A wonderful old establishment with charm, history and character set right in the middle of the town. Unsurpassed service by Steve and Chris and a varied menu which was delicious and hot!

We had a very small room with a tiny bathroom which we found it difficult to navigate into the shower cubicle. In fairness, it was advertised as 'Compact' but it was reflected in the price we paid. Unfortunately, as they were booked out, we were unable to upgrade but it worked out fine , allowing us to spend more in the bar and lovely restaurant.

We had a lovely stay at the Snooty Fox for a weekend with friends. From the moment we checked in we were well looked after. We had dinner in the hotel the first night and breakfast on both mornings. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we would like to give a special mention to Chris who worked so hard throughout our stay and ensured that everything went smoothly. The food was outstanding, both at dinner and breakfast, and good value for money. The location is really convenient, right in the centre of Tetbury with all the main shops and amenities a few steps away.

Everything at the hotel was good. Parking was a short walk away and the hotel does not have its own car park. However overnight parking in the public car park is free.

A very pleasant welcome and everything was done to best accommodate us. Room was well maintained , bathroom excellent with jacuzzi bath. Adequate wardrobe space and comfortable bed. Bar area with open log fire welcoming plus a good range of beers. Food in restaurant was very good quality and reasonably priced. A 15th Century building with character but with modern facilities. Location is centre of town.

There was nothing to dislike.

Friendly welcome and helpful when we requested some extra things for the room. Lovely large room with bath in bathroom not just a shower. Left it a bit late to book dinner so the restaurant was full but found a lovely restaurant a minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was great and the staff really friendly and accommodating.

Some of the décor is a little bit dated but everything worked and was clean and well maintained. No on-site parking but there is a public car park right behind the hotel for short stays and a long stay car park at the other end of the high street.

Nice welcome from gentleman who was at the time working in the bar. We were given room 10 lovely big room nice big bed very comfortable plenty of lovely soft pillows bathroom was a bit dated but was inkeeping with the rest of the hotel We had a lovely meal in the restaurant in the evening the following morning a really nice breakfast which was included in price The hotel really had not changed much since we stayed there in 1976 when it was called the white hart but that was nice and brought back some nice memories we will not leave it 46years to return again.

there were some dusty areas in our bedroom bedside tables and table with mirror but we were not too bothered about that it did not spoil our stay and we did not complain as the bathroom although dated was very clean as was every thing else in the room

The Hotel met our expectations, but special mention must be made about staff and services, the hotel staff even though we were late arriving assisted us to obtain an evening meal and in the morning provided an excellent breakfast despite the fact we were in the restaurant 30 min late for breakfast. The very pleasant and helpful staff made this stay incredible and we would use the hotel again.

Staff service at breakfast and dinner. Dinner service from Richard relaxed and very efficient, very pleasant manner. The young lady at breakfast attentive and patient. A gentleman who I guess is the manager? Was extremely friendly, regularly asking us if he could help together with a nice sense of humour. Top man

The room was very nice spacious bathroom was a bit dirty build in wardrobe could do with a new handle on door and the Hoover put in the bottom to get rid of fluff etc .but apart from that was nice and cosy

Having to pay for the parking

Great hotel where you feel right at home. Locals are walking in for a beer, you can have food in the pub in the front, but also choose to sit in the restaurant in the back of the building. Amazing food, friendly staff, good breakfast, tidy room.

The shower is in the bath tub and no matter what you do, you will get the floor wet.

Beautiful authentic listed building. The room was very warm & comfortable. The bed is huge & supremely comfortable with a hypnos mattress. The shower was fabulous-piping hot and really powerfull. The staff are excellent. Great staff make this a great visit. They can’t do enough for you. The food is very good whether eating at dinner or breakfast. The choice is really good and an unusually good choice at breakfast time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was nothing to dislike about the stay at The Snooty Fox however Tetbury itself is very quiet I thought.
