Andaz Napa - a concept by Hyatt

Easy walking distance to everything — real doorbell at entry door made it feel like an apartment rather than a hotel - nice touch. Front desk staff were helpful, filled with local information, and one young lady (Anna) stood out far above the others with friendly customer attention and always a beautiful smile - she made you feel important, appreciated, and genuinely happy to see you.

Restaurant staff not very customer supportive - no daily housekeeping (which should be in place by now and certainly for this price per night) - shower head spraying out at connection - just needed tightening, which I took care of.... couple of curtain tears in the material - although having a tub right in the bedroom could be romantic, it was more a waste of bedroom space and felt out of place -

The location is perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet. Terrace was an added bonus!

Coffee. EVERY hotel should offer coffee in a real mug! Keurig isn't coffee and drinking out of a paper cup feels like a gas station. In my opinion coffee should be complimentary in every hotel (and especially boutique ones) and brought to your room if requested.

The hotel is in a great location, with great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The hotel is very nice! Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

That there wasn’t a fitness center inside of the hotel. I always need to get a quick work out in to start the day and a very early riser. Ubers are very hard to get around there in general and could not get one to take to nearby fitness center. (Too cold to take a walk in December) Would have loved a hotel shuttle for close locations for this reason and missed dinner reservations.

The hotel is in a great location, and it is very clean and beautiful! Our room was excellent! I loved that they had live music in the evening on the terrace - such a fun way to end the night! We had the breakfast burrito and fruit for breakfast, and they were also so delicious! I think we would stay here again next time we are in Napa!

I didn't love that you have to pay a resort fee as there is not a pool (and I don't really consider this a resort, but more of a boutique hotel). However, it does seem like the resort fee went towards our parking if I understood it correctly.

close to the town, cool lobby, nice staff, easy communication with staff

the coffee bar could be better. a real espresso machine instead of an automatic one. Also the bathrooms have no privacy & no fan. Even going with your spouse, its a little invasive with the barn door leaving an inch gap to see inside the bathroom.

This property was amazing, even though some facilities are closed due to covid it is still worth the stay. The room was exceptionally clean, the shower was AMAZING, the soaking tub was huge, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and we even got a complimentary bottle of wine with our meal. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to book.

The street is a little loud, but it is a busy street so it’s to be expected! The window is wonderful to have open during the day, but for some quiet time you do need to close them. But they were amazingly sound-proofed, and couldn’t hear anything with them closed! Also the heater does heat up the room fairly quickly, so i wouldn’t recommend leaving it on unless you like the room to be very warm.

Got a really noisy room the first night but they were able to change for the last two nights.

Had an upgraded room but having a bathtub in the bedroom was certainly not too our liking and would not have upgraded had I known that.

Everything was great ! Loved the location, staff, and breakfast. We had an excellent server at breakfast. I think her name was Velma ? I could be wrong about her name- she was awesome though. Very comfortable place, for sure.

Ok......this is something you can't change....but barn doors for the bathroom door- ehh. My girlfriend and I enjoy our own privacy when using the bathroom...but maybe that's just us.

The location was excellent. perfect spot to enjoy downtown Napa. Restaurants and tasting rooms everywhere! Delicious ice cream across the street at Annette’s Chocolates. Rode bikes to Yountville on the Napa Vine Trail.

Bed was very comfortable. Room ready early so we got in before 4pm. Towels soft and fluffy. Only negative was we could not cool the room to our satisfaction. We like to sleep cool and even AC set at 65 truly wasn’t a 65 degree room.
