fantastic with Euston Square and Euston Station, which is literally a very short distance away. The room was compact but extremely nice, with sockets in key places. It was great to see hand wash, body wash, and shampoo provided. For a Compact, clean room it was excellent. I for sure will be staying here again. As I have to make frequent trips.

I think upon arrival, the staff member was okay but very robotic. Did not really explain about breakfast, but I noticed another staff member was informing other guests. It would be nice to have a bottle of water provided in the room.

A nice visual aesthetic, superb location, excellent shower, comfy bed.

Tablet for TV was a bit of a pain (if housekeeping of previous gas does not mount on the charger properly. It was dead when we checked in so we had to wait for it to charge so we can switch the TV on) not great layout for tea, coffee facilities having to move the kettle to the other side of the room for a plug not giving much countertop space. Lift seems like it’s had better days , button doesn’t work to go up, so you’re waiting a while and then when you step into left the door open the few times before you go up.

The room was a decent size, the showers were amazing. We could leave our bags in the hotel before and after check in/out. The hotel is a few minutes walk from 3 underground lines and it's a 10min walk to kings cross station. You could also walk to Camden. There was coffee facilities, shower products, hair dryer and air con in the room too.

We were on the ground floor beside the main door so there was a lot of noise but that was our fault we should of asked to change rooms. There is only a towel each so you need to ask at reception for more.

Modern, quality rooms with soundproof. Very good location. Very nice staff. Very clean. Ejoyed staying there overall. Good coffee.

The elevator is STILL not working and we were staying at the top floor... We're in good shape, but it would be terrible for people with mobility issues or if someone's not feeling well. - We also had 2 different rooms om the same floor, but one had a minibar and the other didn't. - The fact that the toilet has a glass door doesn't help, since people laying on the bed can see you sitting on the toilet. - Breakfast wasn't that great either not much diversity at all, expensive for what's offering, and they were always running out of croissants.

The location is excellent, within walking distance from Euston Station. The hotel's decor is stylish and the staff are incredibly friendly and approachable and, most of all, really, really helpful. The restaurant next to the hotel (which you can also access through the lobby) serves really good Mexican cuisine at very reasonable price, plus there's a supermarket a stone's throw away. You also have access to three underground lines: Euston Station, Euston Square and Warren Street.

It's not really a major thing but the rooms are a little bit small in comparison.

The hotel is very nice and well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The elevator is a great bonus too. It's located close to x2 metro stations which makes it very convenient for travelling around London. The restaurant downstairs is absolutely devine! Amazing food and good value for money. They also make very nice cocktails. An overall great experience.

The halls are very narrow (im claustrophobic so i noticed this straight away), but i guess that's typical for a london building. The shower size was great and spacious but the shower door was hard and heavy to handle. We also found items from a previous tenant in the bathroom. The beds are very comfortable but the pillows are very flat.

It was 4 min walk from Euston station and above Euston Square tube. I found extremely convenient with a 9 year old. Arrived at 11.30 and room was not ready so the staff stored our bags until we returned in the evening. Reception area, restaurant and toilets were all spotless and impressive. We arrived back at 11pm, staff were polite and attentive again. They returned our bags from storage and we used the lift to go to room 206. The room was small but had everything we could need for our 1 night stay. It was modern and comfortable. There was a safe which we didn't use. Air con, tea and coffee, small fridge, phone, hairdryer and enough sockets around the room. Underbed storage, which I've not seen in many hotels before and very small space to hang clothes. Bathroom was spotless. We checked out around 10.30 and stored our bags until 6pm. Staff were very attentive and polite the whole time. We used the communal bathroom to aslo get changed before we travelled home, it was very clean, spacious and modern.

Although it was spotless in our room, we did have a half drunk bottle of juice left in the fridge. I told the staff at check out and they were very apologetic. The shower was great it had a spout from the ceiling and a hand held spout on the wall. The hand held spout had a leak so it lost a bit of pressure when it was taken off the wall. Had to keep blind down as when open it was looking directly into someone else's room. Television didn't work. None of these things effected our 1 night stay. We were extremely pleased with the hotel.

The location is great! We were 15 minutes walk from Soho and Oxford St. It's also 3 minutes walk from Tottenham St. and 20 minutes walk from Camden Town. The staff was super nice and the room matched our expectations and has a very nice shower.

We liked everything! However, it is important to mention that the room is very very small so I wouldn't recommended it to couples in an early stage ;) You need to feel very comfortable with the person that you are sharing the room with because it was very small and the bed and pillows weren't that comfortable.

The staff really make this hotel. I'm very particular about hotels and can be a pain to travel with if things aren't up to scratch. We chose this hotel as near to the hospital so it was chosen for the location. The hotel is clean and warm and comfortable. The shower needs regrouting and the TV screen was damaged at the bottom, so small things and easily rectified. The staff are ALL excellent. From the reception team, who are polite, helpful and accomodating to the house keeping team , every single person I met were professional and kind. I was traveling with my wife who is currently using a wheelchair and nothing was too much trouble. They stored the wheelchair, had it out ready for appointments and were just KIND. One receptionist even said, 'if there is anything we can do, if there is anything you need just say'. I needed more pillows - not a problem, and they arrived at the room 10 minutes later. The location is also really good. So although I would normally stay somewhere a bit plusher, I would without hesitation return here. I hope the owners know and appreciate what an excellent team they have.. and get the maintenance niggles sorted out. Our room was 117.

Pillows really need upgrading. Bathroom needs regrouting around shower tray. TV needs replacing.

location, cleanliness, staff

my room felt like it was a converted broom closet. London hotels often have boutique rooms, I’m used to this, but while many rooms had a solid door with electronic cars access, mine was an old door with a skinny old fashioned key. felt like the last room available saved for when they are full. it was also right next to a Landry room and maintenance area, so noise was frequent and I expect my room was once a cleaning store. room was done out very nice, but defiantly felt it was the “overflow room”.
