We loved the peaceful location, comfortable accommodation, delicious breakfasts and warm welcome extended by the friendly hosts Kim and Tim. All the rooms are immaculately clean and extremely well equipped including TV sets, Kettles and welcome packs.

For us, there' s nothing to dislike about Henbere Farm B&B as it's the perfect place to rest during a long journey to Devon or Cornwall.

Kim was very friendly and helpful, marvelous breakfast, very comfortable room, would strongly recommend to friends.

Our stay certainly met and in many ways exceeded our expectations. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The property is in a nice quiet location with stunning views and large, clean and tastefully decorated rooms. A complete range of items is offered for breakfast and all are beautifully cooked and presented. A real "home from home".

We, honestly, cannot think of anything we didn't like about the property, our hosts and their offering.

Henbere Farm was everything we had hoped for in a beautiful Devon countryside retreat. Our tastefully decorated large room had sweeping views and was perfectly appointed. The hosts, Kim & Tim could not have been more delightful and accomodating and the full english breakfast was delicious. Absolutely no hesitations in giving this property our highest recommendation.

We could not fault this property.

Kim and Tim were lovely hosts. Very friendly and easy to talk to. More than happy to help, be it advice about the local area or even sharing a lift into the local town as they were heading that way! The room was perfect and had an amazing view. We spent hours in the evening just watching the wildlife; including pheasants, woodpeckers, deer, and other small wild birds. There were also some amazing amenities - full size toiletries, cake, tea and coffee, biscuits, and even some sweet treats! Breakfast was amazing - especially the fresh eggs! The variety was great and you choose what you're having the night before so can change it up each morning rather than having the same thing. It really felt like a home away from home and we will definitely be going back!

The only thing we didn't like was that we had to go home.

The location was lovely looking over fields and rolling hills, with onsite parking. We were welcomed in and shown around our room and where we would have breakfast and was very pleased. Our bedroom was light & airy with a sofa, TV, large bed, (which was very comfortable) the view from the bedroom was lovely, lots of birds in the garden and we even saw a barn owl. The shower room had plenty of room and the shower itself was great. Breakfast was as my husband said 'the best he'd ever had' (it was a freshly cooked breakfast with good quality food. I had a continental breakfast with a choice of cereal with a fresh fruit, yoghurt with granola made by freshly made by Kim (It was yummy). The accommmodation was very clean and comfortable, theres even a fridge for guests use Kim & Tim are described as super hosts, well thats an understatement. Will definatley return.

Nothing!

The view, the room, the food, the welcome. Everything!! The hostess could not be more welcoming . Cakes ready when you enter the room. Cookies and biscuits with bottles water or tea and coffee facilities (with the option to fetch real milk from the fridge downstairs). Very welcoming, offering to take us to a nearby restaurant if required. Breakfast was amazing. Option of hot cooked breakfast with toast, cereal and the lovely little fruit and yoghurt pot!!! Wil definately come back and say again

That we only booked 2 nights...

The setting of the farm house, the warmth and friendliness of the hosts and the room and breakfasts were just perfect! The farmhouse is the perfect getaway for some peace and quiet, and the hosts are amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to be able to use the garden to watch the sunset. The availability at breakfast was the best. I loved the home cooked breakfasts and the homemade granola fruit pot, so much, I'm going to try it at home! We'll be back :)

Everything was perfect!

Henbere Farm is a great B&B! Kim is a wonderful, friendly & genuinely caring host who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was very clean, comfortable & homely. The room was really well equipped with everything we needed, including lovely touches such as chocolate treats! The bed was very comfortable & we both slept really well. The en-suite was great, spotlessly clean, the shower was great & toiletries including shampoo, conditioner & body wash were provided. The views from our room were breathtaking & it was so peaceful. Breakfast was delicious, there was plenty of choice & we really enjoyed chatting with Kim who is a truly wonderful host.

We cannot fault it & will definitely be returning.

We booked for New Year's Eve at very short notice. Kim couldn't have been more accommodating. We arrived early in the evening and were greeted personally and shown our room which was wonderful. The breakfast was fantastic and set us up nicely for the day. We would like to return and stay longer to explore the area a bit more.
