Aparthotel Adagio London Brentford

Lovely helpful staff. Good location, nice, large, warm apartment and well appointed. Fabulous indoor balcony. Love the location in Brentford close to the river, near Kew and Ealing.

All good. Having to pay £15 per day for parking isn't ideal but good to have parking available.

Well-placed hotel in a good area of London, about a 10min walk from the nearest tube station. The hotel is modern and had all facilities that we needed; breakfast, gym, well-equipped rooms.

The balcony area couldn't be accessed as the door was locked, and the reception said it wouldn't be open due to the length of our stay (5 nights) - strange. There is also a £100 deposit required when checking in, it would have been nice to know this beforehand.

the staff was rude, the night of arrival the guy at reception didn’t wait long to wave the card machine in front of my face, even asking to pay for things we weren’t sure we’d be using. In the morning we were told we had to pay for breakfast in a very rude manner also.

Loved the apartment. It was clean and spacious. Also loved the balcony where we could relax in the evenings and the view was nice. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and we didn't have any issues during our stay. We didn't go with the breakfast option but the breakfast area looked pretty decent. Loved the area as well, it was really as peaceful as you would expect for outskirts of London.

Would have loved for the trash to be taken out regularly(at least once in 2 days) but they did direct us to the general bins when we asked. Also the airport taxi service booked from the hotel charged us a different price from what the hotel told us we would be charged. So maybe crosscheck the fare with the driver before moving

Spacious, well- appointed and clean, for the money it was probably the best value accommodation I found this close to central London. Together with included gym and cheap laundry facilities, and breakfast buffet, the Adagio Brentford ticked every box for me. A Sainsbury’s not 50 m away, and the 65 bus which took one straight to South Ealing ( closest - on the Piccadilly line) or Ealing Broadway ( Elizabeth / District/ National Rail) or a bus into Hammersmith right on the doorstep, one couldn’t go wrong. The enclosed balcony with exceptional views topped my stay off. I would highly recommend the Adagio.

The enclosed balcony is great. Kitchen was equipped with basic items needed to whip up something. Bed was comfy enough. Bathroom had everything you need for your stay. Good size studio room. Everything looked clean and tidy. Reception staff were very friendly. Overall a nice stay.

Could have had some more coffees and milk in the room, possibly bottles of water in the fridge too. Breakfast option wasn't great, so we didn't go for it. Due to covid its a 'grab and go' situation with a limited continental breakfast consisting of just a pastry and cereal with juice or hot drink for £9 pp! Didn't seem worth it and we were gutted we couldn't sit and have breakfast before checking out. TV was okay with some decent channels but Netflix would have been a bonus as there wasn't a lot to watch. Car park entrance in to building closes at 10pm so if you need to pop out/come in after that time you have to walk around through the underground car park. Parking also a bit steep at £15 per day.

Spacious, exceptional views (9th floor,)secure, modern and well-equipped. A free gym and cheap laundry facility plus food and beverage on site as well as Sainsbury’s local just 50m away are just a few of the property’s attractions. Would definitely recommend- very reasonably priced as well compared with what you get elsewhere (probably beats most.) Can’t fault this one for value.

Crockery not washed properly by previous customers (not the fault of the hotel, but probably should have been checked.) Anyway, only a minor gripe when everything else about the hotel exceeded my expectations (I just washed them myself! So no worries.)

the decor, sound proofing was v good, the bed was v comfortable, the security (requiring ur room card to use the lift) the coffee in reception & the location for amenities.

no open balcony. I had to sign a waver as I’m claustrophobic for them to open it, and although this was agreed in advance it was carried out begrudgingly by the female manage & I had to ask twice & wait. I think I was housed underneath the kitchen as there was a lot of banging & what seemed like dragging, scraping of heavy furniture in the late evening, early hrs. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful either and as a solo female traveler with MS I could have used some help, carrying things to the lift or my room.

quiet, well furnished, smaller size than expected but having big windows and nice views making felling of that is much less, nice staff

, location was abit far from London downtown, but was not horrible with public transportation, cleaning was once per week only unless ordered with extrapayment, would be more comfortable if there is cloth washing machine ( there is couple of them for all guests in one of the floors, need to take appointment to have that service ! .

Our 1 bed apartment was on the top floor, and had an enclosed balcony with amazing views over north and west London. Very enjoyable to sit out there in the evening. The apartment also had cold aircon (it was hot), though the actual room thermostat didn't seem to work (it was either on or off). The room was also bigger than expected, and had all the essential facilities. They also provided a cot free of charge.

The plug for the bath was broken. I asked for another one but no one got back to me. I also asked for some thinner pillows, but they said they had none.
