Location - Perfect to access Central London as Tube station is a 2 minute walk away, Hotel is in a quiet location. Room - Room is very large for London, Clean, Comfortable and cosey. Slept like a baby, bed is very comfortable. Food, we had evening bar food, which was very tasty and affordable too, breakfast was superb, fresh food, lots of options and very well priced too (pay in advance as it is cheaper than paying in the morning). This is actually our second stay here, and in fact we will stay again this year for sure. It is value for money, and the staff are so lovely. Can't recommend highly enough!
Small issue for me, but no body lotion in Bathroom after shower, I suffer, sadly, with dry skin.

The staff is very kind. We had a free upgrade because the hotel was recommended to us by friends. The room is wide. The beds are exceptionally comfortable with clean sheets. In the bathroom, the cosmetic products are from Rituals. Disposable house slippers, quite comfortable than other hotels. The rooms are quiet, they do not overshadow the neighbors. The room has a pretty good capsule coffee machine as well as a minibar The snack bar is rich with quality products. We don't regret choosing this hotel and for sure on our next visit, we will stay here!
The previous guests had used the coffee cups and had turned them upside down which confused the maids and they did not replace them.

The hotel is excellent value for money for London. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, I specifically liked it has separate bath and shower. Chiswick area is very nice - not very central but not far from the center either.
Bathroom was a bit dark to my taste. Room door closed with a loud slam. There was small black lichen in few bottom corners of the shower cabin. When I arrived, there were few long hairs in the bath. And everytime I travel to London I experience difficulties as rarely you will find a place with bidet or an alternative equipment.

Location in a quiet neighborhood and close to metro station and some great restaurants. Breakfast is wonderful but need to good morning a bit early as it becomes crowded very quickly. View is nice.
Reception staff need to take care of guests in a more respectful way, one male receptionist neglected me upon checking in and left the desk without saying anything or at least apologized although I was waiting for him to finish from the guest in front of me. Room was too cold, AC can’t be warm, complained about it and they provided me with stand alone warmer which solved the problem a little bit.

Check-in was made simple with the lovely staff at the front desk, our room was clean and accommodated for our slightly early arrival. The hotel lobby & decorations were well designed. Our room was amazing, with a large, comfy bed, and nice bath room behind the TV stand. Towels were provided and displayed neatly, and a bag of popcorn and a bar of galaxy were generously gifted on our bedside table! It's in a nice location, within a 10 minute walk of the overground station. We went to a local cafe in the morning called "Ozwald Copplepot" who do nice toasties & coffees.
Very poor air conditioning meant my partner didn't sleep well, as our room was too hot, and we could not open any windows as they were fixed. The board said the fan was "on" which didn't make a difference. The lack of air conditioning and fixed windows meant our room just became a sauna once the bath & showers had been used - the shower door didn't close fully so steam left the box. Our bath room was amazing as it was open and connected from the bedroom, however, the toilet & shower room were poorly lit and had a sad feel to them.

The hotel is only a short walk from the Gunnersbury tube station, check in and check out process are fuss free and can even be completed via a kiosk without any human interaction if you don't feel like socialising. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, plenty of free snacks and water in the room, tea and coffee making facilities with a real coffee machine. The room was quiet and I slept really well, the bathroom was clean and there were sleepers and a fluffy bathrobe for me to use. The breakfast buffet was good, all the food was really nice and fresh, no stale eggs or dry bread. The staff is really courteous throughout. If I ever need to stay overnight in the area, I'll definitely be going back to this hotel!
I liked everything

It was a last minute booking so I didn't get a chance to read the reviews etc! But on arrival we weren't disappointed. As it was the weekend we managed to park on the road next to the hotel. All staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was lovely and very clean. Fresh water, teabags etc all supplied and not a problem if more were needed. Very close to Gunnersby tube station and bus stops just outside. Plus Chiswick High Street is a nice walk with a mix of shops. Even though it is next to a main road it was quiet in the room. The drinks at the bar were over priced even for London, £8.50 for a gin and £4 for the tonic 😬😬. Pint of Guinness £6.95. great Irish bar just down the road!! Breakfast was well worth it, so much choice that we didn't know where to start!! Such a convient location for travelling around London and straight off the M4 if driving. We will definitely be back.
No plug in the bathroom sink. Overpriced bar drink. Mattress was quite firm which I'm not used to but the pillows were lovely and I did sleep well. We didn't stay long enough!!

Reception very helpful in regards to helping with the car parking on arrival - and helpful and friendly in other matters. VERY prompt room service, excellent breakfast. The room had all amenities, plenty of mirrors, desk and mirror area for hair drying. The bed was very comfortable. Lifts convenient and fast to arrive . Car parking good and a lift to reception to reception - wonderful when carrying suitcases.
Cost of car park - but it was worth it as I parked just ajacent to the hotel lift. Received a note on my phone about checking out which came before 8.00am, and though the process was very easy, I noticed just in time as I was filling it out that it said my room key would be invalidated after 10 minutes, meaning I would not be able to return after breakfast. This may be standard practice, but was not one I was familiar with, I will know in future. As I said it was a very efficient method.

Overall, we were happy at our stay at Clayton. The room was clean and spacious and it came with complimentary tea/coffee and biscuits with some bathroom toiletries. The bed was very large and comfortable and in general, the area was pretty quiet at night. Breakfast was really nice, it was a help, yourself buffet with lots of choice of hot, cold and baked items. Staff were polite and the lobby was welcoming.
A few things could have made our stay better. The room was looking a little tired in places, with some decor that looked outdated and furniture that was scuffed and badly scratched. The room never came with a mini fridge, dressing gowns or water (however, we asked at the desk for water and were told the rooms don't come with any but we were welcome to grab a free bottled water at the front desk). In the bathroom, the tap over the sink was in an awkward position, making washing hands feel a little awkward. At breakfast, the only small thing to note is if you're a tea-drinker like me, then you have to wait until the coffee machine is free to use in order to get hot water. This sometimes took a while, so the area really could do with it's own hot water elsewhere.

Rooms were so lovely and spacious, had such a lovely hallway. Was surprised as to how big it was. Bathroom had both a shower and bathtub, used both and both were of good quality too. Beds were comfortable and large too
Wasn’t anything that I didn’t like necessarily but our first initial room was boiling hot, had put the ac down completely to the lowest number but was still hot the following day. Reported it to the reception staff and they upgraded and changed our room very quickly. Was a different room, which I believe is an upgrade but still very nice and spacious.
