A nice area with a fair room.

The staff were very unfriendly and quite absent.

Lovely hotel, in a quiet, distinctly British neighborhood. Spacious and comfortable room, clean facilities. Several restaurants and a supermarket nearby, bus stop only a few steps from the hotel. Breakfast and the other food served at the pub downstairs was plentiful and delicious.

The faucet in our bathroom was wobbly. The location is a bit out of the way, but with the bus in front of the hotel one can connect to downtown bound traffic easily. I imagine in summer it can get noisy due to the big beergarden in the back, but we traveled in winter so all was quiet.

SUCH A LOVELY PLACE!! If you like a classic pub and great outdoor servering, then this place is for you! I stayed one night for an event i London and booked this place, a charming 10 minute walk from North Dulwich Station! Room had everything I needed, the bar had a great selection of beer and cider, food was good, and their backyard outdoor area was an amazin little oasis. Many thanks to the manager Tina for excellent service. Would definetly book again, if I return to this area.

Staff at the bar could have been quicker - they were idling around a bit, while 10 people were waiting to place their orders. But .. they were young, so I am sure they will improve over time :-)

Great location in Dulwich village, outdoor drinking space really nice, loads of space inside with character features. Drinks selection was brilliant. Double room was on the top floor, comfortable and had everything we needed. Parking was available although we didn’t need it.

Possibly due to under-resourcing the customer service was generally hit and miss, breakfast wasn’t great (food was cold), coffee machine not working, coffee and hot water ran out. Ordered a tea and got Earl Grey with hot milk. Team members didn’t really seem that engaged.

The staff didn’t really seem to know what to do with the hotel side of things as their main focus was the pub and the restaurant. Staff were polite but I wouldn’t say they were friendly or happy to help. There didn’t seem to be anyone solely for the hotel. The waitress’s who served us breakfast were much nicer. The room was also freezing cold as there was a problem with the heating.

The quality of food served from the pubs main menu was fantastic. Breakfast and there was also a good selection of drinks to help yourself to while you waited. Good security.

The service for breakfast was very slow and food took too long to arrive. The room was a bit of an odd shape. There was an odd set up in the room where the sliding door for the bathroom was also the sliding door for the cupboard. This must have been to save space but it was very frustrating with two people trying to get ready. Lift didnt go up to our floor.

My elderly parents stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. The Quadruple Room was extremely spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also on the ground floor so they didn’t have to carry heavy suitcases upstairs which was great. Despite the hotel being attached to a busy pub, the room was very quiet and my parents had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is located in the centre of Dulwich Village - handy for getting lovely bread for breakfast from Gail’s or snacks from grocery shops nearby. I’d recommend.

Booked this hotel as I was attending a wedding at Dulwich College. From the moment we entered until we left all I can say is the staff at this hotel are exceptional. I’m lucky as I had a room on the ground floor so didn’t have to navigate the stairs unlike my friend on the top floor. The rooms are a good size with plenty of refreshments. The shower has a detachable hose, which is a must. The bar menu has a great selection of foods for all dietary requirements. The breakfast menu is small and also has a good choices for all. Nothing is too much trouble for this team. They are able to recommend alcoholic drinks that you would like (Thank You Zane) and will make sure your needs are catered for. I will definitely stay here again

not suitable if you have mobility issues as I don’t think there’s a lift

i emailed ahead asking if I could have our 2 rooms together as I was travelling with my daughter and granddaughter, and we were very happy to find the rooms were together . we had to go through the pub for everything checkin and check out . staff were friendly and helpful . lovely and clean and everything to a good standard bonus was the parking , all in all we would definitely stay again.

This is my third stay at the Crown and Greyhound and would definitely recommend it to others. Very good food and service. The staff were excellent and helpful as always. Very professional. Nothing was too much trouble, even when they were very busy.

Wasn’t aware beforehand that there would be filming at the venue, which meant the restaurant and pub was closed for a day, so had to go elsewhere for food, etc. Otherwise no complaints.
