Clearwater Beach Hotel

The location is awesome. Very close to beach, restaurants, and shopping. We were able to check in from a late flight easily. The staff was polite. We were not satisfied with the first room, so they moved us to another.

The pool was not heated as advertised so the water was quite cold. The first room was cleaned but had mold in the corners of the bathroom walls. They moved us to another room that was much better. All in all, I would stay there again.

The older guy at the front desk didnt have a clue what he was doing. I informed him i paid in full through booking, yet when he took my credit card and used it as security for theft, a transaction came up that said "authorized payment of 477" Then he spent 10 min trying to get a key card logged and finally a coworker walked up and showed him he had the card backwards. I guarantee he has messed up some charges for people!!

The hotel is in a perfect location. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn't move it until we left..there are a ton of things to do within walking distance(beach, shopping, dining etc.). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is fantastic..overlooks an inlet with great scenery.

The rooms are on the small side and could use a little modernization but really just sleepng there anyway, most of our time was spent out and about.

Everything close distance and has parking for guests (you do have to pay). Microwave, coffee maker and fridge. Room size is decent. Good view of the marine from the back rooms. Has elevators and dark curtains to keep outdoor light from coming in. Nice front desk personnel.

Having to pay for parking although we were staying there, but that is the norm for beach areas. Didn't have outlets to plug our phones. We had to use/share one plug to keep devices charged. The tv remote isn't the original, it was hard to change chanels, manage volume and even turn on and off..

Not beach front but very Conveniently at the beach . I have worked and managed hotels. The 1st thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean and neat it was . Bed was not that comfortable but linen was as neat and clean. I was surprised it only had 2 stars . I only got the small room for the night as it was a spontaneous over night stay and the price was right for it. I would definitely consider staying there again if I go back to Clearwater beach .

The location and very clean, I was impressed on the cleanliness and tipped our gal! Well deserved. The staff were great. A last minute trip for us, but we travel to Clearwater quite often and we will definitely book here again! Great value for the money and location. Can see the Gulf from our room.

the one bed in the room was in need of replacement, we just slept in the other one.

Location, location, location!!

This is an older hotel and it’s worth the money for the price you pay. However the curtains in the rooms open up to the hallway where people were walking by … not a lot of privacy.
