The hotel is great value for money and close to Acton Town underground station, which takes you onto the Piccadilly line to the centre. The room was great size, with a big TV and modern fittings. It's really good value for money, especially if you need to visit the central areas but cannot afford the prices there. The underground tickets are up to £15 a day per person, but if you use your credit/debit card at the start and end of journey throughout London, and you stay in areas 1-3, you won't be charged more than £10.

The check in took longer than 2 PM (but we were given a complimentary drink). Another little detail - there were no shower gels in the bathroom, only shampoos, but that was remedied the next day.

This Hotel is underrated, the location in the neighborhood is exactly where it should to be, front of bus stop, 10 min walk to nearest underground, quiet during the night, next to mousqe, grocery, etc. The room itself was JOINER SUITE, ITS MY RECMANDATION ACCORDING TO THE PRICE/SPACE RATIO. *DO NOT TAKE ANY OTHER ROOM TYPE.* It will be the same price or even extra with no space or view. It was spacious, clean, street view room. + Ask for HIGH FLOOR ROOM AS POSSIBLE. Staff where Welcoming, Respectful, Generous. They spoke Arabic/English just like in my hometown, They Solve my problem professionally, Special Thanks to all of them. Lastly THE PRICE, I Garuntee there is no better price per value in London other than this hotel.

The BAR, weird, quiet BAR, if they just removed it and placed a restaurant it will be much helpful to both the visitors and guests.

The rooms are very modern and comfortable, the underfloor heating in the bathroom was delightful, the bar was very well stocked and the staff were really friendly and helpful. We were given a great recommendation for food at a Mediterranean restaurant up the road. Very well located for exploring as the tube station is within easy walking distance.

Our fridge had a calippo in it when we got there so clearly wasn’t checked properly. The website boasts about a restaurant and I was really keen on the menu but when we enquired on a Saturday night about the kitchen we were told it was closed. The bar was completely empty for a Saturday night. The curtains didn’t cover the whole window so there was a fair bit of light coming into the room.

Room was small but really nice, with good amenities--small fridge (great for keeping breakfast food around and saving money on having to eat breakfast out), and even a TV in the bathroom (in addition to the big TV in the bedroom). Fairly convenient location.

The lift was out of service during our entire two-week stay, so it was annoying to have to climb up two flights after a whole day out, and very inconvenient moving in and out with luggage (supposedly this is getting repaired soon). Also, even thought the website still shows full menus of food available, the kitchen no longer exists (still a pub in the lobby, though).

Great stay. Rooms could have been bigger but that’s just due to preference. Double Bed was a great size, bathroom was clean. Shower worked well, towels and shower gel/shampoo/hand soap is provided. Good size of TV and freeview shows available. Entering in and out the hotel was not an issue however, needs to be explained as the bar/pub closes which means different entrance is needed (not hard to understand when told). I would advise public transport to be taken to this location because there is no reliable/free parking unless you find a space on a road that is not permit holders only and is available. Located with many shops around and Morrisons right next to it. Park Royal Acton is a place that I visited. It includes cinema, ten pin bowling/arcade/ escape room and many restaurants. Not far from the hotel - 10 minute drive. We chose for no housekeeping to be done while being there, this is done by choosing a setting near the light switch. A housekeeper sign for your room to be made up or ‘zzz’ icon to not be disturbed. Approachable & kind staff members, very understanding and helpful too.

Having a bit more space in the room.

Excellent location just next to/in on High Street end next to Morrison Retail (with Carpark) in Acton (old)West London junction with excellent nearby buses and x3 Train stations(including Mainline to central London and suburbs-Reading etc).Bustling multicultural shopping /small retail stores and precinct next small stone-paved street market stalls by entrance into Hotel Bar downstairs with Bedrooms upstairs. Comfortable clean warm en-suite superior room with lighting/ventilation touch controls and cable TV channels/tea-coffee makers/safe /built-in wardrobes-ample space-dressing gowns etc. Soundproof -slept well in spite of bustling traffic and people below Helpful welcoming receptionists Highly recommended..solo groups and family…excellent location to stay to explore central London and its suburbs.

Slightly stained furniture (x1) in room…otherwise much to like

The staff were friendly and everything worked well. The Rooms were nice, spacious and clean. It took about half an hour to get to the centrum by bus / underground, but the price of accommodation compensated that. There were also many restaurants and shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

There were some noise from the street which could be heard in the room, but it didn’t bother us that much as we were so tired each evening so slept like babies anyway.

Acton is a really convenient place to stay. It's on the Picadilly line giving access to the centre of London in 25 mins as well as heathrow 25 mins the other way. You're 15 mins from Kensington but paying half the price. The room in this hotel was surprisingly spacious and pretty quiet overlooking the church in the centre of Acton, 10 minute walk from Acton Town tube stop. Definitely value for money relative to places slightly further down the picadilly line. It's also on the district line, do 25 mins from Westminster.

Surcharge for early check in with no particularly safe looking places to leave bags if you don't want to pay the extra 20 quid.

The room was excellent, very up-to-date and modern, and clearly has been recently refurbished or well-maintained. The location isn't amazing for London, but it's a great location if you want easy access to central London as well as Heathrow airport, as the Uber to Heathrow was about £48, and it's only about a 10-minute walk to the Picadilly line as well (also District and the Overground). The staff was great and it has a cool pub downstairs. Right around the corner from a Morrison's and a bunch of restaurants, cafes, etc. Not a super lively or historic area but a great option if you want to be equidistant from Heathrow and central London.

The location is far from central London, about 40 minutes on the tube I'd say. When we were there the lift was broken, which was a somewhat major issue for my mother who has a limited ability to walk up stairs. But, the staff was great and offered to carry the bags up and down the stairs, and even brought the food delivery to the room, so they were great.

surprisingly very very nice, clean and modern rooms I really love the bedside lights control console. bathroom was nice, clean and modern. the bed was actually a double bed and not 2 singles- amazing

just very little details but theTV was smart but I could not connect via HDMI or my phone. id say if this was improved that would make this hotel A1. Also the landline wasn’t working so i had to go down to speak to the receptionist. however these are very little nuances. Overall still a nice hotel
