It can get pretty loud from the planes. That's not the place's fault, but maybe people should be aware of that.

The bathroom was private but outside of the room.

This was a lovely find, for a neighborhood pub across from a park, near Heathrow. The pub was wonderful, with a lovely beer garden out back, their restaurant served Thai food that looked fantastic, and they offered a free continental breakfast in the morning. The staff was super friendly, happy to receive us, and helpful. The pub had many nightly activities from trivia night, salsa night and live music. The village is very quiet with only a couple stores and restaurants nearby. You can walk 1.6 miles to Richmond which has much more restaurants and stores, plus a wonderful park on the Thames. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

The only reason I did not give this the highest rating on location is that it is too far from the Tube stations to walk, especially if you have luggage, so you'll also need to take a taxi or Uber so the location increases the cost for staying here. Though, if you have light luggage and like to walk, it is so worth it to stay here. Even with paying for an Uber or taxi, I was super happy with the pub and accommodations.

The room we had was large and the bed was incredibly comfy, they supplied little shampoos and soap as well as fresh towels, there was a fan in the room if it was too hot, I wasn't aware of the breakfast included which was fantastic and to find out you can have a cooked breakfast on a Sunday morning is great. WiFi was available free of charge as well it's a great price you don't even get that in most hotels everything is charged extra but here you got everything, the pub was beautiful perfect for what we needed

Highly recommended! Very clean and comfortable. Historic pub with recently remodeled rooms, in a quaint residential area. The beds with spring mattresses were extremely comfortable and the room was warm (end of January). The staff was friendly and helpful. The barmaid was also funny, friendly and a pleasure to speak with. Hot croissants and chocolate rolls, along with toast, jam/marmalade, small cereal boxes and yogurt, made for a perfect breakfast. A walk to the nearest train station is 30 minutes away or a five minute Uber ride for about 8 pounds.

The one and only negative is the coffee, which is instant coffee in the small pouches. But you can order Ille coffee, which is great.

Have stayed here a few times over past couple 18 months. Like the character of the room, dormer window, view of the trees. Very relaxing. Have great full English breakfast on weekends, and good Continental breakfasts, plus cereals, fruits, on weekdays. Also has excellent meals in evenings. Also, nearby supermarket and pharmacy and other shops just around the corner and across the road.

The pub has the most friendly and attentive staff. We had much fun. It is clean. Great friendly locals. The Thai Food kitchen is amazing. Easy access to transportation. If you want a treat a real English experience stay here.

Had a problem with shower draining but owner was responsive.

3 singles beds fit well in the room. Continental breakfast complimentary (the pastries were fantastic!) Quite secure even had key to own bathroom! Could not hear pub noise at all. Modern room and bathroom.

Did find old biscuit packet in one of bedside tables. TV still had another guest Netflix signed in, wasnt able to sign them out. Could hear guests returning to rooms/going up stairs, and due to proximity to Heathrow, landing planes are quite loud. But it was fine for us.

Greeted promptly upon arrive, was able to check in early Spacious, beautiful room really exceeded my expectations , earlier photos shown reflected a dormitory style room Neighborhood sublime, just sat there having breakfast watching the entire neighborhood pass by to school, quite tranquil.. Location fabulous, so close to Thames, neat restaurant area as well as Duke of Northumberland home Husband went downstairs to pub for a nightcap, loved the setup..

All was well

Location was great as there were so many buses to get us to where we wanted to go. The cooked breakfast was good only on a Saturday and Sunday and also the continental breakfast was good. The bedroom was comfortable but a little noisy when guests were not being mindful when going to their rooms. Parking free sat and sun right outside the swan

I did miss a hair drier in the room that is the only thing.
