The holiday apartment is quietly located in a camp and is an ideal location for trips to London if you arrive by car. Brookwood train station is nearby, as is a shopping center (on the way to the train station). The train connection to London is good, if you book the Travelcard the train and tube/bus in London are included. the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge, which is handy since there is no breakfast.

the apartment door is not tight, in strong wind or cold there is a draft through the door. the carpet is already well worn. Blanket would be recommended in the cooler season.

comfortable room with everything we needed ample tea sugar coffee & milk for our overnight stay. lovely touch of a couple of bottles of water little extras make all the difference. I emailed before we arrived asking for a iron & ironing board to be in our room as we was going to our grandson’s passing out parade at the local barracks to which they messaged back very quickly to say housekeeping would leave one in room which they did

We traveled by train and arrived teatime we found the property quite isolated & there was nothing open on site to get something to eat mid week. We ordered a takeaway which was delivered very promptly so no real issue. Also there was a loaf of bread in on of the drawers date 5/4/ so obviously as we stayed on the 20/4 house keeping definitely hadn’t spotted it

Lovely room, good size and clean bathroom. The two double beds were really comfortable and there was lots of wardrobe and cuopboard space. There was a fridge and lots of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits and bottled water. I think St George's Lodge is excellent value and conveniently located for Woking Crematorium where we were attending a family funeral. The Wake was actually on the site so no driving around. For the journey home the M3 was a short drive away and I noticed that Brookwood Station wasn't far away for those travelling by train. Lastly, I really appreciated being able to park directly outside the lodge which really saves dragging luggage through hotel car parks and corridors. Thank you for a really comfortable stay at St George's Lodge.

I really can't thinl of anything to dislike to be honest. You'd be hard pressed to use the word 'dislike' when describing St Georges.

There was everything I needed - clean, quiet room with a comfy, clean bed, bathroom with shower/hot water and towels, (and toiletries, which I didn't need). Plentiful tea/coffee supplies and biscuits! Checking in was easier than I was anticipating, and I was lucky to be able to get in a little earlier so I could get to my appointment in time. What more could you ask, especially at a very reasonable room charge? The location is perfect for my needs and I very much hope to be back from time to time. I am very grateful to you for making my stay so comfortable snd easy. Thank you.

Unfortunately, the heating wasn't working great, but I wasn't in the room that long and the bed was cosy!!

Very familiar with location at National Shooting Centre, this was our first time in St George’s Lodge. The accommodation is basic but super clean and comfortable, loads of open space for kids to run around. The veranda was a great place to sit during the day and room was big enough for two adults and two kids. We knew there would be no food at the hotel but appreciated the biscuits and hot drink left in the room and we got delicious food at Fat Tony’s Snack Bar by Century Range.

Breakfast - n/a. - Good coffee/tea making facilities - pleasant location.. Our second visit, so it must be pretty good overall.

On both occasions that we have stayed at the accommodation we have found it necessary to ring a mobile telephone number in order to ascertain the number of the apartment we were due to stay in. Surely, this information should be made available to us at the time of booking. We should not have the expense and effort of having to find this out for ourselves. Interior paintwork needs freshening up.

2 x double beds were very comfy! nice powerful shower, and it contained a gun cabinet for those who want to stay over night at the shooting range, and have a secure cabinet! very clean, very nice and just overall a nice place to be! much MUCH better than a travel lodge we have stayed in before. we will be booking this again!!

the ceiling fan wouldn’t work when the light was switched off, the is the only issue with this lovley room, but didn’t impact our stay in the slightest!

Excellent customer experience, lots of information before arrival and everything exactly where they said it was. Location was perfect for our visit to Bisley and an easy to link up to Surrey with the university a short 25 minute drive away.

Although the rooms were immaculately clean and presented to a very high standard, some aspects of the fittings are a little tired and showing their age. That said we'll be staying there again in the future.

Was more than I was expecting We visited St George's Lodge for the first time and it was one of them last minute plans trip to the south to go to Chessington and Legoland so I only look for some close to them. But it turn to more for us as It is in a beautiful setting of rolling countryside and army camping. The accommodation is clean and well kept, very peaceful too! As good as any of the best hotel rooms with tea and coffee making facilities and en suite shower room. There is access to a club room and bar and for me I found out it is a shooting range. That was good and I am look to join them and hope to stay again and again and get some round down the rang next time I come, Thank you to Nick and the ladies that look after us Would definitely visit again!

I am writing on behalf of my mum who stayed with you last week. She absolutely loved it and said that she will definitely stay at the lodge again. The house keeping lady was very lovely and friendly and this makes such a difference especially if you are staying on your own. The fridge was great a very cold.

At first she was worried that the room was going to be too dark but it paid off as the hedge kept the heat out and made the room lovely and cool. There was no bed head board and greasy marks on the wall and the run was a little worn.
