the location and the front lobby was nicely decorated and set up.

the property looks a bit old but most of the surfaces I wiped down when I came in room hadn’t been freshly cleaned. shower had hair on the walls. just a god wipe down with bleach before every stay would make a difference. it wasn’t horrible but def not touched. shoes tracked dirt from floor to bathroom towel out on floor so I could tell floors hadn’t been mopped fresh either. again- we will stay here again next visit but a fresh wipe down would make a world of difference.

Price. Location was good with a variety of eateries close by. Room was clean and quiet.

All the ice machines were out of service as well as the swimming pool (wasn’t planning to swim). The refrigerator in the room was missing the freezer section and was cool but not cold so we were unable to refreeze our cold packs. The bed was not very comfortable but serviceable. Had coffee but no breakfast.

It was close to everything, the beds are nice and was quiet

Some awful smell on the 3rd floor, the bathtub would not drain, when checked out was going to tell person but no one was there had to put card with 50 other people's that were checking out, also if you book on booking it does not tell you that there is a 150.00 deposit on the room got surprised when got there , overall the stay was good I would stay there again now that I know about the deposit

The hotel was in a good location. It was clean and had been updated recently.

There were guess who parked in designated handicapped parking each day that didn’t have handicap plaque or tags which is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. We had to use a non designated park which was frustrating and increased our walking distance. Suggested to the staff to ask the local police to come and write citations. They said they would bring it up in their staff meeting.

Upon arrival, check in was fast and easy. The room was clean and staff were nice and helpful. The breakfast is grab and go style ( pre-packaged muffins) & coffee. Gym was efficient.

Not fault of the hotel, but someone was smoking in their non-smoking room and of course the smell travels.

As I entered the hotel I could smell the elements of cleanliness, which I’m a big fan of I was just amused at the constant professionalism. So with that being said the Hamilton in Bessemer Alabama is a 5 star hotel you will not be disappointed. Great staff and great stay.

There was an unexpected $100 deposit I had to pay after I arrived. I wasn't expecting to need $100 dollars more after booking and paying for the room. Luckily I had it but if I shouldn't have I would have been roomless because a refunf willing have been instant dive I payed with a card.

Inside doors for rooms. Larger than usual room. Elevators for upper floors. Front desk staff were pleasant.

I reserved a king-size bed with handicap features in bathroom. I got 2 queen beds, and no handicap features in the bathroom. Location was hard to find.

The convenience and the privacy of the location.

Our room and another customers room was assigned twice. Someone actually entered our room because it was assigned while we were still there. Very upsetting because I was in my birthday suit. LOL

Great spot for a quick getaway in town. Me and my love just needed sometime together and this was the prefect spot I will definitely be back

Only thing the remote didn't work so we had to get up and change the tv
