Best Western Northfields Ealing Hotel

The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable with very welcoming staff. I think I found a gem of a hotel in a great area from where we went to a match at Wembley the purpose of our visit to London. The location was excellent opposite to the tube station on the Piccadilly line taking you to central London. Our trip was to go to Wembley which was also straight forward from here. The area around was brilliant, cafes, take aways, two pubs Ryans which offers lovely homemade thai food, and the Plough which again did lovely food, ideal for lunch or evening meal. The pubs were both welcoming and had good beers. I believe the area has a park/ nature reserve, but unfortunately we didn't have time to explore these. Overall brilliant.

Everything brilliant.

It was comfortable, the breakfast was good and all the staff we met were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is over the road from the train from Heathrow so is convenient, once you've survived climbing the 31 steps from the platform to the street. We'd go back again.

There was no laundry available so we had to go to one nearby. When I made our reservation I requested a quiet room but when we got there we were told nothing was available, even though they had originally said this was noted. We decided not to take the ones offered and chose a 'noisy' room, which looked out on the railway lines. The first night we were so tired I used earplugs and we fell into bed and slept soundly. After the first night we really didn't notice the trains and slept well.

The location is excellent if you’re just staying one night between international flights from Heathrow. We could get in and out of the city quickly and easily as the hotel is literally right next to the station. Even so, we didn’t hear train noise (our window looked out onto the tracks) and slept very well. The staff were also super helpfull, providing us with bowls and spoons for a “homemade” breakfast, and the hotel also stored our luggage free of charge while we spent the day after checkout in London. They even received and kept a package for us, all without complaint. I can absolutely recommend staying here. You’ll get good service, a very clean and comfortable room and be a trainride away from anywhere you want to go!

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Its location is great as it's 1 minute away from Northfields Station (unfortunately there was a maintenance work in the station during my stay but there was a bus replacement service just near the hotel). The staff were kind and helpful. My room was spacious and comfortable enough to enjoy my stay. There is daily room service and a good WiFi. It maybe a little noisy during the day because of the traffic and the station. The kettle in my room was broken so I told the staff about the issue and immediately they gave me a new one but it seemed that there was an electricity issue in my room.

Nothing

The hotel is directly opposite a train station of the picadilly line (Northfields). That was great for travelling into the city center. The room was small, but was enough for me for two weeks. The bed could have been bigger, but it was manageable. The breakfast was simple, but good. No scrambled eggs (only boiled). ;-) The stuff was so nice (expecially Christina, Patrick and Anil, as well as the cleaning ladies - sorry didn´t got your names) and really helpful. I enjoyed my stay with you.

As a travel diarist unfortunately, the desk in my room was not suitable. You could not get your legs under it and therefore it was not manageable to sit and write at it. The stuff was really nice and let me use the breakfast room instead, but I ended up doing my writing right after breakfast to not inconvenience them much. I liked that the room was on the 3rd floor and had a balcony. The view was really nice. The room was quite big anf the small kitchen amenities really usufull. The rroom has plugs all over the place which is very handy. The noise from the train station at the bottom of the hotel was not annoying (for me)

Cleaness need to go an extra mile. I found the towels of the previous tenants hanging on the bathroom door, I was never sure if the bathroom was cleaned in the daily cleaning routing. The sink of the kitchenett in the closet was definatelly not cleaned. Breakfast included only the minimum, few more items can be included.

Great location of bus and Underground stations right across the street. Nice personnel who stored our luggage, knew enough about London and offered even earlier check-in. Hotel was newly furnished. Breakfast although there was no hot food (sausages, beans, eggs, …) was good and had variety of food.

Missing water kettle in the room (tea bags, sugar, coffee, spoon and other items were provided) Room was a little bit too small (ie. doors to bathroom could not be openned fully because of bed or one of two chairs always took needed place) but it was not that bad and for overnight / weekend stay it was enough.

We were going to a festival at Gunnersbury park so it was an ideal location (30min walk) it’s right next to an underground station but it was out of service for maintenance the day we stayed, but it was no issue for us, happy to walk. It’s next to a row of shops, Sainsbury’s, cafes, pubs, take away shops, etc. It was clean and modern. They even have a little shop at the reception desk where you can get water, Diet Coke, chocolate, crisps etc. it was quiet and the bed was comfy so I had a good sleep. It was perfect for a one night stay. I will definitely book again if ever in the area. We were able to check in early which was really handy, and you can return any time you like and use your key card to open the main entrance door which I liked.

Nothing to complain about

The room was very clean, was happy to see there was a little kitchenette! Staff were so friendly and helpful! Location was great, near Northfields underground station.

The only thing I didn’t like about my stay was something the hotel couldn’t do anything about. During our third night we were rudely awakened at 3 am by a drunk English bloke who kept playing music loudly. When the hotel staff asked him (nicely) to be quiet he started shouting and showing intimidating behavior. I felt sorry for the staff My advice: if you are an adult male that turns into a blithering idiot after consuming alchohol, don’t freaking drink any! You’ll only embarrass yourself.

It was my 1st time here! I had a wonderful 7 days vacation. Despite of the many offers I received from other hotels, I decided for your hotel because of the unbeatable deal you offered me. It was a very good decision; I enjoyed the peace and quiet I needed, very high quality offered in all the facilities of your gorgeous hotel. This definitely added to the excellent service of the staff in every segment of your hotel. Every staff member with whom I came in contact was attentive, kind and professional including receptionists (Mat, Nikoletta, Elle), room service staff, also the restaurant management (Edyta). I just wanted to let you know how much I valued that effort, how impressive and gracious and how greatly I appreciate everything that you personally and your staff did for me. I have always a great time staying at Best Western Northfields Ealing and loved the property. I will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends, colleagues and family and I’m sure I’ll be back.
