Great unique experience. The decor has been done with an eye for detail. Fantastic location, and a close walk to town with lots of restaurants/bars. Breakfast was a perfect start to the day.

There is only a handful of rooms, and whilst they are all private, there is a noise curfew between 2200-0830 where they ask no phone calls or using the bath. Didn’t affect us, but something for future travellers to be mindful of. Some rooms are right beside the reception desk. As it is a small hotel and therefore limited staff, the front desk is not always manned.

Very Comfortable bed and linens and pillows. Beautiful craftsmanship and landscaping. Loved the big tub and spa robes and fireplace. Such a cozy room with the rain coming down outside! The anniversary champagne vas very thoughtful. Front staff were awesome… very nice to talk to! Great food recommendations. Easy walk into town. The umbrellas available were perfect.

Breakfast was ok. A little too many onions for me and would have enjoyed a sweet to go with the savory like waffles or pancakes. The woman taking care of dishes seemed a little grumpy but I probably would be too, if I was taking care of a bunch of privileged folks😕 Was worried about the furniture not having coasters but moisture didn’t seem to stain the wood. Would have loved some chocolates… can you tell I have a sweet tooth?

Everything! The room was lovely, the staff friendly, breakfast delicious and room / amenities were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and location just perfect. Two blocks from downtown which gave us the opportunity to leave the car behind and enjoy the short walk to the best restaurants, gift shops and tasting rooms. No worries about drinking and driving if you only stay around downtown area.

Their breakfast is amazing but limited in offers, you only get one plate per visitor and they ask about allergies, but don’t give choices. We are not much into peppers and there were too many on our sunday breakfast. Maybe they could offer two options and let guest choose it on check in or the day before.

What a great B&B in Napa! So much character and it truly is a home away from home. We had a spacious room with airconditioning and bathroom was good size too. The breakfast changes every day and all were delicious. The happy hour between 5pm and 6pm is such a lovely touch, they’ll have wine ready and selection of cheese and nibbles. There is also a chess board for the chess lovers. There is coffee, tea and soft drinks available to grab any time.

Nothing to failt, it exceeded our expections!

I loved everything about my stay. The room had its own AC unit that you could control, an electric fire place and the jets in that bathtub were amazing. There's plenty of closet space for your clothes. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were the perfect firmness and softness. The room had its own iron and ironing board, which I had to use immediately when I checked in. The Inn also provides a lovely breakfast and complimentary happy hour everyday. Will definitely stay here again when I'm back in Napa. Oh. It's also across the street from the Napa offices of Wine Spectator, which as a Somm was a nice surprise.

A couple things, but in the grand scheme of things, it didn't overshadow my stay. First is the water pressure of the shower, I feel it wasn't strong enough. Second, the toilet takes a little to get used to. Once you flush, you have to pull back to its original position or else the reservoir doesn't fill with water.

The two buildings of the Inn, one Victorian, and one Craftsman, are both lovely. The decor in our room, in the Victorian house, was great. It was Victorian-style but managed not to be overly cutesy, as so many Victorian inns are. We appreciated the happy hour and homemade cookies, and the fireplace in the room was an extra bonus,

There was one big problem, and it almost caused me to give lower ratings than I gave here: the pillows on the bed were pretty much unusable for both of us. They were incredibly plump, which looks great, but they had no give. I had to sleep on a folded towel for a pillow, and my husband was uncomfortable with his pillow as well. I am not sure whose head requires a pillow that fat/thick!

The hotel/house is a beautiful Craftsman, and the interior wonderfully warm and welcoming. My room was easily one of the most comfortable rooms I have ever stayed in - cannot even compare it to the normal, cookie-cutter rooms. Temperature control perfect and an additional gas-fireplace. Great breakfast, already prepared when I left the room. Coffee from a carafe, but good. Cleanliness of the entire house, not only my room was fabulous. Finally, the staff were brilliant - extremely friendly and helpful.

The room is so clean and well maintained. You can tell it’s a pretty old property but very well maintained with modern bathroom. Fireplace adds ambience to the room. It was very quiet and I had a good sleep even though I’m a light sleeper. You can hear the cars passing during the day when the road gets busy but very quiet during the night. Breakfast is also lovely as you can tell it’s home cooked with fresh ingredients! Really friendly and helpful staff.

Their office closes at 7pm so it may be a bit challenging to reach staffs if you need anything after the office hour. There is a book inside the room that lists a non-emergency call number and we realized that it’s kind of a central answering system for multiple properties and the staff of the call center will reach out to the staff on call. More hoops to jump through comparing to regular hotels but it worked out for us in the end - you just need to wait longer to have your request taken care of.

Wow, where to start. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, the service was beyond incredible. The breakfasts were amazing, the cookies were superb and the staff were just beyond gracious and helpful. The location is perfect and just a few minute walk from everything. The rooms were beautiful and the bath tub was one of dreams. I will book here again and will base my holiday dates on its availability. It would be an utter mistake not to stay here. To all the staff, thank you for a perfect stay.

One of the best experiences I've had on a trip! The hotel is very comfortable, clean and very cozy. I didn't want to leave! I visited famous Napa Valley wineries and it was all so amazing! To go to the wineries, you need a car, but the hotel is very close to the center and I did everything on foot. Restaurants are also very close. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and there was flavored water available for guests. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
