The rooms was awesome .

That the staff was not very . And the lady. In mantiance was very nice . And didn't like i had 3 rooms for my family and grandkids and they wouldn't let them get in swimming pool until. I checked the other rooms in on the 2nd. Really.I was already stayed one night. Had to much going on for me. I don't know if I would come back. But the room was the best .Communication with each other and quess was very un professional.

Liked the original price per room. Had to increase by one and was WAY too much.

Breakfast, if that was what it was supposed to be, was sorely lacking. Meat and egg (I think there was an egg) on a roll, cereal, waffle. That was it. Not what I expected at all. Additionally, the facility did not have my reservation change. The first man I talked when I called about that was downright rude. Said he couldn't help me. I had Booking.com people call and straighten it out without problem. And reserving FOUR rooms, I would have thought I could have gotten a better deal on that fourth room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is universal and not related to just this hotel. In general, I think the weather needs to be taken into consideration when determining when to open up the pool. It is the south and we are experiencing warmer weather earlier. So the pools should open before Memorial Day.

The breakfast was good and offered a variety of hot and cold options. The location was excellent, near restaurants, shopping and the Interstate. Parking was good.

Perhaps sometimes offer different hot breakfast items. Sometimes people in the hallways on the first floor were a little noisy, but that's something it's difficult to control. It got really cold a few nights and I couldn't figure out how to get the heat to work. (Didn't call the office about it)

It is a nice place to stay & convenient. The breakfast was good.

I think for future references. The hotel should spray for insects & etc. The hotel is nice but a roach came out of the cabinet where the refrigerator is located. Although, I know it’s not the hotel’s fault that someone else had brought it to their property but I feel like they should spray. The receptionist was really nice & gave us another room.

The breakfast was great. The pool was nice. Everything was great.

We stayed 2 nights and after the first night ,we let the house cleaner clean the room and my change on the dresser came up missing. When I went down to main office to ask about it the house cleaner lady lied about it. I think she thought it was a tip but she could have just said that . Outside of that everything else was excellent

We enjoyed the space we had to eat, very open and bright. The food choices were plentiful and delicious. There was even whipped cream for the waffles. It was great to get off and back on the interstate so quick and easy.

We stayed on the third floor and the hallway needed to be vacuumed and it would have been nice if the air conditioning was on.

Staff focused on making stay good - friendly, always cleaning, cooking, hustling - dynamic! Coffee always available … plus plus plus!!

Shortage of eggs, sausage at breakfast. We did go during last half hour - but these items should be available thru your service period.

Very friendly staff, great location, breakfast area was clean and had several choices of items to eat. Overall a really good place to stay.

Third floor ice machine out of order all weekend, had to go to second floor to get ice. The channel listings in the room did not correspond to the channels available on the tv, so we had to channel surf to find appropriate channels.

By far this was the best customer service form the moment i walked in mind you i was early and the queens at the front desk made me feel so welcomed they had no idea that i was having a very bad morning and Kelsey not sure of the other sisters name but they made a difference .. Very gracious and welcoming the ENTIRE STAFF. THANK YOU. You all didn't even know but you made a difference. And housekeeping that sister cleaned.
